In order to further develop our packaging industry, we need the necessary technical solutions and equipment for the production of the product scope. In the future, we would like to invest in an offset printing machine specifically suitable for box printing, which meets the special requirements of the food industry. In addition, we need a CtP illumination device for the production of printing plates that are essential for the printing of packaging materials. (Kodak) To excavate printed, arc packaging, we need another punching device next to our existing unit, given its capacity constraints. (Heidelberg, Varimatrix) We need different straight cutting equipment to process raw materials, semi-finished and finished products related to the activity. (Polar) In the course of the slaughter, a lot of waste is generated, the treatment of which we want to invest in a waste-carrying tape that transports the rains to the container. (Busch) According to point 4.4.3.1(e) of the call for proposals, we present below that our company intends to participate in a production value chain that leads to products and product groups with a higher level of processing. Prospektus Ltd. uses a number of technologies in the area of surface improvement that meet the highest quality requirements. In a unique way, we are able to print various metal vaporised surfaces, as well as effect varnish, squeeze, embossing. So far, these technologies have only been used for traditional printing products, such as books and magazines. However, with regard to the production of packaging, we are able to carry out the same value-added operations, which are not applied to products on the market or are used only to a limited extent. After surface treatment, we offer a premium product that plays a more successful role in the distribution chain. It offers better protection against mechanical influences and gives the product a premium feel. Another aspect of packaging production is how the manufactured packaging material fits into the processing chain. We are able to design constructions and transform existing and previous constructions, which result in the production of a faster and more practical product in the filling phase. With the modifications we propose, our customers save a lot of time and energy. Thus, the production of a value-added packaging material in its appearance and function is the one placed on its flag by Prospektus Kft. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A csomagolástechnikai üzletágunk továbbfejlesztéséhez szükségünk van a termékkör gyártásához elengedhetetlen műszaki megoldásokra, berendezésekre. A jövőben be kívánunk ruházni egy kifejezetten doboznyomtatásra alkalmas ofszet nyomógépre, amely már a speciális, élelmiszeripar által támasztott követelményeknek is megfelel. Továbbá szükségünk van egy a csomagolószerek nyomtatásához nélkülözhetetlen nyomólemezek előállítására szolgáló CtP levilágító-berendezésre. (Kodak) A kinyomtatott, ívben lévő csomagolószerek kistancolásához szükségünk van egy újabb stancoló-berendezésre a már meglévő egységünk mellé, tekintettel annak kapacitáskorlátaira. (Heidelberg, Varimatrix) Szükségünk van különböző egyenes vágóberendezésekre, amelyekkel a tevékenységhez kapcsolódó alapanyagokat, félkész és késztermékeket tudjuk feldolgozni. ( Polar) A vágások során rengeteg hulladék keletkezik, amelyek kezeléséhez be kívánunk ruházni egy hulladékszállító szalagra, amely az eseléket a konténerbe szállítja. (Busch) Pályázati felhívás 4.4.3.1.e) pontja szerint bemutatjuk az alábbiakban, hogy cégünk olyan termelési értékláncban kíván részt venni, amelyek magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékekhez, termékcsoportokhoz vezetnek. A Prospektus Kft. számos, a legmagasabb minőségigényeket is kielégítő technológiát alkalmaz a felületnemesítés területéről. Egyedülálló módon képesek vagyunk különböző fémgőzölt felületek nyomtatására, valamint effektlakkozunk, prégelünk, domborítunk. Ezen technológiákat eddig kizárólag a hagyományos nyomdatermékek esetében alkalmaztuk, például könyveken és magazinokon. Azonban a csomagolóanyagok gyártása kapcsán képesek vagyunk ugyanezen értéknövelő műveletek elvégzésére, amelyeket a piacon lévő termékeken nem vagy csak korlátozottan alkalmaznak. A felületnemesítés után egy prémium kategóriás terméket kínálunk, amely sikeresebben tölti be szerepét az értékesítési láncolatban. Jobb védelmet kínál a terméknek a mechanikai behatásokkal szemben és prémium érzést vált ki. A csomagolóanyagok gyártásának egy másik aspektusa az, hogy hogyan illeszkedik a legyártott csomagolóanyag a feldolgozási láncolatba. Képesek vagyunk olyan konstrukciók tervezésére, illetőleg a már meglévő, korábbi konstrukciók átalakítására, amelyből adódóan a töltés fázisában egy gyorsabban, praktikusabban kezelhető terméket gyártunk le. Az általunk javasolt módosításokkal vevőink rengeteg időt és energiát takarítanak meg. Így egy megjelenésében és funkciójában is értéknövelt csomagolóanyag gyártás az, amelyet a Prospektus Kft. a zászlajára tűzött. (Hungarian)
