In line with the objectives of the invitation to tender and the pre-qualification call, the company intends to develop the capacity of the manufacturer of doors and windows for green investments by implementing the following project elements: Architecture: The company intends to expand its existing production plant with a new hall shingle on existing real estate. The building can be approached through the ramps leading to the industrial gates and the passenger gates designed next to them from the already existing solid pavement inner road. The structure of the building to be designed is subdued and the facade is dominated by white, grey and anthracite colours. Justification for cost element: the planned development is mainly related to the production areas, and both the production hall and the technology to be procured are concerned with this profile. The extension of the hall not only serves the direct placement of the technology to be procured, but the production structure can be optimised by the appropriate positioning of the hall spaces, thus improving productivity. The storage of raw materials and finished goods is also linked to the area to be developed. Purchase of equipment: The purchase of a ROTOX production line is planned as follows: Zsa 263 cutter and machining auomata: PVC cutting and machining automatic, wing, casing, and splitting profiles. 10 profiles with a maximum length of 6 500 mm. 6 milling units, 1 drilling unit to create a hole in the handles. NC controlled profile introduction unit, pneumatic profile depression, PC control. The height of the profiles is min. 30 mm, max 160 mm. Cutting optimisation software, Klaes program control, WebControl. SMK 506, 4 head welding machine automatic: Welding machine with 4 heads, 4 PVC profiles at the same time. Diagonal profile clamping, welding seam restriction 0.2-2 mm. Windows-based control, USB, DVD, LAN connection. Profile height: 40-160 mm, welding width: 420-2 500 mm. Software with elements, WebControl, data transfer. EPA 472 corner cleaning machine: Corner cleaning machine for cleaning seams for PVC frames. 1 contour mill, three-phase drive. PLC and two-axis CNC control. Pneumatic workpiece capture, 2 double visible surface machining units. 2 pcs CNC milling units in the vertical range of the gasket road, 2 pull-off units, 1 vertical pulling unit. Programmed software, tools, WebControl service. Justification for cost element: the purchase of equipment clearly means qualitative capacity expansion, given that our existing production capacity has been completely outgrown in virtually five years. The quality development and capacity expansion of the production area is therefore justified, both in terms of market demand and the capacity utilisation of our company. (English)

    A pályázati kiírás és előminősítési felhívás céljaival összhangban a vállalkozás a zöld-beruházásokat kiszolgáló nyílászáró-gyártó kapacitását kívánja fejleszteni az alábbi projektelemek megvalósításával: Építészet: A társaság meglévő ingatlanon kívánja meglévő termelő üzemét új csarnokszárnnyal bővíteni. A tervezés tárgyát képező épületet a Siófoki HÉSZ szerint meghatározott építési helyre, a telek déli határvonala közelében, 5,0-5,0 m oldalkert 10,00 m hátsókert (kialakult építési vonal) megtartásával, a már meglévő épületek tömegét és azok elhelyezését figyelembe véve kerül kialakításra. A tervezett épület földszintes csarnoképület, alacsony hajlásszögű (20°-os) tetővel fedett. Szerkezetét tekintve acél keretvázas, hőszigetelő szendvicspanelből készülő falakkal és tetővel, 10,0 m-t el nem érő ereszmagassággal és 8,2 m-es gerincmagassággal. Az épület természetes szellőzése ugyan biztosított a homlokzati nyílászárók által, de a technológiai berendezésekhez elszívó és szellőztető berendezések lesznek kialakítva. A csarnok csapadékvíz elvezetése ereszcsatornával lett megtervezve, a levezett vizek a telken belül kerülnek elszivárogtatásra. Az épület a már meglévő szilárd burkolatú belső útról közelíthető meg az ipari kapukhoz vezető rámpákról és a melléjük tervezett személykapukon keresztül. A tervezendő épület szerkezetének szín- és anyaghasználata visszafogott, a homlokzaton a fehér, a szürke és az antracit színek dominálnak. Költségelem indoklása: a tervezett fejlesztés elsősorban a termelési területekhez kapcsolódik, a bővítésre kerülő üzemcsarnok és a beszerzendő technológia egyaránt ezen profilt érinti. A csarnokbővítés nem csak a beszerzendő technológia közvetlen elhelyezését szolgálja, hanem a csarnokterek megfelelő beosztásával optimalizálható a gyártási struktúra, így javítható a termelékenység. Az alapanyagok és készáruk raktározása szintén a fejlesztendő területhez köthető. Eszközbeszerzés: Egy ROTOX gyártósor beszerzése tervezett az alábbiak szerint: ZSA 263 vágó és megmunkáló auomata: PVC vágó és megmunkáló automata, szárny-, tok-, és osztóprofilok megmunkálásához. 10 db, max. 6500 mm hosszúságú profil mozgatásához. 6 db maróegység, 1 db fúróegység a kilincsek furatának kialakításához. NC vezérelt profilbevezető egység, pneumatikus profil leszorítás, PC-vezérlés. Profilok magassága min. 30 mm, max 160 mm. Vágásoptimalizáló szoftver, Klaes programvezérlés, webcontrol. SMK 506, 4 fejes hegesztőgép automata: 4 fejes hegesztőautomata, 4 db PVC profil egyidejű hegesztésére. Diagonális profil összeszorítás, hegesztési varratkorlátozás 0,2-2 mm. Windows alapú vezérlés, USB, DVD, LAN kapcsolat. Profil magasság: 40-160 mm, hegesztési szélesség: 420-2500 mm. Szoftver elemekkel, webcontrol, adatátvitel. EPA 472 saroktisztító automata: Saroktisztító gép a varratok tisztításához PVC keretekre. 1 kontúrmaró, háromfázisú meghajtás. PLC és két tengelyes CNC vezérlés. Pneumatikus munkadarab befogás, 2 db kettős láthatófelület megmunkáló egység. 2 db CNC maróegység a tömítésnút függőleges tartományában, 2 db lehúzó egység, 1 db függőleges lehúzóegység. Költségelem indoklása: az eszközbeszerzés egyértelműen a minőségi kapacitásbővítést jelenti, tekintettel arra, hogy a meglévő gyártókapacitásunkat gyakorlatilag öt év alatt teljesen kinőttük.
