The label printing equipment produces the colour print with inkjet technology. With the help of the equipment, we try to increase our revenue and increase the export share of the turnover. The Cartes surface finisher and laser cutter provides the packaging material produced by the label printing machine with the visual enhancement elements that can be used to gain benefits on the market. The two devices together can provide these benefits. The Universe digital thread lacing machine folds down from the inkjet machine that presses the inkjets of the unicolored book in the previous competition and into a thread string book body. This is a must-see element of hardcover bookmaking. With this machine we can take advantage of our speed on the market in addition to quality. HP Latex printer can strengthen our efficiency in the decoration business as there is no drying time loss and high scratch resistance of the printed materials. A címkenyomtató berendezés inkjet technológiával állítja elő a színes nyomatot. Az utóbbi időben tört elő az inkjet nyomtatás az ipari alkalmazás területén, mivel eddig csak irodai felhasználása volt az elterjedtebb. A címkéket eddig flexo és ofszet eljárással állították elő. Ezek hátránya a külön formakészítési folyamat és a különböző színű festékek szakszerű, nagy szakmai ismeretet és tapasztalatot igénylő tudás birtoklása volt. Az inkjet technológia egy kompakt eljárás, amely kiküszöböli ezen hátrányokat. A világ szinte valamennyi nyomdagépgyártója ezt felismerve az inkjet technológia felé fordult. Magyarországon még gyerekcipőben jár az alkalmazása és így cégünk szeretne az élcsapathoz tartozni ezen gépek beszerzésével. A 2014-es évben szintén pályázaton beszereztünk egy Screen Trupress Ink 520EX típusü tekercses egyszínes inkjet nyomtató gépet könyvek belíveinek nyomtatására. Ebből a gépből ez volt az első hazánkban. Tapasztaljuk ezen technológia előnyeit és szeretnénk ezen az úton továbbhaladni a többi inkjetes berendezés beszerzésével. A berendezések segítségével próbáljuk a bevételeinket növelni és az árbevételen belül az export hányadot emelni. A Cartes felületnemesítő és lézeres kivágó berendezés a címkenyomtató gép által gyártott csomagolóanyagot látja el azokkal a látványfokozó elemekkel, amelyek segítségével a piacon előnyöket lehet szerezni. A két berendezés együttesen tudja ezen előnyöket biztosítani. Az Universe digitális cérnafűzőgép a előző pályázaton nyert egyszínes könyv belíveket nyomó inkjet gépről lejövő íveket hajtogatja és cérnafűzi könyvtestté. Ez a keménytáblás könyvgyártás kihagyhatatlan eleme. Ezzel a géppel tudjuk a minőség mellett a gyorsaságunkat kihasználni a piacon. A HP Latex nyomtató a dekorációs üzletágban tudja a hatékonyságunkat erősíteni, mivel nincs száradási időveszteség és a kinyomott anyagok nagy karcállóságúak. A beszerzendő gépek egymáshoz szorosan kapcsolódnak hiszen egy gépsorként fognak működni. Tehát a kapacitásunkat csak akkor tudjuk kellő mértékben növelni ha a gépek mindegyikét megvesszük. Ezek a nyomtatók illetve vágó eszközök olyan műszaki paraméterekkel rendelkeznek melyek mind energiahatékonysági szempontból mind az országban működő nyomdaipari gépekhez képest legmagasabb színvonalat képviselik. A fenti gépekkel lehetőségünk nyílik a termelési értékláncban előre lépni. Az általunk gyártott termékek ezekkel a gépekkel magasabb minőséget képviselhetnek illetve olyan anyagok használatát is lehetővé teszik melyeket eddig egyik gép sem tudta kezelni. Ezáltal az általunk gyártott nyomdaipari termékek egy magasabb szintre lépnek a piacon fellelhető konkurens termékekhez viszonyítva. A fejlesztés nem csak Magyarországi viszonylatban jelent hatalmas előrelépést de az Európai Unió piacain belül is az elsők közé emeli a vállalkozást. (Hungarian)
