In our project we would like to implement an incubation house in which a control and chemical laboratory is also established, so it is particularly suitable for supporting companies that want to carry out chemical and control experiments appropriate to the design of this laboratory. In the planned incubation housing, the production-centered and automated implementation of the procedures tested in the laboratory can be modelled, implemented and optimised in the most modern way. Practical demonstration based on theoretical models in an industry 4.0 environment is essential for start-up projects to demonstrate targeted effective operation and to create further effective capital raising to create the production capacity realised. Our incubation program therefore covers the large laboratory service of the control technology and chemical manufacturer, which can be used as a technology and test plant. Our additional services include technology transfer, education, entrepreneurship education, business planning, patent consulting, financial accounting consulting, legal advice, venture capital investment advice. We are looking for and developing relationships with companies that can take advantage of the goals of the incubation house and provide complementary opportunities and services. It is our idea that we can provide solutions to the companies that come to us from the beginning until the departure, with companies operating primarily in the industrial area in neighbouring settlements and with nationally operated capital transfer companies. Our incubator centre will be located in the Central Transdanubia region, where there are very significant industrial development opportunities. The University of Pannonia is also located in this region, with which we intend to implement the operation and maintenance of our incubation centre. We also cooperate with the Balatonfűzfő Municipality, whose factory we wish to implement our industrial incubation centre. A projektünkben olyan inkubációs házat szeretnénk megvalósítani, melyben irányítástechnikai és vegyipari laboratórium is kerül kialakításra, így kiemelten alkalmas olyan cégek támogatására, amelyek ezen laboratórium kialakításának megfelelő vegyipari és irányítástechnikai kísérleteket akarnak végezni. A tervezett inkubációs házban a laboratóriumban kikísérletezett eljárások gyártási központú, és legkorszerűbb módon automatizált megvalósítását lehet modellezni, megvalósítani, optimalizálni. Az elméleti modellek alapján történő gyakorlati igazolás ipar 4.0 környezetben alapvető az induló projekteknek, hogy bemutatva a célzott eredményes működést, további eredményes tőkebevonást tudjanak létrehozni a megvalósuló gyártókapacitás létrejöttéhez. Az inkubációs programunk kiterjed tehát az irányítástechnikai és a vegyipari gyártó nagylabor szolgáltatásra is, amit technológiai és tesztüzemként is lehetséges egyaránt használni. További szolgáltatásaink a technológia transzfer, oktatás, vállalkozásoktatás, üzleti tervezés, szabadalmi tanácsadás, pénzügyi számviteli tanácsadás, jogi tanácsadás, kockázati tőke befektetési tanácsadásra. Olyan cégekkel keressük és fogadókészség esetén alakítjuk ki a kapcsolatot, amelyek az inkubációs ház céljait magukénak tudják tenni, és tevékenységét kiegészítő lehetőségeket, szolgáltatásokat tudnak nyújtani. Elképzelésünk szerint elsősorban környező településeken levő iparterületen működő cégekkel, ill. országos működésű tőketranszfer cégekkel, hogy a kezdetektől a kirepülésig tudjunk megoldást nyújtani a hozzánk forduló vállalkozásoknak. Az inkubátor központunk a Közép-Dunántúli régióban lesz majd megtalálható, ahol igen jelentős iparfejlesztési lehetőségei vannak, ebben a térségben található a Pannon Egyetem is, amellyel együttműködve kívánjuk megvalósítani az inkubációs központunk működtetését, fenntartását. Emellett együttműködünk a Balatonfűzfői Önkormányzattal is, melynek gyártelepén kívánjuk megvalósítani ipari inkubációs központunkat. A szakmai tudásunk és partnercégeink bevonásával a projektünk akár országos lefedettségűvé tud válni. (Hungarian)
