The essence of the Canvas model is that the following 9 areas include business elképzelés:kulcstevékenységek, Key Resources, Key Partners, Value Offer, Customer Groups, Customer Contacts, Sales Channels, Cost Structures, Revenue Sources For Canvas, operability is transparent and errors and weaknesses can be spotted. Such solutions already exist, but they can be used to export cumbersome, poor quality (i.e. not suitable for sending to an investor) and are not linked to other professional content or educational material that is a real help in filling in. The basis of a good business plan, but a thorough knowledge of BMC and practice through examples. SVI provides this with targeted content and a user-friendly BMC generator. 3.) Ecosystem video hub Our aim is to make this platform play an integral role initially in the domestic and then regional (V4 countries) ecosystem market. In recent years, a number of good programmes and initiatives have been launched, both on the market and on the public side. Many good professionals have appeared, there are many new and professionally high-quality players on the market. However, their professional knowledge, experience, advice and lectures on these are only available to a narrow (primarily Budapest) layer, while they can be at least as useful as mastering basic theoretical knowledge. Templates for key elements of business documentation will be available on the Sciencer Virtual Incubator page. Resources will also be available to fill in documents, as well as the SVI community may propose changes, additions or additional templates. Jelen pályázatból az SVI alábbi moduljainak fejlesztése kerülne elvégzésre: Online kurzusok, Business Model Canvas generátor, Ökoszisztéma video hub, Sablon-gyűjtemény, Mentor közösség 1.)Online kurzusok Az ismert MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses)platformokhoz hasonlóan online kurzusok lesznek elérhetőek az SVI oldalán. Az online kurzusokat az alábbi típusokba lehet majd besorolni: Alapkurzus: Ez egy kb 10 videóból és kapcsolódó tananyagból álló kurzus, amely a kezdeti lépésektől vezeti végig a hallgatókat, a forrásbevonás kérdésén át, egészen a vállalkozás indítás technikai részletéig. Minden egyes videóhoz kapcsolódnak majd további ajánlott szakirodalmak. A kurzus elvégzéséről a Hallgatók elismerést kapnak. A cél hogy hosszú távon az SVI certificate egy elismert brand legyen a célközönség körében. Egyedi rövid szakmai kurzusok: Az Alap kurzus mellett elérhetőek lesznek speciális, egy-egy területen gyors elmélyülést kínáló egyedi rövid szakmai kurzusok. A szakmai kurzusok témái folyamatosan bővülnek, változnak, a platform közösségének igényeihez alkalmazkodnak. Külön felület lesz arra, hogy kérni lehessen Egyedi rövid szakmai kurzusokat. A rövid szakmai kurzusok felépítése ugyanaz mint Alap kurzusnál: oktató videó, egyéb tananyagok, teszt. Ezen kurzusok elvégzéséről a Hallgatók szinténelismerést kaphatnak. 2.) Business Modell Canvas generátor A Business Model Canvas az egyik legjobban elterjedt üzleti tervező módszertan, amely kiválóan használható startupok és más induló KKV-k tervezéséhez. A Canvas modell lényege, hogy az alábbi 9 terület mentén vázolható fel az üzleti elképzelés:Kulcstevékenységek, Kulcsfontosságú erőforrások, Kulcspartnerek, Értékajánlat, Vevői csoportok, Vevői kapcsolatok, Értékesítési csatornák, Költségstruktúrák, Bevételi források A Canvasra tekintve pillanatok alatt átlátható a működőképesség és kiszúrhatóak a hibák, gyengeségek. Egy olyan generátor létrehozása a cél, amelyben a userek/csapatok online tudnak az egyes szövegboxokban dolgozni. Léteznek már ilyen megoldások, azonban ezek használata nehézkes, rossz minőségű exportra képesek (így nem alkalmasak például egy befektetőnek való elküldésre), valamint nincsenek összekapcsolva egyéb olyan szakmai tartalmakkal, oktatóanyagokkal, amelyek valódi segítséget jelentenek a kitöltésben. A jó üzleti terv alapja, viszont a BMC alapos ismerete, példákon keresztüli begyakorlása. Az SVI a célzott tartalmakkal és a felhasználóbarát BMC generátorral ezt biztosítja. 3.) Ökoszisztéma videó hub Célunk, hogy ez a platform egy integráló szerepet is betöltsön kezdetben a hazai, majd a régiós (V4 országok) ökoszisztéma piacon. Az elmúlt években számos jó program, kezdeményezés indult, mind piaci, mind állami oldalon. Sok-sok jó szakember jelent meg, sok új és szakmailag színvonalas szereplő működik a piacon Az ő szakmai tudásuk, tapasztalataik, tanácsaik, ill az ezekről szóló előadásaik azonban csak egy szűk (elsősorban budapesti) rétegnek elérhetőek, miközben ezek legalább olyan hasznosak tudnak lenni, mint az alapvető elméleti tudás elsajátítása. A platformon keresztül emellett 1-1 aktuális, népszerű téma (pl. Bitcoin, fintech) körüljárására is lehetőslget ad majd a videók segítségével. Ez a platform alkalmas lesz arra, hogy ezek a videók egy helyen megtalálhatóak legyenek, s a széles érdeklődő közönség számára elérhetővé váljanak. A tartalmak 3 különböző forrásból kerülnek majd fel: Felkérés alapján, megállapodás alapján, ad-hoc beküldések. 4.) Sablon-gyűjtemény Az ötletgazdákkal, vállalkozó jelöltekkel egyeztetve komoly visszatérő problémaként azonosítható, hogy nincsenek tisztázva, hogy a finanszírozási oldal (elsősorban a tőkebefektetők) milyen színvonalú, mélységű, összetételű anyagokat várnak el. Ezek az ötletek sokszor már azért elbuknak valamelyik rostán, mert bár az üzleti koncepcióban van potenciál, de a rosszul elkészített anyagok miatt a befektetők kevés figyelmet szánnak a projekt alaposabb megértéséhez. A Sciencer Virtuális Inkubátor oldalán elérhetőek lesznek az üzleti dokumentáció legfontosabb elemeihez sablonok. A dokumentumok kitöltéséhez szintén elérhetőek lesznek segédanyagok, valamint az SVI közössége is javasolhat módosításokat, kiegészítéseket, ill. Küldhet be további sablonokat. Ez utóbbiak szakmai elbírálást követően szintén az SVI Sablon-gyűjtemény részét képezhetik majd. 5.) Mentor közösség Az online kurzusok, videók mellett lehetősége lesz a vállalkozóvá válás útján elinduló érdeklődőknek, hogy speciális kérdéseikre, igényeikre egyedi megoldást találjanak 1-1 mentor segítségének az igénybevételével. A mentor közönség tulajdonképpen egy adatbázis lesz, ahova a mentorok regisztrálhatnak, és néhány kérdésre adott válasz alapján különböző szempontok alapján besorolódnak kategóriákba. Az érdeklődők egy adatlap kitöltésével kereshetik fel a mentorokat, akik válogathatnak a beérkezett megkeresésekből.
