A tárolóból forgó rakodó gép és szállító szalag adja fel a bánya nyersagyagot a késes előtörő garatjára.A 0-200 mmes agyag rögöket a késes előtörők 0-30 mmes frakcióra aprítják.A lehulló töretet szállító szalag juttatja el a kaolin és márga őrlő malmokra.Az egyik malom alkalmas a teljesen száraz vagy magasabb homok tartalmú agyag őrlésére,a másik a magasabb víz vagy magasabb kaolin tartalmú alapanyag őrlésére.A párhuzamos üzem segítségével egyszerre leszünk képesek eltérő agyag feldolgozására,vagy azonos agyagból eltérő minőség előállítására.A magas kaolin tartalmú agyag őrlésére szolgáló malom alatt párhuzamosan két szita kerül telepítésre.1db forgó dobos öntisztuló kaolin szita 8% feletti víztartalmú anyagok szeparálásához és 1db sík vibrószita a 8% víztartalmú vagy magas homok tartalmú anyagokhoz.A sziták kivezetése Big-Bag-be adagolja a 0-1 mm frakciójú agyag őrleményt,mely így kerül kiszállításra a vevőkhöz.A teljesen száraz agyag őrlésére alkalmas malom az őrleményt 2 tároló garatba üríti.Az egyikből serleges felvonó juttatja el az őrleményt 2db mérőcellás silóba,melyek alkalmasak teherautó direkt töltésére.A második garatból erősített csiga adagolja ki az őrleményt a keverőbe.Hossztengelyes 2 spirálos mérőcellás keverőt alkalmazunk a receptúra alapján készülő termékek előállításához.A keverőbe adagolás lehetséges az álló silókból,az őrlő malom garatból és a kisebb meglévő silókból.A receptúra alapján bemért és homogenizált keverék az automatizált zsáktöltő gépbe kerül.A töltést adagoló végzi, ha az alatta lévő zsák elérte a beállított súlyt,a mérleg vezérlése leállítja a töltést.A zsák görgő soron jut el változtatható magasságú raklap emelőre.A raklapon kézi igazítással alakul ki az 1 t súlyú rakat.A rakatot fóliával rögzítjük.A raklap emelő asztalról targonca szállítja a terméket a raktárba.Tervezett eredmények: 3-4 ezer t őrlemény előállítása;habarcs gyártás:Big-Bag 1200 t; 33 kg-os 1500 t;25 kg-os 500 t;2-5 kg-os 300 t.
