In the framework of the tender, we plan to purchase the following assets: production devices: — Cake and cake cutters: with its help, our capacity increases, so that our productivity can increase; — Backglanz Sprayer — automatic cake polisher: achieves more uniform blowing and thus improved product quality; — Felino SM 10 spiral kneading machine (with accessories): setting up the new kneading machine will allow the multi-shift work schedule to be triggered, which will provide the basis for an increase in the number of employees; — Rota980 baking plate cleaning machine: increased production quality by more efficient cleaning of baking plates; — F4C 600 L: it will be able to achieve better and more uniform quality and increase capacity, allowing for shift work schedules, which will underpin the increase in staff; — Rondo Starline PMML 210.B Fine merchandise line: it will result in the installation of a completely new production line to produce meadows and soup noodles, allowing the multi-shift work schedule to be triggered, which will underpin the increase in staff; — Shocking devices: 4 regal shock chambers + cooling system: increase cooling capacity by building a new refrigeration chamber, which is the predominant basis for larger volumes of production; — MIWE double rotating furnace: energy-saving and more efficient than our existing furnaces; Boyens Multi Station 600 + Powerlift: necessary for filling the new product to be introduced; — Kaba product pick-up machine: necessary for slicing the new product to be introduced; — Cake slicer for online slicing with ribbon (KSSM V3.1D-KRS): necessary for slicing the new product to be introduced; — Whisk mixing machine, PL120VAR: use in the preparation of the new product to be introduced to replenish the dough; — Rheon VX212 double-line divider: bread-distributing machines: it significantly improves the quality of the bread produced, does not damage the structure of the dough. It can produce softer pasta, and we can also produce new products with it; — Refrigerated tunnels for the manufacture of meadows: the strudel production results in increasing the capacity of cooling by reducing the waiting time, and on the other hand, it is also an environmentally friendly solution, as we need a lot of moving cars, which we use a lot of cover paper earlier, which will not be needed in the future. packaging-related machines: — Ekospir TSX Stretch Foiling Machine: pallet wrapping machine — we haven't had such a machine yet, increases packaging efficiency, reduces packaging material — SOKO packingline: the new packaging line required for multipacking, which is essential due to the increased production capacity. As a result of the development, we would not only like to strengthen our existing supplier activity, but also to move forward in the production value chain by trying to produce a product not yet marketed in Hungary, which is a kind of transition between cake and cake. A pályázat keretében az alábbi eszközök beszerzését tervezzük: gyártó eszközök: -- Torta- és süteményszeletelő gép: segítségével kapacitásunk nő, s így a termelékenységünk nőni tud; -- Backglanz Sprayer - automata kalácsfényező: egyenletesebb fújást és így jobb termékminőséget eredményez; -- Felino SM 10 spirál dagasztógép (kiegészítőivel): az újabb dagasztógép beállításával lehetővé válik a több műszakos munkarend beindítása, ami megalapozza a létszámbővülést; -- Rota980 sütőlemeztisztító gép: növekszik a gyártási minőség a sütőlemezek hatékonyabb tisztításával; -- Kiflisodrógép F4C 600 L: jobb és egyenletesebb minőség elérésére képes, illetve kapacitásbővítést eredményez, lehetővé válik a több műszakos munkarend beindítása, ami megalapozza a létszámbővülést; -- Rondo Starline PMML 210.B Finompékáru vonal: egy teljesen új gyártósor üzembe állítását eredményezi, amivel rétes és levestészta gyártható, lehetővé válik a több műszakos munkarend beindítása, ami megalapozza a létszámbővülést; -- Sokkoló berendezések: 4 regálos sokkolókamra + hűtőrendszer: hűtőkapacitás növelésre új hűtőkamra építésével, ami a nagyobb volumenű termelés meghatározó alapja; -- MIWE dupla forgó kemence: energiatakarékos és hatékonyabb, mint a meglévő kemencéink; -- Boyens Multi Station 600 + Powerlift: a bevezetendő új termék töltéséhez szükséges; -- KABA termék elszedő gép: a bevezetendő új termék szeleteléséhez szükséges; -- Süteményszeletelő gép online szeleteléshez, szalaggal (KSSM V3.1D-KRS): a bevezetendő új termék szeleteléséhez szükséges; -- Habverő keverő gép, PL120VAR: a bevezetendő új termék elkészítése során használjuk a tészta felverésére; -- Rheon VX212 kétsoros osztógép: kenyérosztó gép: a gyártott kenyér minőségét jelentősen javítja, nem roncsolja a tészta szerkezetét. Lágyabb tésztát tud produkálni, emellett új termékeket is tudunk vele gyártani; -- Hűtőalagút rétesgyártáshoz: a rétesgyártás kapacitásának növelését eredményezi a hűtés várakozási idő csökkentésével, másrészt környezetbarát megoldás is, hiszen sokkal kevesebb mozgató kocsi kell, amire sok fedőpapírt használunk korábban, amire a jövőben nem lesz szükség. csomagoláshoz kapcsolódó gépek: -- Ekospir tsx sztreccsfóliázógép: raklapfóliázó gép - ilyen géppel még nem rendelkeztünk, növeli a csomagolás hatékonyságát, csökkenti a csomagolóanyag -- SOKO packingline: a gyűjtőcsomagoláshoz szükséges új csomagoló sor, ami a megnövekedő gyártási kapacitás miatt elengedhetetlen. A fejlesztés eredményeként nemcsak már meglévő beszállítói tevékenységünket szeretnénk megerősíteni, hanem előbbre is kívánunk lépni a termelési értékláncban azáltal, hogy Magyarországon jelenleg még nem forgalmazott terméket szeretnénk előállítani ami egyfajta átmenetet képez a sütemény és a torta között. Erre a termékre vonatkozó konkrét eladási tárgyalásokat is folytattunk már és megrendeléssel is rendelkezünk már. (Hungarian)
