A projekt célja 6 dab GEMMOR hegesztő terminál beszerzése, üzembe helyezése. A bevezetésre kerülő új eszközök által képviselt technológia hozzájárul a gyártás optimalizálásához. A hegesztési munkafolyamat valós időtartama mérhető és dokumentálható a rendszer segítségével, a hegesztők 20-40%-kal magasabb teljesítményre képesek. A hegesztet varratok mérhetően jobb minőségűek és a hegesztési utasításokat szigorúan betartva készülnek. A hegesztő terminál felépítése: -mérő és érzékelő berendezések -adatfeldolgozó és továbbító elektronika -üzemi terminál -szerver -Lincoln 500A teljesítményű hegesztő berendezés tartozékaival Az új termelőeszköz kompatibilis a fémszerkezet gyártási tevékenység már meglévő eszközeivel, a gyártási technológiához illeszkedik. A feljesztés eredményeként a fémszerkezet gyártási tevékenység műszaki-technológiai háttere fejlődik, a megnövekedett kapacitás igényt kielégíti. (Hungarian)
