The development planned by our company is aimed at the acquisition of well-coordinated equipment. In addition to the planned production capacity, which means the purchase of the press system and the rubber injection moulding machine, the equipment preparation extruder, which significantly reduces the environmental load, provides the rubber strips required for production equipment with an accuracy of 0.1gram, thus increasing the reliability of the final product, while the amount of waste and scrap generated is significantly reduced. The number of products produced by the equipment to be purchased depends largely on the number of nests of the tool to be used. With the tool to be purchased in the framework of the first tooling, it is possible to produce 30-40 kinds of products per year on a yearly basis, which allows us to generate a turnover of 100-120mFt. The higher accuracy of the machines, as well as the increase in the service life of the tools and the necessary repairs are envisaged by building our own capacity — as part of which the CNC-controlled lathe and laser welding equipment will be purchased, so our company’s flexibility, manufacturing ability and efficiency are increasing. The planned thermal treatment capacity needs to be built, as the products manufactured achieve the favourable material properties by heat treatment for 4-6 hours after the manufactured product (e.g. flour, silicone, HMDE, etc.). The product resulting from the project is more processed, since by building our own press and rubber injection moulding capacity, we can produce and supply a higher technical product. Within the framework of the project, we can create jobs for 6 people. HP supplement: Among the components used in automotive braking equipment, one of the most complicated and highest technical levels is represented by metal-gum products. Our company received and solved part-tasks in the production of this. Accurate adherence to all technological steps in the production process is extremely important, since any defect in any process results in the non-conformity of the finished product. During the cooperation to date, Developtest Ltd was commissioned only to carry out certain technological steps, because we only had technology and equipment to perform them. If the planned investment is realised, our company will be able to meet the required full supplier requirements. The press and injection machine to be procured is suitable for the production of large series precision metal-gum parts. The extruder is necessary for the high precision preparation and production of the raw material in press machines, which is basically a condition for the production of a homogeneous component. The quality of the component is fundamentally influenced by the technical condition of the production tools, therefore our plan is to purchase the laser welding and CNC machining center for the maintenance and repair of the tools. Cégünk által tervezett fejlesztés egymással jól összehangolt berendezések beszerzésére irányul. A tervezett gyártó kapacitás megteremtése mellett –ami a prés rendszer és a gumi fröccsöntő gép beszerzését jelenti – a berendezések hatékony és környezeti terhelést jelentős mértékben csökkentő alapanyag előkészítő extruder 0,1gramm pontossággal biztosítja azokat a gumi csíkokat, melyek gyártó berendezésekhez szükségesek, így a végtermék megbízhatósága növekszik, míg a keletkező hulladék és selejt mértéke jelentősen csökken. A beszerzésre kerülő berendezések által előállított termékek száma nagymértékben függ az alkalmazásra kerülő szerszám fészekszámától, az első felszerszámozás keretében megvásárlásra kerülő szerszámmal évi 30-40 féle termék legyártása válik lehetővé évente viszonylatban, amivel 100-120mFt árbevétel elérésére nyílik lehetőségünk. A gépek nagyobb pontosságát, valamint a szerszámok élettartamának növelését, a szükséges javítások elvégzését saját kapacitás kiépítésével képzeljük el –ennek keretében kerül beszerzése a CNC vezérlésű eszterga, valamint a lézerhegesztő berendezés - , így cégünk rugalmassága, gyártási képessége, valamint hatékonysága is növekszik. A tervezett hőkezelési kapacitás kiépítése szükséges, mivel a gyártott termékek kedvező anyag tulajdonságát a gyártott követően 4-6 órán keresztüli hőkezeléssel éri el (pl flour, szilikon, HMDE stb). A projekt során létrejövő termék magasabb feldolgozottságú, hiszen saját prés és gumi fröccsöntő kapacitásunk kiépítésével egy magasabb műszaki termék előállítását tudjuk elvégezni és beszállítani. A projekt keretében 6 fő számára tudunk munkahelyet teremteni. HP szerinti kiegészítés: Autóipari fékberendezésekben alkalmazott alkatrészek közül az egyik legbonyolultabb és legmagasabb műszaki szintet a fém-gumis termékek képviselik. Cégünk ennek gyártásában részfeladatok elvégzését kapta és oldotta meg. A termelési folyamatban minden technológiai lépés pontos betartása rendkívül fontos, hiszen bármelyik folyamat hibája a késztermék nem megfelelőségét eredményezi. Az eddigi együttműködés során a Developtest Kft csak egyes technológiai lépések elvégzésére kapott megbízást, mert csak ezek elvégzésére rendelkeztünk technológiával és berendezéssel. A tervezett beruházás megvalósítása esetén cégünk képes lesz az igényelt teljes beszállítói elvárásnak való megfelelésre. A beszerzésre kerülő prés és fröccsgép alkalmas a nagy sorozatú precíziós fém-gumis alkatrészek gyártására. Az extruder szükséges a présgépeknél az alapanyag nagy pontosságú előkészítésére és előállítására, mely alapvetően a homogén minőségű alkatrész előállításának a feltétele. Az alkatrész minőségét alapvetően befolyásolja a gyártószerszámok műszaki állapota, ezért tervezetünk a szerszámok karbantartásához, javításához szükséges lézer hegesztő és CNC megmunkáló központ beszerzését.
