Our development project aims to improve our company’s ability to generate income and competition in the target machine production market by increasing the productive capacity of our company. We aim to achieve this goal by purchasing new production equipment and building the new property necessary for their operation.In our development project, we want to acquire the following new assets: — 5-axis CNC machining center, which produces parts of the machines to be manufactured. This equipment moves around 5 axes, so it can also work on more complex surfaces. — 3 axis CNC machining center, which also produces parts of the equipment to be manufactured, but with this we make the simpler shapes. — CNC lathe used for machining rotating bodies. With this equipment, high precision and shorter machining times can be achieved. — Flat grinder for high precision machining of flat surfaces. The extension of the hall, the development of the new section consists of the following main activities: — Landscaping, clearing, earth and rock work — Work on-site concrete and reinforced concrete — Construction of drinking water and sewage networks — tinning, rainwater drainage system — Shrinking, scaffolding — Insulation — Installation of a metal and light building structure — Installation of a table structure — Surface formation — Dashing and raiding — Electrical installation — Internal building engineering — Construction of pavement basic and macadam coverings. The infrastructure investment necessary for the operation of the new production facilities will be realised by the extension of the existing assembly hall. In the current project, a 557 m² hall will be constructed, in which new equipment will be installed and the finished elements can be assembled. With these two activities, our company’s productive capacity is significantly increased! The quantifiable results of the proposal are therefore: new 557 m² hall, 1 250 m² green area, 907 m² square stone, pavement, creation of at least 2 new jobs, minimum 15 % increase in net turnover (English) | |||||||||||||||

Fejlesztési projektünk célja vállalkozásunk termelő kapacitásának növelésével cégünk jövedelemtermelő- és verseny képességének javítása a célgép-gyártás piacán. Ezt a célt új termelő eszközök beszerzésével, és a működtetésükhöz szükséges új ingatlan felépítésével kívánjuk elérni.A fejlesztési projektünkben a következő új eszközöket kívánjuk beszerezni: - 5 tengelyes CNC megmunkáló központ, mely a gyártandó gépek alkatrészeit készíti el. Ez berendezés 5 tengely mentén mozog, így a bonyolultabb felületek megmunkálására is képes. - 3 tengelyes CNC megmunkáló központ, mely szintén a gyártandó berendezések alkatrészeit készíti el, de ezzel az egyszerűbb formákat készítjük el. - CNC eszterga, mellyel a forgástestek megmunkálására szolgál. Ezzel a berendezéssel nagy pontosság, és rövidebb megmunkálási idő érhető el. - Síkköszörű, mely a sík felületek nagy pontosságú megmunkálására szolgál. A csarnok bővítése, az új rész kialakítása a következő főbb tevékenységekből áll: - Tereprendezés, irtás, föld és sziklamunka - Helyszíni beton és vasbeton munka - Ivóvíz és szennyvíz hálózat kiépítése - Bádogozás, esővíz elvezető rendszer - Zsaluzás, állványozás - Szigetelés - Fém és könnyű épületszerkezet szerelése - Asztalos szerkezet elhelyezése - Felületképzés - Vakolás és rabicolás - Villanyszerelés - Belső épületgépészeti - Útburkolat alap és makadámburkolat készítése Az új termelő eszközök működtetéséhez szükséges infrastrukturális beruházása a már meglévő összeszerelő csarnok bővítésével valósul meg. A jelenlegi projektben egy 557 m2-es csarnok felépítésére kerül sor, melyben az új berendezéseket helyezzük el, illetve a kész elemek összeszerelésére lesz lehetőség. Ezzel a két tevékenységgel jelentősen bővül vállalkozásunk termelő kapacitása! A pályázat számszerűsíthető eredményei tehát: új 557m2-es csarnok, 1250 m2 zöldfelület, 907 m2 térkő, útburkolat, minimum 2 új munkahely teremtése, a nettó árbevétel minimum 15%-os növekedése a pályázati felh (Hungarian)
