In view of the overall content of the project, the realisation of a greenfield investment, which allows the company to enter the chocolate market segment with high added value and currently with the highest profit rate (which can be hollow figure, moulded dessert, or even premium-quality salon sugar.) The heart of the project is the efficient and flexible molding line and packaging technology capable of producing the best quality. There are currently a number of prevalent technologies for forming lines: • traditional tampering technology • vaginal shaping with traditional technology • vaginal forming with “cold-press” or “frozen cone” technology The final technology is selected based on a combination of the following factors: • flexibility for new products • saving raw materials (the more precise molding head to avoid overloading due to the minimum weight) • dual layer product possibility for hollow figurines • openability of hollow figures, (for gift capsules) PRODUCTS GROUPs that can be produced with HEALTHING • hollow figurines • desserts • salons.     PROJEKT EGYÉB ELEMEI A Projekt átfogó tartalmát tekintve egy zöldmezős beruházás megvalósítása, amely révén a társaság beléphet a magas hozzáadott értékű, és jelenleg legnagyobb profitrátával kecsegtető formázott csokoládépiaci szegmensbe (mely lehet üreges figura, formázott desszert, de akár prémium minőségű szaloncukor is.) A Projekt lelke a hatékony, és rugalmas formázósor valamint a legjobb minőséget produkálni tudó csomagolástechnika. Ugyanakkor a két gépsor mellé, mely jelen támogatási kérelem tárgyát képezi, számos további beszerzés és fejlesztés szükséges, hogy a tervezett termékeket a kor technológiájának megfelelő színvonalon és versenyképesen tudjuk gyártani. Így egyéb elemekként nevezzük meg: megfelelő méretű, infrastruktúrájú gyártócsarnokot, a hőmérsékletre érzékeny termékek tárolásához szükséges raktárhelyiségeket, mindazon egyéb technológiai eszközüket, melyeket a két beszerezni kívánt vonal nem foglal magába, de ide sorolható még a különböző általános ügyviteli rendszerek, valamint speciális élelmiszeripari nyomonkövetést biztosító, vagy gyártási információkat rögzítő informatikai rendszerek kiépítése. De jelentős beruházást igényel például a gyártósorokhoz szükséges termék / designfüggő formázó forma készletek beszerzése is. ALAPSOR TECHNOLÓGIÁJÁRÓL A formázósorok tekintetében jelenleg több elterjedt technológia is létezik: • hagyományos bolygató technológia • hüvelyformázás hagyományos technológiával • hüvelyformázás „cold-press” vagy „frozen cone” technológiával A végleges technológia kiválasztása az alábbi tényezők együttes mérlegelése alapján történik: • rugalmasság új termékekre • nyersanyag-takarékosság (minél pontosabb öntőfej, a minimum súly miatti túltöltést elkerülendő) • lehetőség szerint az üreges figurák esetében is kétrétegű terméklehetőség • üreges figurák nyithatósága, (ajándékkapszulákhoz) A BERUHÁZÁS SEGÍTSÉGÉVEL GYÁRTHATÓ TERMÉKCSOPORTOK • üreges figurák • desszertek • szalondesszertek.
