Within the framework of the project, two new production equipment will be purchased and the infrastructure investment required for the operation of the new production facilities is planned. The aim of the development is to increase the production capacity of our plant. In the framework of the project, we plan the purchase of the following machines and the execution of works: • 1 Langer rewinding device; • 1 Pcs Heidelberg Varimatrix 105 CS punching machine; • Installation of air and air conditioning equipment. The aim of our project is to increase our capacities through the acquisition of the new production equipment listed above and to create a modern machine park capable of satisfying the quality requirements of our customers. In addition, we intend to ensure the conditions and efficiency of the operation of the production machines to be procured in the framework of the project by installing air- and air-conditioning equipment. In the course of our preparatory work, we assessed the needs of our customers. In preparation for our application, we contacted several bidders and asked for offers in connection with infrastructure investment and machinery. Quality, technical content, matching with our production processes and value for money were the main criteria for the selection of the bidder, which we kept in mind. We mapped the range of domestic and foreign machine manufacturers and distributors, asked for the necessary offers. Subsequently, the location of the installation of the machines was designated, and the availability of the necessary resources was examined. In connection with the rewinding equipment, we requested an offer for Jurmet sp. Z.o.o., PRE-PRINT D.O.O. and Hoffmann Kft. On the basis of the above criteria, Jurmet sp. We chose Z.o.o’s machine, who gave us the best price offer in value for money. With regard to the punch, we received the best value for money from Heidelberg Druckmaschinen Osteuropa Vertriebs-GmbH. When choosing the puncher, it was important to ensure that the machine has the right service background and that the component is provided. Among the content assessment criteria, we would like to take into account the fact that thanks to Gyöngyvér Szabados, the owner and manager of our company, he belongs to the under-represented business group (start-up or young or female entrepreneur). In addition, we also carry out certified supply activities, which we intend to certify by means of a supply contract attached to our grant application. Our turnover comes entirely from supplying activities, among which we would like to highlight our cooperation with Henkel Hungary Kft. We have the necessary human resources to implement the project. The development does not require a restructuring of the expertise. In the operation of the machines to be purchased, our employees have acquired appropriate skills, they do not need to acquire new knowledge to operate them. The other advantage is that the machines fit flexibly into our machine park and are suitable for the production of a variety of products. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt keretében két új termelő eszköz beszerzésére kerül sor, valamint az új termelőeszközök működtetéséhez szükséges infrastrukturális beruházás megvalósítását tervezzük. A fejlesztés célja az üzemünk termelési kapacitásának bővítése. A projekt keretében az alábbi gépek beszerzését és munkák kivitelezését tervezzük: • 1 db Langer áttekercselő berendezés; • 1 db Heidelberg Varimatrix 105 CS stancoló gép; • Lég- és klímatechnikai berendezések szerelése. Projektünk célja, hogy a fentiekben felsorolt, új termelő eszközök beszerzése révén kapacitásainkat bővíteni tudjuk és egy olyan korszerű gépparkot hozzunk létre, amely képes kielégíteni vevőink minőségbeli elvárásait. Emellett a projekt keretében beszerezni kívánt termelőgépek működésének feltételeit és hatékonyságát lég- és klímatechnikai berendezések beszerelésével kívánjuk biztosítani. Előkészítő tevékenységünk során felmértük a megrendelőink igényeit. Pályázatunk előkészítéseként az infrastrukturális beruházás és a gépek kapcsán több ajánlatadót is megkerestünk és bekértük az ajánlatokat. Az ajánlatadó kiválasztásánál fő szempont volt a minőség, a műszaki tartalom, a gyártási folyamatainkhoz való illeszkedés és az ár-érték arány, ezeket tartottuk szem előtt. Feltérképeztük a hazai, valamint a külföldi gépgyártók és forgalmazók kínálatát, bekértük a szükséges ajánlatokat. Ezt követően a gépek telepítési helyét kijelöltük, a szükséges erőforrások rendelkezésre állását megvizsgáltuk. Az áttekercselő berendezés kapcsán ajánlatot kértünk a Jurmet sp. Z.o.o.-tól, a PRE-PRINT D.O.O.-tól és a Hoffmann Kft.-től. A felsorolt szempontok alapján a Jurmet sp. Z.o.o gépére esett a választásunk, aki ár-érték arányban a legkedvezőbb árajánlatot adta. A stancoló kapcsán a legjobb ár-érték arányú ajánlatot a Heidelberg Druckmaschinen Osteuropa Vertriebs-GmbH-tól kaptuk. A stancoló kiválasztásánál fontos szempont volt, hogy a gép megfelelő szerviz háttérrel rendelkeznek és az alkatrész ellátottságuk is biztosított legyen. A tartalmi értékelési szempontok közül szeretnénk figyelembe venni azt, hogy cégünk tulajdonosának és egyben ügyvezetőjének, Szabados Gyöngyvérnek köszönhetően az Alulreprezentált vállalkozói csoportba (induló vagy fiatal vagy női vállalkozó) tartozik. Emellett igazolt beszállítói tevékenységet is folytatunk, melyet a támogatási kérelmünkhöz csatolt beszállítói szerződéssel kívánunk igazolni. Árbevételünk teljes egészében beszállítói tevékenységből származik, melyek közül szeretnénk kiemelni a Henkel Magyarország Kft-vel való együttműködésünket. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges emberi erőforrás megfelelő mennyiségben rendelkezésünkre áll. A fejlesztés a szakértelem átstrukturálódását nem igényli. A beszerezni kívánt gépek kezelésében munkatársaink megfelelő jártasságot szereztek, a működtetéshez nem kell új ismereteket elsajátítaniuk. A másik előny ebből adódóan, hogy a gépek rugalmasan illeszkednek gépparkunkba, többféle termék előállítására alkalmasak. (Hungarian)
