The 5 % increase in sales turnover (HUF 348.254.000 turnover — HUF 17.412,700) is distributed as follows by the owner’s preliminary calculations, according to the evolution of market trends: the increase in turnover from the production of railway fittings products accounts for 70 % of those calculated, while the production of commercial vehicle seats accounts for the remaining 30 %. Overall, the planned investment contributes to the 40 % reduction in the operating cost attributable to the undertaking’s activity concerned (price difference between the purchase and production of sponge) and to the high quality of the finished product produced and the increase in its added value. A beruházás keretén belül egy GMMix-DP-700 típusú magasnyomású hibrid habosító gép kerül beszerzésre. A gép adagolási teljesítménye 80-550gramm/sec, 200 literes duplikált alapanyag tartállyal felszerelt, a hab és a grafit tárolására. Keverőfejének hidraulikus hajtása 5kW, a gép vezérlése PLC vezérlésű, LCD érintő képernyős kijelzővel felszerelt, az egyszerű kezelhetőségért. A gép hibrid habosító berendezés, a késztermék égésgátlóságához szükséges a grafit adagolása. Az automata gépbe betöltött hab a grafittal tökéletes elegyet képezve sablon formába pumpálja, aminek dermedése – ciklusideje – kevesebb mint egy óra. Műszakonként 10 pár készülhet el (ülőszivacs és háttámla). A gép folyamatos, egy műszakos működtetésével a jelenlegi megrendelés állomány kielégíthető, de a vevőkör bővítését követően elképzelhető, hogy két műszakban fog működni a berendezés. A gép kezeléséhez 1 fő munkavállaló szükséges, aki a meglévő állományból kerül betanításra. Az értékesítési árbevétel 5 százalékos növelése (348.254.000 Ft árbevétel – 17.412.700 Ft) az alábbiak szerint oszlik meg a tulajdonos előzetes számításai, a piaci trendek alakulása szerint: vasúti szerelvényekhez szükséges termékek gyártásából származó árbevétel növekmény a kalkuláltak 70%-a, míg a haszongépjármű ülések gyártásból származik a fennmaradó 30%. Összességében elmondható, hogy a tervezett beruházás hozzájárul a vállalkozás érintett tevékenységéhez rendelhető üzemi költség 40%-os viszonyított csökkenéséhez (szivacs vásárlása és előállítása közötti árkülönbözet), valamint a gyártott végtermék magas minőségéhez, a hozzáadott értékének növekedéséhez.
