The preparation of this project was preceded by several months of preparatory work. The issue of rationalisation and expansion of the supplier, the customer base, the issue of raw materials and new technologies was investigated. As a result of this analysis, we decided on the technological development leading to the expansion of capacity, the purchase of the machines outlined above, and the other activities needed as a result of the expansion. The increase in capacity justifies an increase of 3 persons. The project activity consists of the purchase of 3 devices and their installation. After the conclusion of the grant agreement, we contract with the suppliers, we order the machines that create the capacity extension. Our experts and managers have considerable experience in purchasing and putting into service activities related to the project. With the fiber laser cutting machine, we can perform automated thermal cutting procedures, where the thermal energy required for cutting is provided by the laser beam. The technology enables the machining and cutting of structural steels, aluminium and slabs, pipes and pipes. The machine meets the latest technical and environmental standards, faster machining speed, reduced energy use, greater operational safety, small installation size, and diversity of applications for our company. In addition, 1 higher performance precision bending, folding, straightening, straightening, straightening, straightening and 1 lower power bending, rolling hydraulic variant will be purchased. With the possibility of edge bending, we can provide our customers with the creation of the shape specificity of metal sheets. During the edge bending, the metal is formally machined from existing plate boards and semi-finished parts. During the workflow there is no need to make a separate sketch,the bending process begins with the selection of an edge of the already completed model. After selecting this edge, we have the option to adjust all the parameters of bending. Thanks to the technology background of 2 pcs of edge bending, we can guarantee excellent bending accuracy. The effectiveness of the project is characterised by high added value and higher product processing. The combined purchase of machinery creates synergy with the production process in terms of growth in different areas. We will also be able to produce a product whose production phase had to be subcontracted in the past, and it will also be possible for the company to produce a new finished product from raw materials. For our finished products, we will be able to produce appliance housing and metal cladding and other additional new parts from our own capacity, meeting the highest foreign market standards and customer requirements. Customer expectations can get to a higher level, given that the new machines ensure the complete production process, therefore we can meet the needs of the partners from the purchase of the raw material to the delivery. Jelen pályázati projektünk kidolgozását több hónapos előkészítő munka előzte meg. Vizsgálat tárgyát képezte a beszállító,a vevő kör racionalizálásának és bővítésének kérdése,az alapanyagok,új technológiák kérdésköre. Ezen elemzés következtében döntöttünk a kapacitásbővítést eredményező technológiai fejlesztésről,a fentiekben vázolt gépek beszerzéséről,a bővítés következtében szükséges egyéb tevékenységekről. A kapacitás bővülése a létszám 3 fővel történő növelését indokolja. A projekttevékenység a 3 db eszköz beszerzéséből, azok üzembe helyezéséből áll. A támogatási szerződés megkötését követően szerződünk a szállítókkal,a kapacitásbővítést létrehozó gépeket megrendeljük. Szakembereink, vezetőink jelentős tapasztalattal rendelkeznek a projektet érintő beszerzési,üzembe helyezési tevékenységeket illetően. A fiber lézervágó géppel automatizált termikus vágási eljárásokat hajthatunk végre,amelynél a vágáshoz szükséges hőenergiát a lézersugár biztosítja. A technológiával szerkezeti acélok, alumínium és lemeztáblák illetve -csövek,idomacélok megmunkálása, darabolása válik lehetségessé. A gép megfelel a legújabb műszaki, környezetvédelmi szabványoknak,gyorsabb megmunkálási sebességet,csökkentett energiafelhasználást,nagyobb működési biztonságot,kis beépítési méretet,és sokszínű alkalmazhatóságot biztosítva cégünk számára. Beszerzésre kerül továbbá 1 nagyobb teljesítményű precíziós hajlító,hajtogató,redőző,simító,egyengető élhajlító és 1 kisebb teljesítményű hajlító,hengerítő hidraulikus változat. Az élhajlítás lehetőségével megrendelőink számára fémlemezek alaksajátosságának létrehozását tudjuk biztosítani. Az élhajlítás során meglévő lemeztáblákból,félkész alkatrészekből történik a fém alaki megmunkálása. A munkafolyamat során nincs szükség külön vázlat elkészítésére,a hajlítási folyamat a már elkészült modell egy élének kiválasztásával kezdődik meg. Ezen él kiválasztása utána lehetőségünk van a hajlítás valamennyi paraméterének beállítására. A beszerzésre kerülő 2 db élhajlító technológiai hátterének köszönhetően kiváló hajlítási pontosságot garantálhatunk. A projekt eredményességét a magas hozzáadott értéknövekedés,a magasabb termék feldolgozottsági szint is jellemzi. A gépek együttes beszerzése szinergiát hoz létre a termelési folyamatra nézve,a különböző területeken történő növekedések vonatkozásában. Olyan terméket is képesek leszünk gyártani, melynek valamely termelési fázisát korábban alvállalkozónak kellet adni, ill. lehetőség nyílik alapanyagból komplett a vállalkozás számára új késztermék gyártására is. Késztermékeinkhez képesek leszünk készülékházat és fémburkolatot, és egyéb kiegészítő új alkatrészeket is gyártani saját kapacitásból, megfelelve a legmagasabb külpiaci szabványoknak,és vevői igényeknek. A vevői elvárások magasabb szintre tudnak kerülni,tekintettel arra, hogy az új gépek biztosítják a komplett termelési folyamatot, ennek megfelelően az alapanyag beszerzésétől a kiszállításig ki tudjuk elégíteni a partnerek igényeit.
