The aim of the project is to increase production capacity and to acquire advanced production technology for the production of new higher processing products. Under the project, only production equipment is purchased. The 5 production devices form a coherent technological system. Brief description of the assets procured in the project: 1. WRAVOR WRC 1050 Venneer Hydraulic Lamella Cutter Complete sor:Nagyteljesítményű wide-flat horizontal band saw veneer cutting with back and forth cutting unit. The robust robust frame and the extremely strong sawmill unit ensure the right cutting quality and dimensional accuracy. In particular, the sawmill units have been designed in such a way that the sawdust cannot enter the scraping surfaces, thereby damaging the equipment. 2. WRAVOR Automatic sawdust separation cleaning brush unit for de-dusting boards: The bottom and upper brush rollers that can be integrated into the conveyor tape can remove the sawdust produced during cutting. This gives a dust threaded surface on the surface of the semi-finished product. Its control can be provided from the control panel of the sawing equipment. It may be supplemented by a bottom-to-up extraction receptacle, including an outlet, leading the sawdust to the extraction device attached to the exhaust outlet. 3. WRAVOR 700 B Cross Cutting Equipment In/Output and Automatic Cross Tape egységgel:Egyedi is a cross cutting technology in which a Wravor700 B automatic cross cutting machine is integrated. Together with individual in and out sorting tapes and cross-tapes for the transfer of the corresponding finished and semi-finished products. 4. WRAVOR 750 20/120 Single shaft serial cutting equipment with 2 movable plates in and out with roller track: The equipment is suitable for paralleling and serial cutting with the help of movable saw blades. As an option, you can add and deliver a conveyor tape. With the help of the two lasers, we can accurately fit the material to the feeder’s guide. We can select the finished and semi-finished material from the feeder transporter to the appropriate Transporter. 5.Salvador Superpush 200 Optimiser Error Exit Line: Automatic Optimising Assaw Line Model. The device is equipped with a clamping system controlled by a special program attached to the feeding table. The pieces requested from the program are automatically carried out at high feed and cutting speeds. The operator has previously used a special fluorescent chalk to mark the wood defect. Then, using a two-camera scanning system, the machine automatically recognises it. By implementing the project, the applicant will be able to produce a wide range of high quality lamelate sawn products with a higher level of processing. The type of technology and the identity of the supplier were selected during the project preparation phase. The supplier made an on-site visit and assessed the location of the installation. A projekt célja a termelési kapacitás bővítése és új magasabb feldolgozottsági termék gyártásához szükséges korszerű gyártási technológia beszerzése. A projekt keretében kizárólag gyártó eszközök beszerzése történik. Az 5 db gyártóeszköz összefüggő technológiai rendszert alkotnak. A projektben beszerzett eszközök rövid bemutatása: 1. Wravor WRC 1050 Venneer Hidraulikus lamella vágó komplett sor:Nagyteljesítményű széleslapos vízszintes szalagfűrész furnér vágásához oda--vissza vágó egységgel. A robosztus masszív váz és a rendkívűl erős fűrészmű egység biztosítja a megfelelő vágásminőséget és méretpontosságot. Kiemelendő a fűrészmű egységei úgy lettek kialakítva, hogy a fűrészpor ne tudjon bekerülni a surlódó felületek közé ezzel károsítva a berendezést. 2. Wravor Automatikus fűrészpor leválasztó tisztító kefe egység a deszkák pormentesítésére: A kihordó szalaghoz integrálható alsó és felső kefehengerek segítségével eltávolítható a vágás közben keletkezett fűrészpor. Ezáltal pormenetes felületet kapunk a félkésztermék felületén. A vezérlését a fűrészberendezés vezérlőpultjáról biztosítható. Kiegészíthető alsó–felső elszívó gyűjtő tartállyal, kivezetéssel együtt, elvezetve a fűrészport az elszívó csonkra csatlakoztatott elszívóberendezés felé. 3. Wravor 700 B keresztvágó berendezés be–és kiadagoló illetve automatikus keresztszalag egységgel:Egyedi kialakítású keresztvágási technológia, melybe integrálva helyezkedik el egy Wravor700 B automatikus nagykeresztmetszetű keresztvágó berendezés. Az egyedi ki-és behordó szortírozó szalagokkal és keresztszalagokkal együtt a megfelelő kész- és félkésztermék továbbítására. 4. Wravor 750 20/120 Egytengelyes sorozatvágó berendezés 2 mozgatható lappal be és kiadagoló görgős pályával: A berendezés alkalmas párhuzamszélezésre és sorozatvágásra is egyaránt a mozgatható fűrészlapok segítségével. Opcióként hozzáillszthető be és kihordó szállító szalag. A két darab laser segítségével pontosan tudjuk illeszteni az anyagot a beadagoló vezetőjének. A kiadagoló transporterről tudjuk szelektálni a kész és a félkész anyagot továbbítva a megfelelő transporterre. 5.Salvador Superpush 200 optimalizáló hiba kiejtő vonal: Automatikus optimalizáló leszabófűrész vonal modell. A berendezés egy beadagoló asztalhoz illesztett speciális programból vezérelt megfogó csipeszrendszerrel rendelkezik. A programból bekért darabokat a gép automatikusan nagy előtolási és darabolási sebességgel elvégzi. Az operator előzőleg speciális fluoreszkáló kréta segítségével megjelöli a fa hibát. Majd egy két kamerás leolvasó rendszer segítségével a gép automatikusan felismerve kiejti azt. A projekt megvalósításával a pályázó magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű, magas minőségű lamellát fűrészárú termékek széles palettáját válik képessé gyártani. A projekt előkészítési szakaszában megtörtént a technológia típusának és a szállító személyének kiválasztása. A szállító helyszíni bejárást végzett és felmérte a telepítés helyszínét. (Hungarian)
