1: production expansion: 2221 production diversification related to the production of plastic packaging: We can enter a new market. We will be able to produce foils (5 layers) that are not currently produced in Hungary. 2. Preparatory activities: We are implementing development in an area where management already has a strong practice, since it has consistently implemented similar developments in recent years, partly through support. The skills of the project management members are therefore appropriate. When choosing the equipment to be procured, we chose a known supplier with a good service background. 5. to ensure and maintain the procedures, methods and professional standards that ensure the implementation of professional standards during the implementation of the project: During operation and implementation, we place great emphasis on the use of the established quality guidance system and follow the procedures required by the suppliers, so the effective implementation and maintenance of the project will be without problems. 6. In technology investments, project management has a lot of experience and has already implemented several of these projects with the help of grants. 7. Novelty and added value of the asset: we will be able to produce 5 layers of foil in the country alone, and we have not been able to produce this product with Pa or EVOH raw materials before. 8. Presentation of project elements: Number of machines to be purchased: 1 pcs. Device to be procured: Alpine High Performance Blowed Foil Manufacturer and Orientation Line: It allows production of 5 layers of foil instead of 3 layers. Thanks to the 5 layers, it is possible to produce significantly thinner films than the existing technology, and instead of the raw materials used previously, we can produce a product with the same physical properties using materials that are significantly cheaper, thus we can work with higher added value. It is possible to produce large series with high precision. The machine is equipped with a variety of quality control and control systems, so it has high efficiency. In this case, there is no longer an additional point for the ‘SME moving forward in the production value chain’, but it can be said that the introduction of 5 layer film production instead of 3 layer film production clearly represents a significant added increase. 1: termelés bővülés: 2221 műanyag csomagolóeszköz gyártásához kapcsolódó termelési diverzifikáció valósul meg: Új piacon tudunk megjelenni. Olyan fóliákat (5 réteg) fogunk tudni gyártani amilyet jelenleg nem gyártanak Magyarországon. 2. Előkészítő tevékenységek: Egy olyan területen valósítunk meg fejlesztést, melyben a vezetésnek már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket, részben támogatásból. A projekt menedzsment tagjainak jártassága tehát megfelelő. Korábban beszerzésre került több gyártó gép és a vevői igények feltérképezése megtörtént, ennek az ismeretében alakítottuk ki a megalapozott fejlesztésünk. 3 . A projekt legfontosabb lépései: célunk egy gépszerzés, amelyben nagy gyakorlatunk van. A projektet 2016.03.31-ig megvalósítjuk. 4. Szakmai standardok: a fejlesztés során az szakmai (ISO, DIN) szabványok és a beszállítói követelmények figyelembe véve járunk el (pl. élelmiszerbiztonság). A beszerzendő eszközök kiválasztásánál ismert szállítót választottunk, jó szervizháttérrel. 5. a szakmai standardok megvalósulását biztosító eljárások, módszerek és a szakmai színvonal biztosítása és fenntartása a projekt végrehajtása során: A működés és megvalósítás során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a bevezetett minőségirányitási rendszer használatára és a beszállítók által megkövetelt eljárásokat követjük, így a projekt eredményes megvalósítása és fenntartása problémamentes lesz. 6. A technológiai beruházásokban a projekt menedzsmentnek nagy tapasztalata van, révén már több ilyen projektet valósított meg támogatás segítségével. 7. Az eszköz újdonságtartalma, többlet értéke: képesek leszünk 5 rétegű fóliát gyártani egyedül az országban, valamint Pa illetve Evoh alapanyagból korábban nem tudtunk gyártani ilyen terméket. 8. megvalósuló projektelemek bemutatása: A beszerezni kívánt gépek darabszáma: 1 db. A beszerzendő eszköz: ALPINE nagy teljesítményű fújt fóliagyártó és orientáló sor: 5 rétegű fóliagyártást tesz lehetővé az eddigi 3 réteg helyett. Az 5 réteg révén a meglévő technológiához képest lényegesen vékonyabb fóliák gyártására nyílik lehetőség illetve a korábban alkalmazott alapanyagok helyett lényegesen olcsóbb alapanyagok használatával tudunk előállítani ugyanolyan fizikai tulajdonságú terméket, ezáltal nagyobb hozzáadott értékkel tudunk dolgozni. Nagy sorozatú gyártásra nyílik lehetőség, nagy pontosság mellett. A gép fel van szerelve többféle minőségellenőrző és szabályzó rendszerrel, így magas a hatékonysága. Esetünkben többletpont már nem a „Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV” szempontra, de elmondható, hogy a 3 rétegű fóliagyártás helyett bevezetendő 5 rétegű fóliagyártás egyértelműen jelentős hozzáadott növekedést jelent.
