The KTL painting line, designed according to our unique needs, allows for a unique technological method. The eco-friendly painting technology, well-known from the automotive industry, is used by many industries, because of its advantages it has been introduced at our company as well. Thanks to the development, the company’s capacity is greatly expanded, and its market share and sales increase. RECTIFICATION: SMEs moving forward in the production value chain: — will the development lead to a higher level of processing of the product concerned? The development allows for a higher level of processing through production at higher technical standards and quality. — what makes the product a higher level of processing? The higher level of processing is confirmed by the fact that we meet the requirements of a new standard in addition to the current automotive standard using the KTL dip line to be purchased. At present we can meet the VW 13750 OFL-x632 automotive standard to the maximum (720 hours salt mist test), with the new equipment we also fully meet the VW 13750 OFL-x634 standards (1440 hours of salt mist test). ...     Az egyedi igényeink szerint kialakított KTL festősor egyedi technológiai módszert tesz lehetővé. Az autóiparból jól ismert környezetbarát festési technológiát számos iparág alkalmazza, előnyei miatt cégünknél is bevezetésre került. Az új festősorral a cég kapacitása megnő. Az eljárás során a munkadarab a tisztító előkezelés után egy festőkádba kerül, ahol a kataforetikus festési eljárásnak köszönhetően a vízbázisú festék a darab teljes felületen megtapad, ezzel kiváló minőségű korróziógátló-és sópermetálló bevonatot képez. A folyamat végén a beégetőkemencében szilárdul meg a festékbevonat. A berendezés kádsorból, a felépítményből, valamint a gépészeti egységekből áll. A fejlesztés lehetővé teszi a magasabb szintű feldolgozottságot a magasabb műszaki színvonalon és minőségben történő előállítás révén. - mitől lesz magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű a termék? A magasabb feldolgozottsági szintet igazolja, hogy a beszerezni kívánt KTL mártó festő sor használatával a jelenlegi autóipari szabvány mellett, egy új szabvány előírásainak is eleget teszünk. Jelenleg a VW 13750 ofl-x632 autóipari szabványnak tudunk megfelelni maximálisan (720óra sóköd teszt), az új berendezéssel a VW 13750 ofl-x634 szabványi előírásokat is maradéktalanul teljesítjük (1440 óra sóköd teszt). ...
