The technical content of the project is essentially determined by the fact that the complex cables used in manufactured anti-inclinators are built into premium brands such as Audi, Bentley, Porsche. The production is carried out in a production cell with the following equipment: Welding equipment (compacting), welding equipment ECU side, welding equipment Actor side, 0Metzner cutting equipment DR 8.3000, Seal-cracking machine SSC-1, Arburg injection molding machine, Metzner DRC 1.1000 pipe cutting equipment, Genkinger-HUBTEX electric crane lorry, CoaxStrip 5500 barbering machines. The production capacities to be implemented are designed for the production of passenger car anti-inclination systems. A projekt által megvalósítani tervezett műszaki tartalmát alapvetően az határozza meg, hogy a gyártott dőlésgátlókban alkalmazott összetett kábeleket olyan prémium márkákba építik, mint az Audi, a Bentley, Porsche. A gyártást gyártócellában végezzük az alábbi berendezésekkel: Hegesztőberendezés (kompaktáló), Hegesztőberendezés ECU oldal, Hegesztőberendezés Aktor oldal, 0Metzner vágóberendezés DR 8.3000, Seal-Krimpelőgép SSC-1, Arburg fröccsöntőgép, Metzner DRC 1.1000 csővágó berendezés, Genkinger-HUBTEX elektromos darukocsi, CoaxStrip 5500 csupaszító gépek. A megvalósítandó gyártókapacitásokat személygépkocsi dőlésgátló rendszerek gyártásához alakítjuk ki. A tervezett kapacitások kezdetben egy műszakos, majd később 2 műszakos munkarendben kerülnek kialakításra a gyártócella 90% feletti kihasználtsága mellett. (Hungarian)
