With the CNC machining centres to be procured in the framework of the project, we plan to install a new production machine family, which will enable the production of large parts and smaller parts of large-format cutting machines produced by the Ltd., which we have so far carried out in a contract. The third member of the machine family is the EOS 3D printing system that allows the production of prototypes and manufacturing models for the components to be developed, as well as for the production of plastic parts that hold together the parts produced by the portal CNC machining centres. A 3D printing device using SLS technology is currently located in Hungary, with the purchase of the machine, it will be used in production for the first time at ProCam Kft. Advantages of purchasing the machine family in the production process and sales: —The current exports to Slovakia would be greatly expanded, in 2015 in Austria and Germany, in the following year, the products of the Kft would be released in 16 countries of Europe -The three shift operation of the machine will give the company the opportunity to create 2 additional jobs, -The use of the innovative technology of SLS represents an added value in the production process of the Ltd, which will result in the production of new products and the expansion of production capacities — In addition to our cutting machines, the cutting machines will open up the market as well as the market opening up the demand for hire work in a secure quality by the Kft. — Designability of quality parts in the products (cutting machines) -The cost of producing parts on time becomes more efficient — Our machine production will increase the capacity of our manufacturing system 80 % of our own production capacity would increase the quality of our company’s designability in the products (cutting machines) — We would increase the capacity of our company to increase the capacity of our production 80 % (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt keretében beszerezendő CNC megmunkáló központokkal egy olyan új gyártó gép család beüzemelését tervezzük, amellyel lehetővé válik a Kft által gyártott nagyformátumú vágó gépek nagy alkatrészeinek, illetve kisebb alkatrészeinek gyártása, amelyet cégünk eddig bérmunkában végeztetett el. A gépcsalád harmadik tagja az EOS 3D nyomtató rendszer lehetővé teszi a kifejlesztésre kerülő alkatrészek prototípusainak és gyártás előkészítő modelljeinek elkészítését, valamint olyan műanyag alkatrészek előállítására alkalmas, amely a portál CNC megmunkáló központok által előállított alkatrészeket tartja össze. Az SLS technológiával működő 3D nyomtató berendezésből jelenleg egy kiállítási darab található Magyarországon, gyártásban történő alkalmazása a gép beszerzésével, először a PROCAM Kft-nél valósulna meg. A gépcsalád beszerzésének előnyei a gyártási folyamatban, értékesítésben: -A jelenleg Szlovákiába irányuló export nagymértékben bővülne, 2015-ben Ausztriában és Németországban, az azt követő évben még Európa 16 országában jelennének meg a Kft termékei -A gép három műszakban való üzemeltetése további 2 fő munkahelyteremtésre ad lehetőséget, -Az SLS innovatív technológia alkalmazása olyan hozzáadott értéket képvisel a Kft gyártási folyamatában, amely egyrészt új termék előállítását, másrészt a termelési kapacitások bővítését eredményezi -A vágó gépeink mellett a forgácsolás mint piac is megnyílik ez által a bérmunka igényeket biztonsággal minőségben tudná a Kft felvállalni -Minőségi alkatrészek tervezhetősége a termékekben (vágógépek) -Tervezhetőbbé válik az alkatrészek időre való elkészülése -A gépek teljesítménye a jelenlegi alkatrész gyártátásunk kapacitását háromszorosára növeli -A gépcsaláddal az általunk gyártott alkatrészek 80%-át saját gyártásban tudná a cég előállítani -A fémmegmunkáló gépek előállítási költségei 40-50%al csökkennének -A többféle anyag forgácsolása elengedhetetlen része a cég működésének, a versenyképesség növelésének (Hungarian)
