As part of the project, 1 CNC-system SML 500e sealing machine will be procured up to 520 mm diameter, as well as the associated controlled tools, tool sharpening machine, microscope and templates for cutting the inclined elements, which are accessories for the sealing machine. The main features of the device to be procured are: • 2-axis CNC machine with Fanuc control unit and Fanuc drive, robust machine bed, comfortable and modern design • 8 jaw chucks • chip cutter and powerful suction • 3 jaw manual chuck • diameter 520 mm chuck capping • knife set, spare inserts, and tool storage • hand tools, and maintenance lubricants • refrigeration-lubricating concentrate • computer monitor • SML system software for CNC programming, and for simulations We would like to meet the needs of both ourselves and our partners with the seals of the gaskets we wish to purchase, so that we can produce the seals of the pneumatic and hydraulic equipment we repaired for ourselves, so that we can meet more complex demands much faster. By acquiring assets, we will be able to adapt more flexibly and faster to the changing needs of the market. The accuracy and quality of the manufactured products are greatly improved. Our technically qualified employees will receive practical and theoretical training for the operation of the new machine. The cost of the component to be procured by the project will be reduced, but the decrease in the efficiency will reduce the operating result, so we can expect an increase of approximately 15 %. In order to operate the new machine, it is possible to introduce 2 shifts initially, and then with the expansion of market demands, 3 or 4 shifts can be introduced. During project implementation and production, it will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerül 1 db CNC rendszerű SML 500e tömítésgyártó gép 520mm-es átmérőig, valamint a hozzá kapcsolódó vezérelt szerszámok, szerszámélező gép, mikroszkóp és a ferde elemek vágásához szükséges sablonok, melyek a tömítésgyártó gép tartozékai. A beszerzendő eszköz legfontosabb tulajdonságai: • 2 tengelyű CNC gép Fanuc vezérlőegységgel, és Fanuc meghajtással, strapabíró gépággyal, kényelmes, és modern dizájnnal • 8 pofás tokmánnyal • forgács vágóval, és erőteljes elszívással • 3 pofás manuális tokmány • átmérő 520mm-es tokmánybefogással • késkészlet, tartalék betétek, és szerszámtároló • kézi szerszámok, és karbantartási kenőanyagok • hűtő-kenő koncentrátum • számítógép monitorral • SML rendszerszoftver a CNC programozáshoz, és szimulációkhoz A beszerezni kívánt Tömítésgyártó berendezéssel, mind a magunk, mind pedig partnereink igényeit szeretnénk tökéletesebben kielégíteni, hogy az általunk javított pneumatikus, illetve hidraulikus berendezések tömítéseit saját magunknak le tudjuk gyártani, így komplexebb igényeket is sokkal gyorsabban tudjuk kielégíteni. Az eszközök beszerzésével rugalmasabban és gyorsabban tudunk majd alkalmazkodni a piaci igények változásához. A gyártott termékek pontossága, minősége nagymértékben javul. Az új gép működtetéséhez műszaki végzettségű alkalmazottaink célirányú gyakorlati és elméleti képzésben fognak részesülni. A projekt megvalósításával beszerzendő alkatrész költségeink csökkenek, de az ertékcsökkenés csökkenti majd az üzemi eredményt, így hozzávetőlegesen 15% növekedéssel számolhatunk. Az új gép működtetéséhez kezdetben 2 műszak, majd a piaci igények bővülésével 3 vagy 4 műszak bevezetése is lehetséges. A projekt megvalósítása és a gyártás során az MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 szabvány előírásainak megfelelően fog történni. Az új technológia várható elavulási ideje 20 év. (Hungarian)
