Purchase of equipment: The acquisition of assets makes a significant contribution to increasing corporate added value. The capacity of our existing machines is low and it is absolutely necessary to develop it in order to strengthen the status of supplier. Our trained and experienced professionals have extensive experience in operating similar devices, so the use of the tools to be procured will not be a problem. Thus, it is possible to achieve or maintain the desired professional standards in an unobstructed way. Expected technology obsolescence time: Ten years. Impact of installation of machinery on efficiency: Modern machines allow faster machining time, we can work with up to 15 % shorter deadlines. Thanks to reliable machines and automatic programmable settings, less scrap is generated, so our material management can improve by up to 20 % for certain products. The activity of the company does not change, but it is also possible to produce product circles that we cannot produce so far, allowing the acquisition of new markets. Increasing our competitiveness, increasing turnover and results. A projekt előkészítéseként megtörtént a megrendelői igények felmérése (munkamennyiség, -minőség és -típus tekintetében). Ennek ismeretében alakítottuk ki a tervezett beszerzéseket. Kiszámítottuk a várható hasznokat. Ezt követően bekértünk szállítói ajánlatokat a költségek megbecsüléséhez. A fentiek figyelembe vételével elmondható, hogy megalapozott a fejlesztésünk. A vállalkozás egy olyan területen valósít meg fejlesztést, melyben már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen folyamatosan és következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket, és az ott szerzett tapasztalatok sokat segítenek a megvalósításban. A beruházás a szekszárdi telephelyen valósul meg. A helyszín alkalmas a fejlesztés megvalósítására. Eszközbeszerzés: Az eszközök beszerzése jelentős mértékben járul hozzá a vállalati hozzáadott érték növeléséhez. Meglévő gépeink kapacitása alacsony, a beszállítói státus erősítése érdekében feltétlenül szükséges azt fejleszteni. Képzett és gyakorlott szakembereinknek nagy tapasztalata van hasonló eszközök üzemeltetésében, így a beszerzendő eszközök használata nem fog problémát jelenteni. Így a kívánt szakmai színvonal elérése, ill. fenntartása akadálymentesen megoldható. A technológiai várható elavulási ideje: 10 év. A gépek üzembe helyezésének hatása a hatékonyságra: A modern gépek gyorsabb megmunkálási időt tesznek lehetővé, akár 15%-kal rövidebb határidőkkel tudunk dolgozni. A megbízható gépeknek, és az automatikus, programozható beállításoknak köszönhetően kevesebb selejt keletkezik, így az anyaggazdálkodásunk akár 20%-kal is javulhat, bizonyos termékek tekintetében. A vállalkozás tevékenysége nem változik, de az eddig általunk nem gyártható termékkörök gyártására is lehetőség nyílik, újabb piacok megszerzését téve lehetővé.
