A new EMC 55 type concrete mixing plant will be created during the project. Its output is 55 m³/h, which meets the needs of current market demand in terms of both quality and quantity. In the production of concrete, the new plant allows precise dosing of the additives and components, so it can be produced under modern conditions several new types of finished concrete that have not yet been produced. The mixer wash to be procured is directly linked to the concrete production capacity. Right now, the company doesn't have its own washer. The deployment of the increased capacity to the site can no longer be achieved without its own mixer wash, so the investment has become necessary. The foundation of the mixing plant is an infrastructural investment necessary to create the production capacity, without the implementation of the mixing plant cannot be established. For the implementation of the infrastructure project, the company had the plans prepared by the licensee, they were authorised, and the final building permit is attached to the tender. In order to determine the capacity of the blending plant, the partners were consulted, so the size of the capacity to be put in place was determined. Activities to be carried out under the project: purchase of equipment, infrastructure investment, the company intends to apply for aid. The project has a final construction permit and complies with construction standards. The technology to be procured is CE certified. It is the task of the workers to operate the production technology. The current staff has considerable professional experience and training in the operation of the concrete mixing plant and the related production infrastructure, and a high professional standard is ensured. Management has managed the partnership for nearly two decades since its foundation. A new profile will not be created with the investment, a new, state-of-the-art kaapcity will be realised, based on both the experience and the training of the management. The product to be produced as a result of the project has added value, by increasing the controllability of additives, it is possible to produce a more modern product with a higher level of processing, as well as to improve product quality. In addition, with its own modern wash, the delivered material quality becomes constant,the concrete does not contain any impurities. Presentation of project elements: Purchase of equipment: Concrete mixing plant: EMC 55 type plant, 55 m³/h, engine SEW 30 kW. The concrete mixing plant will increase production capacity by around 55 %. Modern overcapacity, which increases the company’s productivity, turnover and product range. It contributes to the long-term maintenance of jobs. Mixer wash: 600 diameter, heated design, clean water rinsing, treatment podium, automatic mixing system. Linked to the new concrete mixing capacity. Architecture: Concrete mixing plant foundation: Its longitudinal axis is NY-K orientation. A projekt során egy új, EMC 55 típusú betonkeverő üzem jön létre. Ennek teljesítménye 55 m3/h, ami kielégíti a jelenlegi piaci kereslet igényeit mind minőség, mind mennyiség tekintetében. Az új üzem a beton előállításánál az adalakényagok és összetevők precíz adagolását teszi lehetővé, így korszerű körülmények között válik gyárthatóvá több új, eddig nem gyártott típusú kész-beton. A beszerzésre kerülő mixer mosó közvetlenül az beton-előállító kapacitáshoz kapcsolódik. Jelenleg a cég nem renelkezik saját mosóval. A megnövekedett kapacitás helyszínre juttatása már nem oldható meg saját mixer-mosó nélkül, így a beruházás szükségessé vált. A keverőüzem alapozása a termlelő kapacitás létrehozásához szükséges infrastrukturális beruházás, megvalósítása nélkül a keverőüzem nem hozható létre. Az infrastrukturális beruházás megvalósításához a vállalkozás az engedélyes terveket elkészíttette, azok engedélyezése megtörtént, a jogerős építési engedély a pályázathoz csatolásra kerül. A keverőüzem kapacitásának meghatározásához a partnerekkel történt egyeztetés megtörtént, így került meghatározásra a letrehozandó kapacitás nagysága. A projekt keretében elvégzendő tevékenységek: eszközbeszerzés, infrastrukturális beruházás, a társaság ezekhez kíván támogatást igényelni. A projekt jogerős építési engedéllyel rendelkezik, az építési standardoknak megfelel. A beszerzésre kerülő technológia CE minősítéssel rendelkezik. A termelési technológia működtetése a dolgozók feladata. A jelenlegi alkalmazotti kör jelentős szakmai tapasztalattal és képzettségeel rendelkezik a betonkeverő üzem és az ehhez kapcsolódó termelési infrastruktúra működtetésében, a magas szakmai színvonal biztosított. A menedzsment az alapítás óta eltelt közel két évtizedben irányította a társsaságot. Új profil nem jön létre a beruházással, új, korszerű kaapcitás valósul meg, aminek a működtetésére a mendzsment felkészült mind tapasztalata, mind képzettsége alapján. A projekt eredményeként előállításra kerülő termék többlet értéket képvisel, az adalékanyagok szabályozhatóságának bővítésével korszerűbb, magasabb feldolgozottságú termék állítható elő, illetve a termékminőség is javul. Emellett a saját, korszerű mosóval a kiszállított anyagminőség állandóvá válik,a beton nem tartalmaz szennyeződéseket. Projektelemek bemutatása: Eszközbeszerzés: Betonkeverő üzem: EMC 55 típusú üzem, 55 m3/h, hajtómű SEW 30kW. A betonkeverő üzem a termelési kapacitást mintegy 55 %-kal növeli. Korszerű többletkapacitás, amely növeli a cég termelékenységét, árbevételét, illetve a gyártható termékkört. Hozzájárul a munkahelyek hosszú távú megtartásához. Mixermosó: 600-as átmérő, fűtött kivitel, tisztavizes öblítés, kezelő pódium, automata keverőrendszer. Az új betonkeverő kapacitáshoz kapcsolódik. Építészet: Betonkeverő üzem alapozás: Hossztengelye NY-K-i tájolású. A tervezett betonkeverő a telek nyugati oldalára kerül NY-K-i hossztengellyel, adalékanyag tároló építménnyel kiegészítve.
