In the framework of the tender, the equipment belonging to our locksmith activity will be purchased: a CNC plasma cutter, two welding machines, a lathe machine, a tower crane, one edge bending, a plate scissor, a saw disc cutter, a 10 m roller track, a band sawing machine, a profile cutting machine, a single column and magnet track drill and a grain blower. Woodworking equipment related to our entire general construction: edge-locking, piercing and immersion saws, upper and doub millers, vibration grinders, extraction mobiles, oscillators, planers and battery impact drilling machines. In addition, a machine storage facility will be constructed in the framework of our tender, in which some of the devices listed above will be located. The machines to be procured help our company to operate cost-effectively, to expand our production capacity, and to meet the needs of the market as widely as possible, thus increasing our turnover and profitability. With the help of the project, we have the opportunity to create more market links and reach the widest possible segment. The necessary preparation was carried out for the implementation of the project, the quotations were procured, the management decided on the range of equipment to be procured together, the design documentation related to the construction was completed and the permits are available. Our company has implemented several tenders in the past year, so the relevant professional experience of the management is ensured. We are aware that the employees to be recruited may not be familiar with the manufacturing machines we use, but based on the professional experience of recent years, the training of workers is not a problem for us. With the help of our specialists, they acquire the knowledge necessary to maintain (or increase) the quality of the product we produce. This project has a clear added value, as due to the project we have the opportunity to serve the unmet customer needs so far, by which we can increase our turnover and the machines to be procured reduce our costs. With the tools to be procured, we will have the opportunity to perform increased locksmith works and to perform more accurate work with the tools used during our general construction works. The installation of the locksmith room (mechanical storage) is implemented under the landmark number Sárbogárd 825/2. The works include the groundwork, the grounding of the area, the construction of reinforced concrete structures, the installation of prefabricated structures, plastering, locksmith and tin works, covering, surface finish and insulation. A pályázat keretében beszerzésre kerülnek a lakatos tevékenységünkhöz tartozó eszközök: egy CNC plazmavágó, két hegesztőgép, egy esztergagép, egy toronydaru, egy élhajlító, egy lemezolló, egy fűrésztárcsás daraboló, egy 10 m-es görgőpálya, egy szalagfűrészgép, egy profildarabológép, egy-egy oszlopos és mágnestalpas fúrógép és egy szemcsefúvó. Teljes generál kivitelezésünkhöz kapcsolódó faipari eszközök: élzáró, szúró- és merülőfűrész, felső- és dübelmaró, vibrációs csiszoló, elszívómobil, oszcillátor, gyalu és akkus ütvefúró-csavarozógép. Pályázatunk keretében továbbá kialakításra kerül egy géptároló, amelyben a fentebb felsorolt eszközök egy része lesz elhelyezve. A beszerzendő gépek hozzásegítik cégünket a költséghatékony működéshez, termelési kapacitásunk bővítéséhez, illetve lehetővé teszik a piaci igények minél szélesebb körben történő kielégítését, így növelve árbevételünket, jövedelmezőségünket. A projekt segítségével lehetőségünk nyílik több piaci kapcsolat kialakítására, minél szélesebb szegmens elérésére. A projekt végrehajtásához megtörtént a szükséges előkészítés, beszerzésre kerültek az árajánlatok, a vezetőség együttesen döntött a beszerzésre kerülő eszközök köréről, elkészültek az építéshez kapcsolódó tervdokumentációk és az engedélyek is rendelkezésünkre állnak. Cégünk az elmúlt évben több pályázatot hajtott végre, így a vezetőség megfelelő szakmai tapasztalata biztosított. Tisztában vagyunk azzal, hogy a felvételre kerülő munkavállalók esetlegesen nem ismerik az általunk használt gyártó gépeket, de az elmúlt évek szakmai tapasztalatai alapján a munkások betanítása számunkra nem okoz problémát, szakembereink segítségével elsajátítják azt a tudást, mely az általunk gyártott termék színvonalának tartásához (avagy emeléséhez) szükséges. Jelen projekt egyértelműen rendelkezik többlet értékkel, hiszen a projekt következtében lehetőségünk van az eddig kielégítetlen vevői igények kiszolgálására, mely által növelni tudjuk árbevételünket, a beszerzendő gépek csökkentik költségeinket. A beszerzésre kerülő eszközökkel lehetőségünk lesz a megnövekedett lakatos munkák elvégzését valamint a generál kivitelezési munkálataink során használt eszközökkel pontosabb munkát végezhetünk. A lakatos helyiség (géptároló) kialakítása a Sárbogárd 825/2 helyrajzi számon valósul meg. A munkálatok magukba foglalják a földmunkákat, a terület síkalapozását, a vasbeton szerkezetek kialakítását, az előre gyártott szerkezetek beépítését, vakolást, lakatos- és bádogos munkákat, burkolást, felületképzést és szigetelést. Az új építmény költsége 181.647 Ft/m2, amely összhangban van az építési engedéllyel és a tervdokumentációval (Hungarian)
