We checked the device, tested a similar machine, agreed technical standards, checked it, asked for a quote. The state-of-the-art equipment enables fast, efficient, high-quality product production, which contributes to the dynamic development of our company. As a result of the stable customer relations established in recent years, today we produce large and small-scale parts and assembled units with 5 employees and several modern machining machines. This machine is a great help in the production of a single piece of parts that are shaped, highly complex and at the same time have high precision requirements. As a result of the project, the company’s competitiveness and job retention capacity will be improved. The project fully complies with the basic objectives of the tender and acquires new technology for the company’s existing activity, which allows for an additional increase in turnover and results. Az eszközt megtekintettük, egy hasonló gép kipróbálása megtörtént, műszaki standardokat egyeztettük, megtekintettük, árajánlatot bekértük. A vállalkozás tárgyalásokat folytatott nagyobb megrendelőkkel, szerződéseket sikeresen aláírtuk a jövőbeni megrendelésekre. A projekt megvalósítása során a vállalkozás beszerzi a pályázatban megjelölt, Takisawa TS 400/1000 CNC esztergagépet. A projekt során beszerzésre kerülő gép a legmodernebb megmunkáló központ, mely az alkatrészek legspeciálisabb részeit/formákat is képes előállítani. A CNC megmunkáló központ az üzembe helyezést követően teljes kapacitással tud működni. A korszerű berendezés lehetővé teszi a gyors, hatékony, minőségi termék-előállítást, mely hozzájárul cégünk dinamikus fejlődéséhez. Az elmúlt években kialakult stabil megrendelői kapcsolatok eredményeként ma 5 munkatárssal, több korszerű megmunkáló géppel végezzük nagy- és kisszériás alkatrészek és szerelt egységek gyártását. Ez a gép nagy segítséget jelent az alakos, nagy bonyolultságú, ugyanakkor nagy pontossági követelményeket támasztó egy-egy darab alkatrész elkészítésében. A projekt eredményeként javul a vállalkozás versenyképessége, munkahelymegtartó jövedelemtermelő képessége. A projekt teljes körűen megfelel a pályázat alapvető célkitűzéseinek, új technológiát szerez be a vállalkozás meglévő tevékenység mellé, ami további árbevétel és eredménybővülést tesz lehetővé.
