We checked the device, tested a similar device, agreed technical standards, checked it, asked for a quote. During the implementation of the project, the company acquires the uniquely manufactured LFTA-1 laser cutting machine equipment specified in the tender. The machine is designed in such a way that it is not necessary to produce a kind of product, so we can introduce different glass shapes and variants into the machine in any order of your choice. Based on the programmed data, the machine can process each type of glass with the appropriate process parameters. Data relating to the type of glass is manually programmed by the operator and then delivered to the machine by the press of a button. The machine is equipped with a novel laser type, the ultra-short laser pulse, which results in excellent quality separated edges. The advantages of the technology: • no grinding and washing • no grinding sludge and no water treatment required • very good cutting process • higher yield than conventional processes • ultra-short laser pulse requires less energy than conventional CO2 lasers The laser cutting equipment can operate at full capacity after commissioning. The state-of-the-art equipment enables fast, efficient, high-quality product production, which contributes to the dynamic development of our company. Every year since 2012, our company has participated in the International Glass Industry Exhibition, Ambiente Frankfurt, where we are increasingly interested in our own brand collection every year. Az eszközt megtekintettük, egy hasonló berendezés kipróbálása megtörtént, műszaki standardokat egyeztettük, megtekintettük, árajánlatot bekértük. A projekt megvalósítása során a vállalkozás beszerzi a pályázatban megjelölt egyedi gyártású LFTA-1 Lézervágógép berendezést. A gépet úgy tervezték hogy nem szükséges egyfajta terméket gyártani, tehát különböző üvegformákat és üvegváltozatokat vihetünk be a gépbe tetszés szerinti sorrendbe. A gép a beprogramozott adatok alapján képes minden egyes üvegtípust a megfelelő folyamatparaméterekkel feldolgozni. A mindenkori üvegtípussal kapcsolatos adatokat a kezelő manuálisan programozza be, majd azok gombnyomással jutnak el a géphez. A gép újszerű lézertípussal, az ultrarövid lézerimpulzussal van felszerelve, amely minőségileg kiváló leválasztott széleket eredményez. A technológia előnyei: • nincs csiszolás és mosás • nincs csiszolási iszap és nincs szükség vízkezelésre • nagyon jó vágási folyamat • nagyobb hozam, mint a hagyományos eljárásoknál • az ultrarövid lézerimpulzus kevesebb energiát igényel, mint a hagyományos CO2 lézerek A lézervágó berendezés az üzembe helyezést követően teljes kapacitással tud működni. A korszerű berendezés lehetővé teszi a gyors, hatékony, minőségi termék-előállítást, mely hozzájárul cégünk dinamikus fejlődéséhez. Cégünk 2012 óta minden évben részt vesz az Ambiente Frankfurt elnevezésű Nemzetközi Üvegipari Kiállításon, ahol évről évre egyre nagyobb az érdeklődés saját márkajelzésű kollekciónk iránt. A projekt eredményeként javul a vállalkozás versenyképessége, munkahelymegtartó, jövedelemtermelő képessége. (Hungarian)
