In the framework of our project, we plan the purchase of isostatic presses — as well as other equipment and handling cranes related to it for manufacturing technology — for the manufacture of ceramic linings. Together with the pressing machine, a PVC tool production technology is developed. The metal forms shall be immersed in a container full of raw PVC and then removed after a given time. This requires a hand-moving crane with a boom length of 2 m. The raw form should then be heat treated for a certain period of time, this will happen in a programmable drying cabinet. As a result of our project, our abrasion-resistant ceramic product production capacity is expanding. (English)

    Projektünk keretében izosztatikus sajtológép – valamint gyártástechnológiai okokból ahhoz kapcsolódó egyéb berendezések és anyagmozgató daruk - beszerzését tervezzük, kerámia béléstestek gyártásához. Gyártáshoz beszerzésre kerülő eszkzök: - 1 db izosztatikus sajtológép - nyers kerámiaidomok gyártására - 1 db esztergagép és tartozékai - nyers kerámiaidomok megmunkálására - 1 db szárítószekrény - izosztatikus sajtolószekrény gumi sajtolószerszám készitéséhez - 1 db oszlopos forgódaru 5 m gémhosszúsággal - az izosztatikus sajtológép kiszolgálására - 1 db oszlopos forgódaru 2 m gémhosszúsággal - izosztatikus sajtológép gumi sajtolószerszám készítéshez. Az izosztatikus sajtológép tartályába történő szerszám behelyezéséhez és kivételhez szükséges egy 5 m gémhosszúságú daru, mellyel ez a tevékenység biztonságosan elvégezhető. A sajtoló gépek folyamatos üzeméhez szükséges egy széles mérettartományokban elérhető PVC anyagú szerszámpark, mellyel a változatos vevő igények kielégíthetőek. A sajtoló géppel együtt kialakításra kerül egy PVC szerszám előállítási technológia. A fém formákat egy nyers PVC-vel teli tartályba kell meríteni, majd adott idő után onnan kiemelni. Ehhez szükséges egy kézi mozgatású, 2 m gémhosszúságú daru. A nyers formát ezután hőkezelni kell adott ideig, ez egy programozható szárító szekrényben fog történni. Projektünk eredményeként kopásálló kerámia termék gyártási kapacitásunk bővül. (Hungarian)
