The 21 kW solar panel system serves to meet the electricity demand of 1 inclined milling machine, 1 slant grinding machine and 1 infra sheet heating furnace designed to operate at Miskolc headquarters. With the help of orthopaedic workshops, it is necessary to analyse at the first stage of the production process of the artificial limbs to be manufactured individually, which transmits all the necessary information to the equipment producing the finished product to complete the production process with the help of the analyst equipment — a new production device — to complete the production process. A treadmill equipped with special pressure sensors, which examines and analyses the pressure on different points of the base surface and the gait dynamics during walking. It transmits the measured data to the computer and processes the information received using the software included in the system. The lower limb prosthesis is manufactured with a milling and grinding machine with adjustable speed 1.5 kW in 2 ranges (1500/3000 RPM), using the 780 litre internal size infrared sheet heating furnace of 9 kW. The insoles are manufactured manually and we plan the installation of insoles test station at each of our sites (information technology — hardware) which allows us to increase capacity. (English)

    A 21 kW teljesítményű napelemes rendszer a Miskolci székhelyen működtetni tervezett 1 db ferdetengelyes marógép, 1 db ferdetengelyes csiszológép és 1 db infra lapmelegítő kemence villamosenergia-igényének kielégítését szolgálja. E gépek összesen 12 kW teljesítményűek, éves üzemidejük alatt fogyasztott villamos energia megközelítőleg 20.000-25.000 kWh., melyet a telepíteni kívánt 21 kW névleges teljesítményű napelemes rendszer részben tud fedezni (napelemek éves várható termelése 19.600 kWh). A rendszer tartalmaz 84 db Sunrise SR-P660250 típusú napelemet és 1 db Fronius 17.5-3-M típusú hálózatra kapcsolható invertert. A Fronius inverter 3 külön fázison keresztül csatlakozna a hálózathoz, melyek túlfeszültség elleni védelméről az inverterekbe épített varistorok gondoskodnak. Az ortopédtechnikai műhelygépek segítségével az egyedileg gyártandó művégtagok gyártási folyamatának első szakaszában analizálásra van szükség, ami a járás analizáló - új termelő eszköz kiegészítő - berendezés segítségével a számítógépre továbbítja az összes szükséges információt a készterméket előállító berendezésekre a gyártási folyamat befejezéséhez. A járás analizáló berendezés speciális nyomásérzékelőkkel felszerelt futópad, amely járás közben a talp felszínének különböző pontjaira nehezedő nyomást és a járásdinamikát vizsgálja, analizálja. A mért adatokat a számítógépre továbbítja, a rendszerhez tartozó szoftver segítségével a kapott információkat feldolgozza. Az alsó végtag protézis készre gyártását - 2 tartományban (1500/3000 RPM) állítható fordulatszámú 1,5 kW teljesítményű - maró és csiszológéppel, a 780 liter belső méretű 9 kW teljesítményű infra lapmelegítő kemencével végezzük. A talpbetét gyártása kézzel történik amihez kapcsolódóan minden telephelyünkön talpbetét vizsgáló állomás telepítését tervezzük (információs technológia - hardver) ami által kapacitásnövekedést tudunk elérni.
