The project promoter participates in the implementation of dozens of successful projects by the Diocese of Szeged-Csanád. The present project focuses on the field of youth, including the useful spending of leisure time and the role of religion in the life of young people. In cooperation with partner organisations/institutions in neighbouring EU Member States of the Carpathian Basin, we are looking for solutions, good practices and methodologies to address the problems identified during the assessment of the situation. The main problems are: (1) Cultural value, loss of national identity due to globalisation (2) The rise of virtual relationships, the decline of personal human relationships, (3) the emergence of problems related to cultural and social deviance (4) the prolongation of the youth life stage (postalisation), (5) social exclusion, (6) Dangers to be faced during the transition period of adulthood. The aim of the project is to examine methodologically the consolidation of Christian and cultural values among young people. The project’s milestone is to examine the methodology of the cooperation partners in the Carpathian Basin in the youth field of the institutions and organisations. Collect and adapt international good practices to the Diocese’s methodology by training youth professionals and community leaders and formulating policy-policy development proposals and collecting a collection of good practices. In order to achieve the goals, we implement an exchange of cross-border experience and methodology, the means of which are professional conferences, workshops, study visits. As a result of the project, a “research on youth education strategies promoting the useful leisure time and personal human relations” with a sample of 100-100 people will be published on the website of the applicant for funding. During the project, 12 workshops and 8 study visits in Hungary will be carried out. By developing and maintaining international and domestic relations, the project contributes to the methodological innovation of the Hungarian youth field in the long term, so the social benefits are clear. A projektgazda a Szeged-Csanádi Egyházmegye több tucat sikeres projekt megvalósításában vet részt. Jelen projekt az ifjúságügy területére fókuszál, azon belül is a szabadidő hasznos eltöltésére, a vallás szerepére a fiatalok életében. A Kárpát-medence szomszédos EU tagállamaiban működő partnerszervezetek/ intézményekkel együttműködve, a helyzetértékelés során feltárt problémákra keressük a megoldást, jó gyakorlatokat és módszertanokat. A legfontosabb problémák a következők: (1) Kulturális értékvállság, globalizáció miatt a nemzeti identitás elvesztése (2) Virtuális kapcsolatok térnyerése, a személyes emberi kapcsolatok visszaszorulása, (3) kulturális és szociális devianciákkal kapcsolatos problémák megjelenése (4) ifjúsági életszakasz meghosszabbodása (posztadoleszcens),(5) a társadalmi kirekesztettség, (6) Veszélyek, amelyekkel szembe kell nézni a felnőtté válás átmeneti periódusában.
