Egyensúly AE Egyesület Bemutatkozás: Az egyesület Békéscsabán lett bejegyezve, a Dél-Alföldi fejlesztési régióban, Békés megyében. Alapszabályuk is rögzíti a hátrányos helyzetű csoportok társadalmi esélyegyenlőségének elősegítését. A projekt témája: A magyarországi fiatalok a magyar munkaerőpiacon való mind hatékonyabb sikeres elhelyezkedése érdekében a nemzetközi tapasztalatok, jó gyakorlatok megismerése, adaptálása a partner szervezetek által. A munka kipróbálás és önkéntesség során elsajátítható képességek, készségek felismerése, tudatosítása. A fiatalokkal és önkéntesekkel foglalkozó szakemberek tapasztalat cseréje, jó gyakorlatok megosztása, hálózat építése, hosszú távú közös munkavégzés érdekében. - ifjúsági csereprogramokkal kapcsolatos jó gyakorlatok cseréje, tapasztalatok megosztása. - az önkéntes tevékenység során elsajátított munkatapasztalatok hasznosítása a munkaerő-piaci elhelyezkedés során. - kutatás hazai és partneri megvalósítással, módszertani ajánlások kidolgozása, összegzés nyilvánosság elé tárása. Hazai tanulmányutakon közös részvétel a partner szervezetek munkatársaival. Műhely munka a fenti témák érintésével. A szervezet munkatársai széles körű ismerettel rendelkeznek a különböző projektek megvalósításában, a fiatalokkal való közvetlen munkában, különös tekintettel az esélyegyenlőség témakörében. Nagy tapasztalattal rendelkeznek a kapacitásépítési tevékenységek és a különböző képzések szervezésében.  ???????? ?? ???????? ?????????? ? ????????
