Since its foundation in 2003, the Live Source Traditional Association has been working on the same principles. The aim of our project is to learn about international experiences and good practices and to develop recommendations for domestic application. In addition to domestic developments, it is necessary to learn about international policy experiences and good practices in order to better address the social deficits and problems to be addressed. Our sub-targets: expansion of specialised knowledge; strengthening cooperation between experts from the Danube Region; formulate professional recommendations. Activities planned in our project: Developing cooperation with international partners and organisations; Carrying out research among target groups of at least 100 people; 12 workshops; 8 study visits with at least 5 professionals from Hungary; Website accessibility, continuous website development, monitoring and dissemination of results; Methodological and technical summary of cooperation; Compiling a final comparative research report. Our results in the project: the number of foreign partners involved in the project is at least 4; at least 40 professionals from Hungary will participate in the study visit organised under the project; at least 20 professional programmes will be implemented during the duration of the project; a final report of at least 120,000 characters will be prepared for the field. The primary direct target of this project is the group of professionals active in the field of traditional care, who are active in the field of tradition conservation and traditional care in state and non-state institutions, and can contribute to the transfer of knowledge necessary to achieve the objectives of our project. Our indirect target group is the population living in the convergence region of Hungary, especially young people, who can learn about the good practices and experiences taken through workshops and study visits organised in the framework of the project through experts from the direct target group. We intend to publish the results of the project widely. As an important and novel element, we plan to create a dissemination adventure film. We undertake the following activities in our project: Knowledge of the field, service (method, procedure) to be studied in the framework of international cooperation; International networking; Processing the experience of the service (method, procedure) acquired in the framework of international cooperation, description of good practices; Carrying out research and comparative analysis in the chosen professional and service field in at least two countries for a target group of at least 100 people per country; Development of competence, training and implementation of fieldwork in the framework of international cooperation; Organising and maintaining joint professional programmes with partners; 6 workshops per year and 4 domestic study visits from the project budget in the programme area; In the framework of dissemination, the sharing of experiences among Hungarian professionals in the framework of trainings and competence development; Methodological-professional summary and formulation of professional recommendations; Data collection, operation of a documentation system; Preparing and publishing a comparative final research report on the research carried out under the project; Wide dissemination of the results of the project; Organisation of a conference in Hungary; Website development Previously implemented: EFOP-1.3.5-16-2016-00092 (HUF 24 991 569), TÁMOP-3.1.4.C-14-2015-0067 (HUF 29 996 685) and TÁMOP-3.2.13-12/1-2012-0019 (HUF 24 999 820) successfully. Our professional leader has a higher level of German and conversational English language skills and diplomas. Our project manager has a medium-level English knowledge, a degree in cultural organisation and marketing, and years of application experience. Our finance manager has a degree in engineering-informatics, a balance sheet accounting degree and years of experience in financial management. Az Élő Forrás Hagyományőrző Egyesület 2003-as alapítása óta azonos alapelvek mentén végzi munkáját. Projektünk célja nemzetközi tapasztalatok és jó gyakorlatok megismerése és ajánlások kidolgozása a hazai alkalmazásra. A hazai fejlesztések mellett szükséges nemzetközi szakpolitikai tapasztalatok és jó gyakorlatok megismerése is, a megoldandó társadalmi hiányok és problémák jobb kezelése érdekében. Alcéljaink: speciális szakmai tudásanyag bővítése; együttműködés erősítése a Duna Régió szakértői között; szakmai ajánlások megfogalmazása. Projektünkben tervezett tevékenységek: Együttműködések kialakítása nemzetközi partnerekkel, szervezetekkel; Kutatás megvalósítása legalább 100-100 fős célcsoport körében; 12 db műhelymunka; 8 tanulmányút legalább 5-5 hazai szakemberrel; Honlap akadálymentesítése, folyamatos honlapfejlesztés, az eredmények nyomon követése, disszeminációja; Az együttműködés módszertani és szakmai összegzése; Összehasonlító kutatási zárójelentés készítése. Eredményeink a projektben: a projektbe bevont külföldi partnerek száma legalább 4; a projekt keretében szervezett tanulmányúton legalább 40 magyarországi szakember vesz részt; a projekt időtartama alatt legalább 20 szakmai program valósul meg; a szakterületre vonatkozó minimum 120 ezer karakteres zárójelentés készül. Jelen projektünk elsődleges közvetlen célcsoportja a hagyományápolás területén tevékenykedő mindazon szakemberek köre, akik a hagyományőrzés, hagyományápolás terén állami és nem állami intézményekben tevékenykednek, és hozzá tudnak járulni ahhoz az ismeret-átadáshoz, amely a projektünk céljainak elérése érdekében szükséges. Közvetett célcsoportunk azon magyarországi konvergencia régióban élő népesség, elsősorban fiatalok köre, amely a projekt keretében rendezett műhelymunkákon, tanulmányutakon átvett jó gyakorlatokat, tapasztalatokat a közvetlen célcsoportba tartozó szakemberek közvetítésével megismerhetik, annak eredményeit kipróbálhatják. A projekt eredményeit széles körben publikálni szándékozunk. Fontos és újszerű elemként egy disszeminációs élményfilm elkészítését tervezzük. Az alábbi tevékenységet vállaljuk projektünkben: A tanulmányozni kívánt terület, szolgáltatás (módszer, eljárás) nemzetközi együttműködés keretében történő megismerése; Nemzetközi hálózatépítés; A nemzetközi együttműködés keretében megismert szolgáltatás (módszer, eljárás) tapasztalatainak feldolgozása, jó gyakorlatok leírása; Kutatás és összehasonlító elemzés megvalósítása a választott szakmai, szolgáltatási területen legalább két országban országonként legalább 100-100 fős célcsoport körében; A nemzetközi együttműködés keretében kompetenciafejlesztés, tréning, terepmunka megvalósítása; Közös szakmai programok szervezése, megtartása a partnerekkel; Évente 6 alkalommal műhelymunka és 4 alkalommal a projekt költségvetéséből programterületen megvalósuló hazai tanulmányút; Disszemináció keretében a tapasztalatok megosztása a hazai szakemberek körében tréningek, kompetencia fejlesztések keretében; Módszertani-szakmai összegzés és szakmai ajánlások megfogalmazása; Adatgyűjtés, dokumentációs rendszer működtetése; A projekt keretében megvalósult kutatásról összehasonlító kutatási zárójelentés készítése és nyilvánosságra hozása; A projekt eredményeinek széles körű megismertetése; Magyarországi konferencia szervezése; Honlapfejlesztés Korábban valósítottunk meg: EFOP-1.3.5-16-2016-00092 (24 991 569 Ft), TÁMOP-3.1.4.C-14-2015-0067 (29 996 685 Ft) és TÁMOP-3.2.13-12/1-2012-0019 (24 999 820 Ft) projekteket sikeresen. Szakmai vezetőnk felsőfokú német és társalgási szintű angol nyelvtudással és diplomával rendelkezik. Projektmenedzserünk középszintű angol tudással, művelődésszervezős és marketing diplomával, többéves pályázati tapasztalattal rendelkezik. Pénzügyi vezetőnk mérnök-informatikus diplomával, mérlegképes könyvelő végzettséggel és többéves pénzügyi vezetői tapasztalattal rendelkezik. Szakmai koordinátoraink között található diplomás Magyar Ezüst Érdemkereszttel rendelkező művész és geográfus diplomával rendelkező szakember is. (Hungarian)
