Our project aims to strengthen our existing international cooperation and build new ones for the development of local, regional and regional human services. Through international cooperation, we can gain up-to-date knowledge and experience so that the objectives, activities and tasks of our organisation and local government, as our consortium partner, can be improved. We believe it is important that we can learn and communicate the knowledge gained about human services through international experiences during the implementation of the project in order to promote the dissemination of international good practice in Hungary. We believe that this will enable us to respond effectively to the social phenomena that need to be tackled, which make a significant contribution to the handicaps of the region. The development of human services and the improvement of their quality can contribute to local and regional disadvantage compensation. Our planned project offers the chance to work with the local government to develop its activities in the field of human services through the adaptation of international examples and to disseminate the knowledge and good practice acquired at regional level. With the help of the following project elements, we intend to promote transnational cooperation in our municipality and its catchment area, which can help to improve the quality of the human services of our village and the region. According to our plans, we examine and analyse the functioning and quality of available human services in an international environment. In the initial phase of implementation, we intend to carry out an analysis of 3 topics concerning in situ human services, which are as follows: health/social human services, education/cultural services, utilities/local economy. Part of our project is the conclusion of strategic and operational agreements with cooperating partners in the framework of international networking. In the next phase, the knowledge, data and experience related to the services presented in the framework of international cooperation will also be processed in the form of 3 studies. After this, 1 of the 3 topics analysed will be selected for human services to be analysed. Our goal is to select a human service requiring significant development from among those examined in advance, for which the established international relations can provide an appropriate knowledge base for local and regional renewal, thus validating the dissemination of good practice in this respect in Hungary. Competence development trainings will also be implemented with the involvement of specialists. In addition, a major event will be organised with the participation of all international cooperation partners, summarising the progress made and helping to strengthen existing links, both formally and informally, as well as the opportunity to build further contacts. Every year, 6 workshops are carried out with the involvement of other local and regional actors, with the aim of transferring the already acquired knowledge, thus ensuring dissemination. In addition, 4 Hungarian study visits are carried out each year, which, going beyond the regional arena, facilitates the exchange of experience and the transfer of knowledge. In the final phase of implementation, a database containing all relevant information about the involved co-operators will be built. The database also facilitates the implementation of further research and methodological developments, which in the longer term can ensure the development of human services in Hungary in accordance with the policy objectives and the already developed national and international strategies. A summary study will also be carried out at the end of the project. We consider it important that the results and experiences achieved during the project are accessible to everyone, so we want to make the professional materials public. We hope that they will be able to contribute to the development of local and regional human services in the short term and to help future policy planning. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A megvalósítás kezdeti szakaszában 3, a lokális humán szolgáltatást érintő tematika elemzését kívánjuk megvalósítani, amelyek a következők: egészségügy/szociális humán szolgáltatások, oktatás/kulturális szolgáltatások, közműszolgáltatások/helyi gazdaság helyzete. Szakemberek bevonásával kompetenciafejlesztő tréningek megvalósítására is sor kerül. (Hungarian)
