We do not have the right infrastructure conditions to provide individual, small groups and community learning spaces in our institution, i.e. the District Elementary School of Somoorya. The implementation of the project would concern the following areas of expertise: • German minority language teaching • faith and ethics education • development and special education courses The building is wetted in several places, which can be seen on the inside and outside of the walls. By implementing the project, we aim to achieve the following objectives: • The number of pupils enrolled in the member institution has either stagnated or slightly increased since 2011, and this trend is to be further strengthened by providing quality infrastructure; • There is still a high demand from parents to teach the German minority language, and we want to create the right conditions for this; • The number of BTMN pupils requires the creation of group rooms; • In order to reduce the social disadvantages specific to the schooling area, it is necessary to establish the employment rooms; • The increase in the number of classes of belief and ethics requires the development of additional group rooms; • Furthermore, the planned activities are essential to solve the technical condition of the building, its unhealthy nature, the unagedness and unreliability of the electrical and heating system; • Create calm, healthy pedagogical development scenes; • Improve the results of national competency measurements; • Improving the working conditions of teachers, which also underpins the effectiveness of education. As a direct target group, the students and teachers of our institution will benefit from the results of the project, but in a broader sense it will have an impact on the life of the whole city. The involvement of students in the classrooms and the involvement of teachers are carried out directly and indirectly in the course of their work Our institution intends to implement the following development programme through the achievement of 3 milestones: In the main building, by reorganising the current classroom, office and other rooms, the refurbishment of the affected rooms can gain additional space, which will also be suitable for individual, small-group and community learning. By turning the foster room, it will be possible to solve the current poor condition. In the central part of the outbuilding connecting to the main building, a medium-sized group room can be set up in a storage facility that is currently out of use. This space can be used as a room suitable for multi-purpose training, allowing individual or small group occupations. There is also one part of the building accessible through the courtyard — a kitchen operated by the local government, connecting to a dining room — with two classrooms. In this section, a multi-purpose room for medium-sized and small-sized individual or small groupings can also be created. After the implementation of the new effective insulation system, it is necessary to renovate the facade plastering on all three buildings. To realise the planned educational and educational activity, the rooms in use and the corridors and roadways needed to achieve them are electrically and mechanically renovated as a result of our project: In the main part of the building, the current classroom, office and other premises are reorganised, with the renovation of the affected rooms gaining additional ground. The mechanical transformation of the electrical and building is carried out, together with the expansion of the heating network. During the project we create several group rooms, which are suitable for several purposes. During the renovation we solve the insulation problems of the buildings, the proper construction of rainwater drainage and the renovation of the facade plastering. We do repair of the tin structures of the parapet channel. As a result of the project, the rooms in use and the access corridors and roadways will also be refurbished in electrical and building engineering.     Intézményünkben, azaz a Jánossomorjai Körzeti Általános Iskolában nincsenek meg a megfelelő infrastrukturális feltételek az egyéni, kiscsoportos és közösségi tanulási terek biztosításához. A projekt megvalósulása az alábbi szakterületeket érintené: • német nemzetiségi nyelvoktatás • hit-és erkölcstan oktatás • fejlesztő- és gyógypedagógiai foglalkozások Az épület több helyen felvizesedett, mely a falak külső és belső felületén jól látató. A vakolat feltáskásodott vagy levált. A villamos rendszer jelenlegi állapota az épület egyes részein rendszeres áramkimaradást okoz, mely veszélyezteti az IKT-rendszer műszaki állapotát. A főépület teteje több helyen beázik, annak ellenére, hogy évek óta több ízben történtek javítások rajta. Szakvéleményt kértünk, amely alapján csak a teljes héjazat cseréje oldaná meg a problémát. A projekt megvalósulása esetén, a meglévő épületrészek, termek, helyiségek átalakításával megszűnne a teremhiány. Egészséges, világos, fűtött helyiségek állnának rendelkezésünkre a nyelvoktatás, a fejlesztés és a foglalkoztatás területén. A projekt megvalósításával az alábbi célkitűzések elérését kívánjuk elérni: • A tagintézménybe beíratott tanulók száma 2011-től vagy stagnál, vagy enyhe emelkedést mutat, ezt a tendenciát tovább kívánjuk erősíteni minőségi infrastruktúra biztosításával; • A német nemzetiségi nyelv oktatására a szülők részéről továbbra is nagy az igény, ehhez szeretnénk megteremteni a megfelelő feltételeket; • A BTMN-es tanulók száma szükségessé teszi csoportszobák kialakítását; • A beiskolázási körzetre jellemző szociális hátrányok csökkentése érdekében szükséges a foglalkoztató szobák kialakítása; • A hit-és erkölcstan órák számának növekedése szükségessé teszi további csoportszobák kialakítását; • Továbbá az épület műszaki állapota, egészségtelen mivolta, a villamos –és fűtésrendszer korszerűtlensége, megbízhatatlansága megoldására elengedhetetlenek a tervezett tevékenységek; • Nyugodt, egészséges pedagógiai fejlesztési színterek jöjjenek létre; • Országos kompetenciamérések eredményei javuljanak; • A pedagógusok munkakörülményei javuljanak, ami az oktatás hatékonyságát is megalapozza. Közvetlen célcsoportként intézményünk diákjai és pedagógusai fognak részesülni a projekt eredményeiből, azonban tágabban értelmezve az egész város életére kihatással lesz. A diákok bevonása a tanórákon, a pedagógusok bevonása pedig közvetlenül és közvetetten a munkájuk során történik Intézményünk az alábbi fejlesztési programot kívánja megvalósítani 3 mérföldkő elérése útján: A főépületrészben a jelenlegi tantermi, irodai és egyéb helyiségeinek átszervezésével az érintett termek felújításával többlet teret lehet nyerni, melyek alkalmasak lesznek egyéni, kiscsoportos és közösségi tanulásra is. A nevelői szoba átfordításával, megoldhatóvá válik az a jelenlegi rossz állapot A főépülethez csatlakozó melléképület központi részén egy jelenleg használaton kívüli tárolóban is kialakítható egy közepes méretű csoportszoba. Ezt a teret többcélú, egyéni vagy kiscsoportos foglalkozásokat lehetővé tevő oktatásra is alkalmas helyiségként lehet használni. Az intézményhez tartozik még egy az udvaron keresztül megközelíthető - az önkormányzat által üzemeltetett konyha, ebédlőhöz csatlakozó - épületrész melyben két tanterem van. Ebben a részben is kialakítható még egy közepes és egy kisebb méretű egyéni vagy kiscsoportos foglalkozásokat lehetővé tevő, több célra is alkalmas helyiség. A fentiek megvalósításához szükséges az épületek szigetelési problémáinak megoldása Az új hatásos szigetelési rendszer kivitelezése után szükséges a homlokzat vakolás felújítása mindhárom épületen A tervezett nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához szükséges a használatban lévő termek és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők villamos és épületgépészeti felújítása Projektünk eredményeként az alábbiak megvalósulását várhatjuk: A főépületrészben a jelenlegi tantermi, irodai és egyéb helyiségek átszervezése történik az érintett termek felújításával többlet teret nyerve. Megtörténik a villamos, épület gépészeti átalakítása, fűtési hálózat bővítésével együtt. A projekt során több csoportszobát is kialakítunk, amely több célra is alkalmas helyiség. A felújítás során megoldjuk az épületek szigetelési problémáit, a csapadékvíz elvezetések megfelelő kialakítását és homlokzat vakolásának felújítását. Elvégezzük a parapet csatorna bádogos szerkezeteinek javítását. A projekt eredményeként a használatban lévő termek és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők villamos és épületgépészeti felújítása is megtörténik.
