The aim of the grant application is to provide the pupils of our institution with quality education, value-relaying and supportive education, ensuring the same learning environment as possible in relation to the more developed regions of the country, with the development of the public education system. The infrastructural development of the Hajdú-Bihar County Primary School from the subject project is of paramount importance in order to ensure an environment supporting the basic tasks of school education in the institution as a result of the development in line with local needs. The development contributes to preventing or reducing school drop-outs and the number of school leavers without qualifications by creating the appropriate infrastructure background. The main objective of the infrastructure development of public education institutions is to increase the effectiveness of our institution, the inclusive education (education to encourage openness) and the quality of the services it provides, thereby ensuring access to quality education and education. Milestones:- to develop a modern educational and educational environment to meet local needs, ensuring rational and efficient operation, especially as regards learning and community spaces;- on the operation of educational institutions and on the use of names of public education institutions (VIII. 31) the establishment, refurbishment and the purchase of equipment, as defined in Annex 2 of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources (inventories of equipment and equipment), in order to create the conditions for quality education. Target group of the project:- Direct target group: Students and teachers of our institution — Indirect target group: population of the settlement and area. In order to achieve the objectives set out above, the following activities are intended to address the needs and infrastructural deficiencies described in the ‘Professional Plan’. Self-eligible activities: The following actions are eligible for individual support under the call: activities related to the development of task-providing places and not subject to building permits:-Developments required for everyday physical education: refurbishment and modernisation of the gym and/or gymrooms and their service spaces (in the case of gymnastics also possible),renovation and modernisation of sports yards, as well as the purchase of equipment related to everyday physical education, the purchase and construction of air-inflated or stretched covers (tent structures), etc. to ensure four season use.- Rooms used to carry out educational activities, refurbishment and refurbishment of educational rooms and corridors, roadways, replacement of outdated furniture in the rooms. — Modernisation of classrooms to assist in the teaching of natural sciences, purchase of equipment — Modernisation of the classrooms necessary for language teaching, purchase of equipment.-Establishment and installation of premises suitable for teaching individual or small groups (e.g. catch-up, talent management).-Establishment of community spaces, purchase of necessary equipment and furniture.-Renovation of the infrastructure necessary for college education, purchase of equipment (renovation of learning rooms, library, reading room, room suitable for community learning, construction without extension of existing infrastructure, renovation of living rooms). Of the above-mentioned eligible activities, as well as of the optional but ineligible activities, the elements to be implemented were presented in the Professional Plan. A támogatási kérelem célja, hogy a köznevelési intézményrendszer fejlesztésével az ország fejlettebb régióihoz mérten lehetőleg azonos tanulási környezetet biztosítva, minőségi oktatásban, értékközvetítő, támogató nevelésben részesüljenek intézményünk tanulói. A Hajdú-Bihar Megyei Általános Iskola tárgyprojektből megvalósítani kívánt infrastrukturális fejlesztése kiemelten fontos annak érdekében, hogy a helyi szükségletnek megfelelő fejlesztés következtében az intézményben az iskolai nevelés-oktatás alapfeladatainak ellátását támogató környezet biztosított legyen. A fejlesztés a megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy megelőzze, illetve csökkentse az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódását, végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyók számát. A köznevelési intézmények infrastrukturális fejlesztésének fő célja fokozni intézményünk eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést) és emelni az általa nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. Részcélok:-a helyi szükségletek kielégítésére irányuló, racionális és hatékony működést biztosító, korszerű nevelési, oktatási környezet kialakítása, különösen a tanulást segítő és közösségi terek tekintetében;-a nevelési-oktatási intézmények működéséről és a köznevelési intézmények névhasználatáról szóló 20/2012 (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 2. sz. mellékletében (eszköz- és felszerelési jegyzék) meghatározott kötelező helyiségek kialakítása, felújítása és eszközök beszerzésének támogatása a minőségi nevelés feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében. A projekt célcsoportja:- Közvetlen célcsoport: Intézményünk tanulói és pedagógusai- Közvetett célcsoport: a település és térség lakossága. A fent kifejtett célok elérése érdekében az alábbi a „Szakmai tervben” bemutatott szükségletekre, infrastrukturális hiányosságokra megoldást nyújtó tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A felhívás keretében az alábbi tevékenységek támogathatóak önállóan: a feladat-ellátási helyek fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó, építési engedélyhez nem kötött tevékenységek:-A mindennapos testneveléshez szükséges fejlesztések: tornaterem és/vagy tornaszoba, valamint ezek kiszolgálóhelyiségeinek felújítása, korszerűsítése (tornaszoba esetén lehetőség van annak kialakítására is),sportudvarok felújítása és korszerűsítése, valamint a mindennapos testneveléshez kapcsolódó berendezési tárgyak beszerzése, levegővel felfújt vagy feszített fedések (sátorszerkezetek) beszerzése és építése, stb. a négy évszakos használat biztosítása érdekében.-A nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek, és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása, a termek elavult bútorainak cseréje.-A természettudományos tárgyak oktatását segítő tantermek korszerűsítése, eszközök beszerzése-A nyelvoktatáshoz szükséges tantermek korszerűsítése, eszközök beszerzése.-Egyéni vagy kiscsoportos foglalkozásokat (pl. felzárkóztatás, tehetséggondozás) lehetővé tévő, oktatásra is alkalmas helyiségek kialakítása, felszerelése.-Közösségi terek kialakítása, szükséges eszközök és bútorok beszerzése.-A kollégiumi neveléshez szükséges infrastruktúra felújítása, eszközök beszerzése (tanulószobák, könyvtár, olvasószoba, közösségi tanulásra alkalmas helyiség felújítása, kialakítása a meglévő infrastruktúra bővítése nélkül, lakószobák felújítása). A fent nevezett támogatható tevékenységek közül, valamint a választható de önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek közül a megvalósítani kívánt elemek a Szakmai Tervben kerültek bemutatásra.
