By designing, refurbishing, equipping with modern equipment and equipment 2 new rooms, suitable for up to 30 to 60 people, the centre of culture can contribute more effectively to the development of key competences for lifelong learning. The result is the strengthening of the role of the cultural centre’s knowledge base, the positive evolution of its image, the increase in the number of target groups available, and the strengthening of the institution’s role of communication, cultural mediator, organiser and information provider. The educational opportunities developed develop values, moral standards, social quality, emotions, attachment to communities, ensure the acquisition of the knowledge, skills and competences needed for work, create new forms of social learning, and develop the need for lifelong learning. The result is that through our activities the competence areas of our target groups are developing, so that many people have access to new knowledge and thus new opportunities. There are goals such as the maintenance of our traditions, the protection of our environment, the promotion of cultural services, the possibility of demanding entertainment for all ages, the possibility for children to meet in person with craftsmen, the representatives of adults from different areas, the development of manual dexterity and the provision of opportunities where they can spend their leisure time usefully and enrich themselves with new information. Some people are also developing social relations, or we are helping them return to the labour market and social and public life with programmes, preventing exclusion. The result is the expansion and deepening of the institution’s network of contacts. (English) | |||||||||||||||

2 új , akár 30-60 fő befogadására is alkalmas terem kialakításával, felújításával, modern berendezésekkel, eszközökkel való felszerelésével hatékonyabban tud a művelődési központ,hozzájárulni az egész életen át tartó tanuláshoz szükséges kulcskompetenciák fejlesztéséhez. Eredmény a művelődési központ tudásbázis szerepének erősödése, imázsának pozitív alakulása, az elérhető célcsoportok számának emelkedése, az intézmény kommunikációs, kultúraközvetítő, szervező, információszolgáltató szerepének erősödése. A megvalósuló nevelési alkalmak fejlesztik az értékeket, erkölcsi normákat, társadalmi minőséget, érzelmeket, közösségekhez való kötődést, biztosítják a munkavégzéshez szükséges tudás, készségek, kompetenciák elsajátítását, a társadalmi tanulás új formáinak létrejöttét, kialakítja az életen át tartó tanulásra való igényt. Eredmény, hogy tevékenységeink révén fejlődnek célcsoportjaink kompetencia-területei, hogy sokak jutnak új tudáshoz, s ezáltal új lehetőségekhez is. Olyan célok valósulnak meg, mint a hagyományaink ápolása, környezetünk védelme, a kulturális szolgáltatások népszerűsítése, az igényes szórakozás lehetőségének biztosítása minden korosztálynak, az, hogy a gyerekek személyesen találkozhassanak mesteremberekkel, a felnőttek különbözőterületek képviselőivel, a kézügyesség fejlesztése, illetve olyan lehetőségek biztosítása, ahol hasznosan tölthetik szabadidejüket, s újabb információkkal gazdagodhatnak. Egyesek társadalmi kapcsolatai is fejlődnek, vagy éppen a munkaerőpiacra, a társadalmi és közéletbe való visszatérésüket segítjük elő a programokkal, megakadályozva a kirekesztődést. Eredmény az intézmény kapcsolati hálójának bővülése, elmélyülése is. (Hungarian)
