The Bartók Béla Primary School of Borsodszirák is located in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, 20 km from Miskolc and 5 km from Edelény in the Bódva Valley. The settlement is 290/2014. (XI. 26.) Its surface sank in several places, uneven, incomplete, dangerous for accidents. The cold covering in the running areas of the installation does not meet today’s technical requirements or the accessibility requirements (lack of driver lanes). The unobstructed use and accessibility of the building section is not ensured and therefore does not meet the requirements of equal opportunities or health protection in its present state. In the course of the planned renovation, we plan to implement the renovation of the worst condition of the building, the new gres, stone porcelain sheet will be installed after the opening of the existing pavement. After the covering, the affected wall surfaces are painted. 2.modernisation of classrooms for language teaching The existing classroom for language teaching no longer meets the requirements of today’s age. The IT system in the classroom is outdated and unsuitable for school education. The system is slow, with several errors occurring during its operation, which hinders the conduct of teaching lessons. Due to the modernisation of the IT network, it is justified to paint the cleanliness of the classroom. Modernisation is justified in order to acquire students’ competitive and expected foreign language skillsPreparation of surfaces for internal paintings, part works; filling the surface of a bag made of material. Dispersion painting with plastic-based aqueous dispersion paint. In the course of the modernisation of the classroom, a modern, aesthetic language room is created, which fully meets the needs of today’s era. The equipment needed for the classroom is also purchased: computers, interactive boards, laptops, necessary software, computer table with chairs for children. b./Optional, non-eligible activities: refurbishment of the schoolyard, purchase of related yard equipment, construction of bicycle storage, modernisation of fence The schoolyard is currently located in the eastern part of the institution’s property, has asphalt coverings, which the students studying here use on a daily basis. Physical education classes and other sports activities, as well as various school events, take place in this old, poor, asphalt area. The casing is in very poor condition, cracked in several places, corrugated, causing accident hazard, some parts were pressed by the roots, tapped up, and after a rain the water stops in it, thereby covering up the defects and causing a higher degree of accident hazard. During the development, the current asphalt covering must be milled and the mart asphalt must be transported to a suitable landfill. Existing borders have worn out over time and should therefore be opened. After proper preparation of the reception area, it is necessary to build a new border. Yard tools are installed on the asphalt cladding. The construction of a wooden structure covered bicycle storage becomes necessary because of the high demand for storing bicycles in school. Most of the students arrive by bike and have not been solved at present for their safe storage.     A Borsodsziráki Bartók Béla Általános Iskola Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében, Miskolctól 20 km, Edelénytől 5 km távolságra található a Bódva-völgyében. A település a 290/2014. (XI. 26.) Kormányrendelet szerint a komplex programmal fejlesztendő Edelényi Járásban található, amely a leghátrányosabb helyzetű járások közé van sorolva. Az általános iskola a Kazincbarcikai Tankerületi Központhoz tartozik. Az iskolában általános iskolai nevelés-oktatás működik 1-8. évfolyamon, évfolyamonként egy osztállyal. A tanulólétszám 110 fő, A legnagyobb problémákat figyelembe véve jelen projekt az alábbi területek felújítását, korszerűsítését valósítaná meg: a./ Önállóan támogatható tevékenység: 1. a nevelési - oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, és azok elérését szolgáló folyosó, közlekedő felújítása Az iskola építése óta az épületen belül jelentős felújítás nem történt. A folyosók, közlekedő terek padlóburkolata az eredeti mozaiklap burkolat. A felülete több helyen megsüllyedt, egyenetlen, hiányos, balesetveszélyes. A létesítmény közlekedőterületein a hidegburkolat nem felel meg a mai kor műszaki követelményeinek, sem az akadálymentes követelményeknek (vezetősávok hiánya). Az épületrész akadálymentes használata és megközelítése nem biztosított, ezáltal jelen állapotában sem az esélyegyenlőségi, sem az egészségvédelmi előírásoknak nem felel meg. Tervezett felújítás során, az épület legrosszabb állapotban lévő , közlekedőjének, a felújítását tervezzük megvalósítani, Meglévő burkolat felbontása után, felületképzést követően kerül elhelyezésre az új gres, kőporcelán lappal. A burkolás után megtörténik az érintett falfelületek festése is. 2.a nyelvoktatáshoz szükséges tantermek korszerűsítése A nyelvoktatáshoz szükséges meglévő tanterem a mai kor követelményeinek már nem felel meg. A tanteremben található informatikai rendszer elavult, iskolai oktatásra alkalmatlan. A rendszer lassú, működése során többször hiba lép fel, ami akadályozza a tanítási órák lebonyolítását. Az informatikai hálózat korszerűsítésének következtében a tanterem tisztasági festése indokolt. Korszerűsítése indokolt a diákok versenyképes és elvárt idegen nyelvi tudásának megfelelő elsajátításáhozBelső festéseknél felület előkészítése, részmunkák; felület glettelése zsákos kiszerelésű anyagból. Diszperziós festés műanyag bázisú vizes-diszperziós festékkel. A tanterem korszerűsítése során egy modern, esztétikus nyelvi terem jön létre, mely teljes mértékben kielégíti a mai kor igényeit A tanterembe szükséges eszközök beszerzése is megtörténik: számítógépek, interaktív tábla, laptop, szükséges szoftverek, számítógép asztal székekkel a gyerekek számára. b./ Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: iskolaudvar felújítása, ehhez kapcsolódó udvari eszközök beszerzése, kerékpártároló létesítése, kerítés korszerűsítése A iskolaudvar jelenleg az intézmény ingatlanának keleti részén helyezkedik el, aszfalt burkolattal rendelkezik, melyet az itt tanuló diákok napi rendszerességgel használnak. Testnevelési órák és egyéb sport foglalkozások valamint a különféle iskolai rendezvények is ezen a régi, rossz állapotú, aszfaltozott területen történnek. A burkolat nagyon rossz állapotú, több helyen repedezett, hullámos, ezáltal balesetveszélyes, egyes részeit a gyökerek megnyomták, felpúposodott, egy-egy eső után megáll benne a víz, ezzel a hibákat eltakarva és magasabb fokú balesetveszélyt okozva.A fejlesztés során a jelenlegi aszfaltburkolatot fel kell marni, a mart aszfaltot az erre alkalmas hulladéklerakóba kell szállítani. A meglévő szegélyek elhasználódtak az idő során, ezért azokat fel kell bontani . A fogadófelület megfelelő előkészítése után új szegélyt szükséges építeni. Az aszfalt burkolatra udvari eszközök kerülnek telepítésre. Egy fa szerkezetű fedett kerékpártároló építése válik szükségessé, mert nagy az igény a kerékpárok tárolására az iskolában. A diákok nagy része kerékpárral érkezik és nem megoldott jelenleg a biztonságos tárolásuk. Az ingatlan biztonságos elkerítése érdekében szükséges kerítés építés és javítás is a projekt során.Az udvari eszközök beszerzése során telepítésre kerülnek: kerti padok, kosárpalánk, kültéri ping-pong asztal A fent bemutatott fejlesztések célja fokozni az adott intézmény eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést) és emelni az általa nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. A beruházás célirányosan a minőségi és befogadó oktatási környezet és hatékony nevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek megteremtésére irányul A nyelvtanítás színvonalának emelésével reményeink szerint csökken végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás is, hiszen a térségre nagyon jellemző a fiatalkori külföldi munkavállalás. Az idegen nyelv elsajátításának magas színvonalon történő oktatása esetén reményeink szerint elvárható cél lesz, hogy a diákok befejezzék a nyolcadik osztályt.
