The basic objective of this project is to develop the secondary school of János Gyöngyösi Arany Primary School in an underdeveloped infrastructural state in order to ensure an environment supporting the basic tasks of primary school education in the institution. Development contributes to reducing educational inequalities by creating an appropriate infrastructure background, so that state-run public education institutions prevent or reduce school drop-outs and the number of school leavers without qualifications. The building concerned by the development is located in Gyöngyös, Heves County (3200 Gyöngyös, Jerusalem Street 1., HRSZ: 2291, OM identifier: 031469). 600 places in schools, 518 pupils, capacity utilisation: 86.33 %. OF 20/2012. (VIII. 31) the school has the mandatory premises required in Annex 2 to the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources, they have a sufficient number of classrooms for the number of staff, but there are many infrastructure shortcomings. The entrance aluport for access to the corridor is outdated, entails high energy losses and is unsafe. The sanitary facilities (washroom, changing rooms) are outdated. A huge problem is the ageing of the pipe system of sanitary facilities, the condition of toilets and toilets. Pipes running in the wall are leaked, toilet tanks fail, sewage drainage is blocked, so toilets have to be closed during the repair, which requires a reorganisation of the use of toilets, in which case the usable toilets become overloaded. Tank toilets, permanently flushed urinals, mechanical taps that are exposed to frequent use, almost always dripping, result in high water consumption. By modernising these, the institution’s water consumption could be significantly reduced. Stencils do not function properly, so despite frequent cleaning, there is an unpleasant smell. In the yard the drainage of the pavement does not work, so the building is soaked in the library area, because of this the watering of the ground floor classrooms occurs, the solution of this is absolutely necessary in order to protect the health of the pupils and the library stock. Between the two buildings, the roof is soaked, the walls are wet, the waterproofing is not solved. OF 20/2012. (VIII. 31) The facilities and equipment provided for in Annex 2 to the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources (EMMI) have been subject to a number of shortcomings in schools. Jelen projekt alapvető célja a Gyöngyösi Arany János Általános Iskola elmaradott infrastrukturális állapotú iskolájának fejlesztése annak érdekében, hogy az intézményben az általános iskolai oktatás alapfeladatainak ellátását támogató környezet biztosított legyen. A fejlesztés a megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával hozzájárul az oktatási egyenlőtlenségek mérsékléséhez, hogy az állami fenntartású köznevelési intézmények megelőzzék, illetve csökkentsék az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódását, a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyók számát. A fejlesztéssel érintett épület Heves megyében, Gyöngyösön található (3200 Gyöngyös, Jeruzsálem utca 1.., HRSZ: 2291, OM azonosító: 031469). Az iskolai férőhelyek száma 600, tanulók száma 518 fő, kapacitáskihasználtsága: 86,33%. A 20/2012. (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 2. sz. mellékletében kötelezően előírt helyiségekkel az iskola rendelkezik, a létszámhoz megfelelő számú tanteremmel bírnak, ugyanakkor számos infrastrukturális hiányosság adódik. A vizesblokkok (mosdó, öltözői mosdók) elavultak. Óriási probléma a vizesblokkok csőrendszerének elöregedése, a mosdók, WC-k állapota. A falban haladó csövek kilyukadnak, a WC tartályok meghibásodnak, a szennyvízelvezetésben dugulások keletkeznek, ezért le kell zárni a javítás idejére a mellékhelyiségeket, ami a mosdóhasználat átszervezését igényli, ilyenkor a használható mosdók túlterheltté válnak. A tartályos WC-k, az állandó öblítésű piszoárok, a gyakori használatnak kitett, szinte mindig csöpögő mechanikus csapok nagy vízfogyasztást eredményeznek. Ezek korszerűsítésével az intézmény vízfogyasztása jelentősen csökkenthető lenne. A bűzelzárók nem megfelelően működnek, így a gyakori takarítás ellenére is kellemetlen szag terjeng. Az udvaron a járda vízelvezetése nem működik, így az épület a könyvtári részen beázik, emiatt a földszinti tantermek vizesedése következik be, ennek megoldása feltétlenül szükséges a tanulók egészségi állapota és a könyvtári állomány megvédése érdekében. A két épület között a nyaktag épületnél a tető beázik, nedvesednek a falak, a vízszigetelés nem megoldott. A 20/2012. (VIII. 31.) A megsérült, használhatatlanná vált bordásfalak pótlása, lecserélése szükséges. Nyelvoktatáshoz szükséges hordozható rádiós CD/MP3 lejátszó beszerzése, mivel a régi lejátszók elavultak. Méreg és vegyszerszekrény beszerzése a biztonságos tárolása miatt. A számítástechnika szaktanteremben a szakmai elvárásoknak megfelelő bútorzat biztosítása végett szükséges kábelcsatornás számítógép asztalok beszerzése.
