The current state of the building to be renovated at Utassy József Primary School is not suitable for educational purposes, it is used as a warehouse. Due to the position of the building, it can become a place for music and art education after renovation, and it can complement the functions of the school building next to it by creating a library room. At present, the premises in the building do not comply with the requirements laid down in the legislation. After the planned conversion, rooms of a suitable size can be constructed by moving internal bulkheads. The current state of the building is not energy efficient and unobstructed. The interior linings are worn out, the washrooms are in a very degraded state. Tiles, floor coverings are over 25 years old. The building’s heating system is outdated, not up to date, inefficient. The project involves the implementation of the following activities: 1. Replacement of the interior floor coverings of the building by moving partitions into 4 rooms, which allow the creation of an art educational room and a library room. Modernisation and accessibility of toilets in the building. Demolition of the washbasin, rooms, roadblocks on 135 m². Laying new floor coverings with glazed ceramic tiles, rooms with hot or semi-hot coverings in a total area of 135 m². Laying of sidewall tiles in toilets on approximately 52 m². 2. Modernisation of the electrical network within the whole building, replacement of armatures, switches, plugs. Modernisation of the building’s heating system, replacement of the boiler, replacement of the heat output side (radiators). In the washrooms, plumbing work, replacement of sanitary facilities. 3. Inner surfaces Painting of wall surfaces inside the building, on 568 m². Preparation of inner surfaces with white or factory-coloured paint in two layers. 4. Insulation and plastering, painting The thermal insulation of the attic slab and outer sides of the building. Wall insulation on 156 m² and 180 m² of external thermal insulation with standard facade EPS sheets with glass mesh reinforcement. Painting of the facade with a single layer of colored noble plaster on 180 m², painting of the plinth with resin bonded plaster layer on 28 m². 5. Demolition of old, outdated wooden doors and windows up to at least 2 m². Replacement and installation of 4 indoor cassette doors within the building, size of the door: 75*210 cm. In addition, 5 wooden doors of 100*210 cm sized indoor MDF or hard shell structure are placed in a pre-missed wooden aperture. Plastic outdoor doors and windows, insulated, enhanced air-tight windows in pre-missed wooden openings. Installation of 2 windows of 0.90*0.60 meters, 6 2,40*1,50 and 1 1.20*1.50 windows. Replace 2 pcs 1.00*2,10 meters and 1 pcs 1.40*2,40 meters in size. 6. Other tasks Recruitment, removal of debris, cleaning and repair work. Accessibility in proportion to the project will be implemented. The building is equipped with a barrier-free entrance and washbasin. Infocommunication accessibility is also achieved, with the development of guide lanes and non-slip coverings. 7. Az Utassy József Általános Iskola felújítandó épületének jelenlegi állapota az oktatási céloknak nem megfelelő, azt raktárnak használják. Az épület helyzeténél fogva felújítás után alkalmassá válhat a zenei-, művészeti nevelés színhelyévé, könyvtári helyiség kialakításával jól kiegészítheti a mellette található iskolaépület funkcióit. Jelenleg az épületben megtalálható helyiségek nem felelnek meg a jogszabályban megfogalmazott követelményeknek. A tervezett átalakítás után, belső válaszfalak áthelyezésével megfelelő méretű termek alakíthatók ki. Az épület jelenlegi állapotában nem energiahatékony, nem akadálymentes. A belső burkolatok elhasználódtak, elkoptak, a mosdó helyiségek nagyon leromlott állapotban vannak. A csempék, a padlóburkolók több mint 25 évesek. Az épület fűtési rendszere elavult, nem korszerű, nem hatékony. A projekt az alábbi tevékenységek megvalósulását tartalmazza: 1. Az épület belső padlóburkolatainak cseréje Válaszfalak áthelyezésével 4 terem kialakítása, melyek a művészeti oktatási termek és könyvtár helyiség kialakítását teszik lehetővé. Az épületben található mosdók korszerűsítése, akadálymentessé tétele. A mosdó, termek, közlekedők burkolatának bontása 135 m2-en. Új padlóburkolatok lefektetése mázas kerámialapok, a termek meleg vagy félmeleg burkolatok kialakítása összesen 135 m2 területen. A mosdókban oldalfali csempék lerakása megközelítőleg 52 m2-en. 2. Épületgépészeti, villamos munkák Az egész épületen belül a villamos hálózat korszerűsítése, armatúrák cseréje, kapcsolók, dugaljak cseréje. Az épület fűtési rendszerének korszerűsítése, a kazán cseréje, a hőleadói oldal (radiátorok) cseréje. A mosdókban a vízvezeték szerelési munkák, a szaniterek cseréje. 3. Belső felületek festése Az épületen belüli falfelületek festése, 568 m2-en. Belső felületek előkészítése, két rétegben fehér vagy gyárilag színezett festékkel. 4. Szigetelés és vakolás, festés Az épület padlásfödémének és külső oldalainak hőszigetelése. 156 m2-en elhelyezett födém hőszigetelés, és 180 m2-nyi külső oldali hőszigetelés normál homlokzati EPS lapokkal, üveg szövetháló erősítéssel. A homlokzat festése egyrétegű színezett nemesvakolattal 180 m2-en, a lábazat festése műgyantás kötőanyagú vakolatréteggel 28 m2-en. 5. Nyílászárók cseréje A régi, korszerűtlen fa nyílászáró szerkezetek bontása legalább 2 m2-ig. Az épületen belül 4 db beltéri kazettás ajtó cseréje, beépítése, az ajtó mérete: 75*210 cm. Továbbá 5 db 100*210 cm-es méretű fa beltéri MDF vagy keményhéjszerkezetes ajtó elhelyezése előre kihagyott fanyílásba. Műanyag kültéri nyílászárók, hőszigetelt, fokozott légzárású ablakok elhelyezése előre kihagyott fanyílásba. 2 db 0,90*0,60 méter, 6 db 2,40*1,50 és 1 db 1,20*1,50 méretű ablak beépítése. Tovább 2 db 1,00*2,10 méter és 1 db 1,40*2,40 méter méretű ajtó cseréje. 6. Egyéb feladatok Állványozás, törmelék elszállítás, takarítás, javítási munkák. A projektarányos akadálymentesítés megvalósul. Az épületen akadálymentes bejárat és mosdó kialakításra kerül, megvalósul az infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés is, vezetősávok, csúszásmentes burkolatok kialakításával. 7. Eszközbeszerzés Az eszközbeszerzés hozzájárul a magas színvonalú tanulási környezetet biztosításához, az informatikai eszközök beszerzése pedig a digitális szemléletmód tantermekbe integrálásához.
