Estimated cost of planned work: HUF 6.763.192 net. 2. Replacement of doors and windows in the school building. The current doors and windows do not meet today’s requirements. 156 m² of wood opening demolition. 135 m² of heat-insulated high-air-tight plastic window inserted into a pre-missed opening. Replacement of 4 glass portals 0.9*06, 56 1.16*1.8, 1 7.0*3.0. Replacement of 1 door 2.0*2,0 and 2 doors with dimensions 3.0*2.4 on a total surface of 21 m². Outdoor doors to be installed, heat insulated, increased air tightness. During the replacement of doors and windows, we calculated by replacing 500 m of narrow blinds and repairing 150 m² surface. Estimated cost of planned work: net HUF 12.893.808 3. Renovation of the sports yard The resolution of the current pavement on 443 m², mirroring, compression, creation of new bituminous covering on 443 m² surface, colouring of track signals.     A detki iskolaépülete 8 tantermes épület. Az épület belső állapota átlagosnak mondató. Nagyon hiányzik egy technika szaktanterem az intézményben, illetve a nyílászárók régiek, elavultak, nem töltik be a kívánt funkciót. A technika terem kialakítása az iskola udvarról nyíló épületben lenne lehetséges. Az épület alapterülete 59 m2. Ennek az épületnek a teljes körű felújításával, rendbetételével lehetséges, hogy a gyerekek számára egy technikatermet alakítsunk ki, és a felújítási munkákkal javítunk az épület állagán. Jelenleg az épület alulról vizesedik, ezért meg kell oldani a vízszigetelést. Tervezett felújítási munkák 1. Technika szaktanterem kialakítása A technika terem kialakítása az iskola udvarról nyíló épületben lenne lehetséges. Az épület alapterülete 59 m2. A felújítás során megszüntetjük az alsó vízszigetelési gondokat, az épület jelenleg vizesedik. Kicseréljük a nyílászárókat, 3 db 1,6*1,3-as ablak és 2 db 1,0*2,1 –es ajtó kicserélésé korszerű műanyag nyílászárókra. Szigeteljük az épületet EPS hőszigetelőrendszerrel 132 m2-en, legalább 14 cm vastagságban, melyre nemesvakolat kerül. Cserére kerül a lefolyócsatorna 37 méter hosszban. Korszerűsítjük a fűtési rendszert, megszüntetjük a konvektoros fűtést, és gázkazánt kap az épület, lapradiátorokkal. Vízvételi lehetőséget biztosítunk, cseréljük a padlózatot, hidegburkolatot bontunk és fektetünk le 59 m2-en. Kicseréljük a villamosvezetékeket, kapcsolókat, dugaljakat, lámpatesteket. A tervezett munka becsült költsége: nettó 6.763.192 Ft. 2. Nyílászáró csere Az iskola épület nyílászáróinak cseréje. A jelenlegi nyílászárók nem felelnek meg a mai kor követelményeinek. 156 m2 fanyílászáró bontása. 135 m2 hőszigetelt fokozott légzárású műanyag ablak behelyezése, előre kihagyott nyílásba. 4 db 0,9*06-as, 56 db 1,16*1,8-as, 1 db 7,0*3,0-as üvegportál cseréje. 1 db 2,0*2,0-as ajtó és 2 db 3,0*2,4-es méretű ajtó cseréje, összesen 21 m2 felületen. A beépítésre kerülő kültéri ajtók, hőszigeteltek, fokozott légzárásúak. A nyílászárók cseréje során 500 m keskenyvakolat pótlása, és 150m2 felület festési javításával kalkuláltunk. A tervezett munka becsült költsége: nettó 12.893.808 Ft. 3. Sportudvar felújítása A jelenlegi burkolat felbontása 443 m2-en, tükörkészítés, tömörítés, új bitumenes burkolat készítése 443 m2 felületen, pályajelek felfestése.
