The technical assessment required for the application was carried out on 6 April 2017 to ensure the proper performance of the educational and educational tasks of our institution. In relation to point 1.1 of the call: • weak infrastructure background due to the disadvantage of our region • We did not participate in the National Public Education Infrastructure Development Programme. The number of the school will be uniform over the next 5 years, and a major change can only be expected if the institution and its infrastructure become more attractive for the children living in the surrounding settlements and for the Transcarpathian children. (creating a sports-oriented class, developing and expanding art branches) The main objective of the infrastructure development of the public education institution is to enhance the effectiveness of the institution concerned, the inclusive education (education to encourage openness) and the quality of the services it provides, thereby ensuring access to quality education and education. The aim of the development is to create the infrastructure conditions for a quality and inclusive educational environment and effective education. Milestones: — the development of a modern educational and educational environment designed to meet local needs, ensuring rational and efficient operation, particularly in the context of learning and community spaces; — on the operation of educational institutions and on the use of names of public education institutions (VIII. 31) the refurbishment of mandatory premises and the purchase of equipment as defined in Annex 2 of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources (inventories of equipment and equipment); 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities — refurbishment and refurbishment of the rooms used to carry out educational and educational activities and the corridors and roadways used to achieve them, and the replacement of outdated furniture in the rooms. 3.1.2.2. Optional, ineligible actions: — Implementation of the necessary developments for the safety of pupils and employees in the public education institution, purchase (e.g. access control system, purchase of life-saving appliances, etc.) — Access control system The development does not lead to a reduction in the area of existing functional (educational, educational) premises. We would like to increase the number of our schools in order to make use of the places of school. Based on the basic professional document, 620 people have the maximum capacity of the institution. During the construction phase, I plan to take the following measures to ensure the smoothness of education: • Enter into a cooperation agreement with the local government (use of the cultural house owned by it and the former school building at Ady Endre Road 79). • At the premises of the music art branch, the morning classes are held for the affected groups. • Some levels of the building can be hermetically closed during the works. • Organisation, if necessary, of a few Saturday teaching days after the Parental Election has been agreed. Intézményünk nevelési-oktatási feladat-ellátásának megfelelő biztosításához megtörtént a pályázathoz szükséges műszaki állapotfelmérés 2017. április 6-án. Intézményünk a felhívás 1.1 pontjára vonatkozóan: • elmaradott infrastrukturális háttérrel rendelkezik térségünk hátrányos helyzete miatt • a Nemzeti Köznevelési Infrastruktúrafejlesztési Programban nem vettünk részt. Az iskola létszáma az elkövetkező 5 évben egyenletes, nagy változás csak abban az esetben várható, ha az intézmény, infrastruktúrájának fejlesztésével vonzóbbá válik a környező településeken élő, valamint a kárpátaljai gyerekek számára. (sportorientált osztály létrehozása, művészeti ágak fejlesztése, bővítése) A köznevelési intézmény infrastrukturális fejlesztésének fő célja fokozni az adott intézmény eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést) és emelni az általa nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. A fejlesztés célja a minőségi és befogadó oktatási környezet és hatékony nevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek megteremtése. Részcélok: - a helyi szükségletek kielégítésére irányuló, racionális és hatékony működést biztosító, korszerű nevelési, oktatási környezet kialakítása, különösen a tanulást segítő és közösségi terek tekintetében; - a nevelési-oktatási intézmények működéséről és a köznevelési intézmények névhasználatáról szóló 20/2012 (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 2. sz. mellékletében (eszköz- és felszerelési jegyzék) meghatározott kötelező helyiségek felújítása és eszközök beszerzése; 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek - nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek, és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása, a termek elavult bútorainak cseréje. 3.1.2.2. Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: - A köznevelési intézményben tanulók és dolgozók biztonságához szükséges fejlesztések megvalósítása, beszerzési (pl. beléptető rendszer, életmentő készülékek beszerzése, stb.) – beléptető rendszer A fejlesztés nem eredményezi már meglévő funkcionális (nevelési, oktatási célú) helyiségek területének csökkentését. Az iskolai férőhelyek kihasználtsága érdekében szeretnénk iskolánk létszámát bővíteni. A szakmai alapdokumentum alapján 620 fő az intézmény maximális befogadó készsége. Az építkezés ideje alatt az oktatás zavartalansága érdekében a következő intézkedéseket tervezem: • Együttműködési megállapodás kötése a helyi önkormányzattal (a tulajdonában lévő művelődési ház és az Ady Endre út 79. szám alatt lévő volt iskolaépület használata). • A zeneművészeti ág telephelyén a délelőtti tanórák megtartása az érintett csoportok számára. • Az épület egyes szintjei hermetikusan lezárhatók a munkálatok alatt. • Szükség esetén néhány szombati tanítási nap megszervezése a Szülői Választmány egyeztetését követően.
