The Serencs School District Center intends to submit an application for the infrastructure development of the study facilities of the Serencs High School College. The aim of the proposal is to enhance effectiveness and inclusive education (education to encourage openness) and to improve the quality of the services provided, thereby ensuring access to quality education and education. On the basis of point 3.1.2.1 of the Call, all of the activities that are not eligible independently to be carried out on the basis of the obligation are implemented: — Project preparation (Professional plan) — Project management (Invitation 3.4.1.1. Technical-professional requirements) — Horizontal aspects (Invitation 3.4.1.2. Meeting the expectations of equal opportunities and environmental protection) — Information, publicity (based on the expectations set out in Chapter 10 of the AÚF) The development does not lead to a reduction in the area of existing functional premises. On the basis of its statutes, the applicant is capable and authorised to carry out the activities for which it is intended, and has the necessary organisational conditions, professional experience, human resources and the necessary action plan to achieve the objectives of the call. Both the project management and the professional manager are suitable for the implementation of the project and have the necessary experience. The aim of the project is in line with the policy environment, the framework of the related legislation and the specific objectives set out in the call, as well as the needs of the local and target group. The project is useful in the long term, and the developments are synergistic and delimitable. The aid application covers only eligible activities and covers all mandatory activities. The planned activities contribute to the achievement of quantifiable results, in the framework of the project 1 room is affected by renovation, refurbishment and equipment acquisition, which can be realistically achieved. The roadmap for action is well-founded and the activities are interlinked. The objectives, the activities pursued and the related indicators that can measure results objectively are coherent and developed. The project promotes equal treatment, contributes to improving the quality of education, reducing educational inequalities, reducing school leaving without education, and preventing segregation. The college will welcome low-achievement students at risk of leaving school without a qualification, for integrated education and preparation for further education. The proportion of disadvantaged and cumulatively disadvantaged pupils in the institution, the utilisation of the number of places and the evolution of the number of pupils are presented in the attached professional plan. The College did not receive any EU funding to support infrastructure development in the 2007-2013 programming period. (English)

    A Szerencsi Tankerületi Központ pályázatot kíván benyújtani a Szerencsi Középiskolai Kollégium tanulást segítő tereinek infrastrukturális fejlesztésére. A pályázat célja az eredményesség és az inkluzív oktatás (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelés) fokozása és a nyújtott szolgáltatások színvonalának növelése, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. A beruházás célja a minőségi és befogadó oktatási környezet és hatékony nevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek megteremtése. További cél a helyi szükségletek kielégítésére irányuló, racionális és hatékony működést biztosító korszerű nevelési, oktatási környezet kialakítása, különösen a tanulást segítő és közösségi terek tekintetében, továbbá a nevelési-oktatási intézmények működéséről és a köznevelési intézmények névhasználatáról szóló 20/2012 (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 2. sz. mellékletében (eszköz- és felszerelési jegyzék) meghatározott kötelező helyiségek kialakítása, felújítása és eszközök beszerzésének támogatása a minőségi nevelés feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében. A pályázat célcsoportja a kollégium teljes tanulói létszáma és pedagógusai, mely célcsoport igényeit a meglévő, elavult infrastruktúra nem elégíti ki. Megvalósítandó szakmai tevékenységek a Felhívás 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek pontja alapján: - A kollégiumi neveléshez szükséges infrastruktúra felújítása, eszközök beszerzése (tanulószobák, könyvtár, olvasószoba, közösségi tanulásra alkalmas helyiség felújítása, kialakítása a meglévő infrastruktúra bővítése nélkül, lakószobák felújítása). A Felhívás 3.1.2.1. pontja alapján a Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek mindegyike megvalósításra kerül: - Projekt előkészítés (Szakmai terv) - Projekt menedzsment (Felhívás 3.4.1.1. Műszaki-szakmai elvárásoknak megfelelve) - Horizontális szempontok (A Felhívás 3.4.1.2. Esélyegyenlőség és környezetvédelmi szempontok érvényesítésével kapcsolatos elvárásoknak eleget téve) - Tájékoztatás, nyilvánosság (Az AÚF c. dokumentum 10. fejezetében foglalt elvárások alapján) A fejlesztés nem eredményezi a már meglévő funkcionális helyiségek területének csökkentését. A pályázó az alapító okirata alapján a célokat szolgáló tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas és felhatalmazott, valamint rendelkezik a felhívás céljainak eléréséhez szükséges szervezeti feltételekkel, szakmai tapasztalatokkal, humán erőforrásokkal, illetve ezek biztosításához szükséges cselekvési tervvel. A projektmenedzsment és a szakmai vezető egyaránt alkalmas a projekt megvalósítására, rendelkezik a szükséges tapasztalattal. A projekt célja illeszkedik a szakmapolitikai környezethez, a kapcsolódó jogszabályok adta keretekhez és a felhívásban meghatározott konkrét célokhoz, továbbá a helyi és célcsoport igényeihez. A projekt hosszú távon hasznosul, a fejlesztések szinergikusan kapcsolódnak, illetve lehatárolhatóak. A támogatási kérelem kizárólag támogatható tevékenységeket tartalmaz, és az összes kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységet érinti. A tervezett tevékenységek hozzájárulnak a számszerűsíthető eredmények eléréséhez, a projekt keretében 1 db helyiség érintett felújítással, átalakítással, eszközbeszerzéssel, mely eredmény reálisan teljesíthető. A cselekvési ütemterv megalapozott, a tevékenységek egymásra épülése biztosított. A célok, a célokat szolgáló tevékenységek és az azokhoz kapcsolódó, eredményeket objektív módon mérni képes mutatók koherensek, kidolgozottak. A pályázó számol a releváns kockázatokkal, továbbá a szükségletfelmérés megalapozza és alátámasztja a tervezett tevékenységek indokoltságát. A költségvetési tervben szereplő költségek részletesen bemutatásra kerültek, pénzügyi szempontból megalapozottak, szakmailag alátámasztottak és szükségesek a célok eléréséhez. Az előírt fenntartási kötelezettségek teljesülnek, a fejlesztés eredménye fenntartható (finanszírozási oldalról is), hasznosulása a fenntartási időszakra is kiterjed. Az esélyegyenlőségi és környezeti fenntarthatósági szempontok a fejlesztés során érvényesülnek. A projekt elősegíti az egyenlő bánásmód érvényesülését, hozzájárul az oktatás minőségének javításához, az oktatási egyenlőtlenségek mérsékléséhez, a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás csökkentéséhez, valamint megelőzi a szegregációt. A kollégium a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás szempontjából veszélyeztetett, alacsony teljesítményt nyújtó diákokat fogad, az integrált oktatás és a továbbtanulásra való felkészítés céljából. Az intézményben a hátrányos helyzetű és halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű tanulók aránya, a férőhelyszám kihasználtsága, a tanulói létszám alakulása a mellékelt szakmai tervben kerül bemutatásra. A kollégium a 2007-2013-as programozási időszakban nem részesült infrastrukturális fejlesztést támogató európai uniós forrásban. (Hungarian)
