The 24 institutions of the Eger Centre of Education organise and implement the thematic sessions of the 10 groups with residential and 73 groups, using the content developed in the priority project EFOP-3.2.15-VEKOP-17-2017-00001. A total of 1 487 pupils will participate in the day-care programmes during 2 weeks, of which 708 pupils from 21 to 25 June 2021 and 779 pupils from 28 June to 02 July 2021. During the two weeks, we plan to involve 73 senior teachers, 94 support teachers (in total 167 teachers), 16 IKSZ and 10 volunteers in the implementation of the day-care programmes. The total number of participants in the technical implementation of the programmes to be implemented during the project will be 190 teachers, 20 students in community service and 10 volunteers. Number of educators who lead the planned day-care or residential group from the institutions involved in the ETK and other teachers participating in the programmes in the framework of the project EFOP-3.3.5-17-2017-00007, the number of participants in the training provided by the OH: There were 26 people. In the framework of this project, the ETK undertakes to conclude a cooperation agreement with the beneficiary of project EFOP-3.2.15-VEKOP-17-2017-00001 until the conclusion of the Granting Document. On the basis of the cooperation agreement to be concluded with the OH, we plan to participate in the preparation organised in 2021 in the garden of the priority project as follows: as a participating senior educator, he participates in 51 training sessions, as well as 77 support teachers, 20 IKSZ and 10 volunteer workshops, and the professional leader of the project participates in mentoring training. Programmes templates, game descriptions based on educational and training content, and qualified accommodation services provided by www.csodaszarvasprogram.hu are used to design learning opportunities. In line with the call, the overall objective of the project is to develop and implement non-formal and informal professional programmes and learning methods through the application of the Eger Department Centre as an institution-keeper, in the institutions involved, through which students develop their skills and competences, thereby increasing their personality, knowledge and desire to learn. In addition, we put a strong emphasis on the methodological foundation of experience-based learning and the transformation of learning into a community experience. The specific objective of the project is to reach the students even after the academic year in the framework of residential and day-care thematic learning sessions with different theme modules. This will make it easier and relaxing for families and parents that their children will enjoy developing and creative pastime during the holidays. Another specific objective is to contribute to the foundation of lifelong learning by improving their basic skills and basic knowledge, as well as reducing early school leaving and early school leaving. This project is not technically or financially linked to other EU-funded activities defined for the maintenance period of the call EFOP-3.3.5-17 or other related projects. (English)

    Egri Tankerületi Központ 24 intézménye 25 feladatellátási helyen szervez és valósít meg a 10 csoportban a bentlakásos és 73 csoportban a napközi tematikus alkalmakat az EFOP-3.2.15-VEKOP-17-2017-00001 kiemelt projektben kifejlesztett tartalmakat alkalmazva. A 2021. 25. és 26. hetén lebonyolításra kerülő tanulási alkalmak során Csodaszarvas Iskolai Közösségi programok keretében 2 hét alatt a bentlakásos programokon és 2 hét alatt napközi programokon az Informális és nem formális képzésben résztvevő gyerekek és fiatalok száma összesen 1673 fő lesz. 6 bevont intézményből 2021. 25. és 26. hetében összesen 10 csoporttal 4 féle témamodulban valósul meg bentlakásos program. A bentlakásos programokon 2 héten összesen 186 fő tanuló vesz részt, melyből 2021.június 21-26. között 93 fő, 2021. június 28 - július 03. között 93 fő lesz a bevont tanulók száma. A két hét során a bentlakásos programok megvalósításába 10 fő vezető pedagógusként, 13 fő segítő pedagógusként (összesen 23 fő pedagógus) és 4 fő IKSZ-esként történő bevonását tervezzük. A programokhoz a tábor helyszínéül tervezett szállások rendelkeznek szállásminősítéssel. 22 bevont intézményéből 23 feladatellátási helyen 2021. 25. és 26. hetében összesen 73 csoporttal 7 féle témamodulban valósul meg napközi program. A napközi programokon 2 héten összesen 1487 fő tanuló vesz részt, melyből 2021.június 21-25. között 708 fő, 2021. június 28 - július 02. között 779 fő lesz a bevont tanulók száma. A két hét során a napközi programok megvalósításába 73 fő vezető pedagógusként, 94 fő segítő pedagógusként (összesen 167 fő pedagógus), 16 fő IKSZ-esként és 10 fő önkéntesként történő bevonását tervezzük. A projekt során megvalósításra kerülő programokon szakmai megvalósításban résztvevő személyek száma összesen 190 fő pedagógus, 20 fő közösségi szolgálatot teljesítő tanuló, valamint 10 fő önkéntes lesz. Az ETK bevont intézményeiből a tervezett napközis vagy bentlakásos csoportot vezető pedagógusok és a programokban résztvevő további pedagógusok közül az EFOP-3.3.5-17-2017-00007 projekt keretében az OH által tartott képzésen résztvevők száma: 26 fő volt. Jelen projekt kertében az ETK vállalja, hogy a Támogatói Okirat megkötéséig az EFOP-3.2.15-VEKOP-17-2017-00001 projekt kedvezményezettjével együttműködési megállapodást köt. Az OH-val kötendő együttműködési megállapodás alapján 2021-ban a kiemelt projekt kertében szervezett felkészítésen való részvételt az alábbiak szerint tervezzük: résztvevő vezető pedagógusként 51 fő képzésen vesz rész, valamint a programban résztvevő pedagógusok segítőként 77 fő segítő pedagógus, 20 fő IKSZ-es és 10 fő önkéntes műhelyfoglalkozáson vesz részt, továbbá a projekt szakmai vezetője mentor képzésen vesz részt. Az EFOP-3.3.5-19 konstrukció keretében készített pályázatban a témamodulok használatával kerültek kiválasztásra a tematikus programok. A pályázat megvalósításakor az ETK beavatkozással által érintett 24 intézménye 25 feladatellátási helyén az informális és nem formális tanulási alkalmak során az Oktatási Hivatal kiemelt projektjének keretében fejlesztett módszertani segédanyagokat használják. A tanulási alkalmak tervezéséhez felhasználják a www.csodaszarvasprogram.hu honlap által nyújtott - az oktatási és képzési tartalmakra épülő programsablonokat, játékleírásokat, valamint igénybe veszik a minősített szálláshely-szolgáltatást. A felhívással összhangban a projekt általános, átfogó célja, hogy az Egri Tankerületi Központ, mint intézményfenntartó, a pályázat révén, a bevont intézményekben, olyan nem-formális és informális szakmai programokat, tanulási módszereket dolgozzon ki és valósítson meg, amelyek révén a diákok készségei és kompetenciái fejlődnek, amelyek által a személyiségük, a tanulni tudásuk és akarásuk növekedik. Továbbá nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk az élményalapú tanulás módszertani megalapozására és a tanulás közösségi élménnyé formálására. A projekt konkrét célja, hogy különböző témamodulú bentlakásos és napközis tematikus tanulási alkalmak keretében a tanévet követően is elérjük a diákokat. Ezáltal könnyebbséget és megnyugvást adunk a családok, szülők számára, hogy gyermekeik a szünidő időszaka alatt is fejlesztő és kreatív időtöltésben részesülnek. További konkrét cél, hogy az alapkészségeik és alapvető ismereteik fejlesztésével hozzájáruljunk az egész életen át tartó tanulás megalapozásához, továbbá az iskolai lemorzsolódás és az iskolaelhagyók számának csökkentéséhez. Jelen projektünk egyéb uniós finanszírozású, az EFOP-3.3.5-17 kódszámú felhívás, vagy más kapcsolódó projektek fenntartási időszakára meghatározott tevékenységekhez sem szakmailag sem pénzügyileg nem kapcsolódik.
