The institutions have assessed the current assets and human infrastructure they have, and on this basis, the tools to be procured and the digital methodological packages to be introduced in the institution, which are supported by further training. The need for development was also laid down in the Digital Development Plan by institution. The consortium shall ensure that the networking provided for in the call for proposals is established between the institutions and their counterparts. The planned activities are based on existing needs and therefore underpin the implementation of the project. In order to implement the project, a technical plan was drawn up (with the accompanying institutional digital development plans and their statements of support issued by DPMK). Start of project: 2018.01.01. Physical completion of the project: 2021.01.01. Implementation time: 36 months Project cost: 103 199 609 FT 4 milestones were planned during the implementation. Activities planned in the project in line with the call: 1. Pedagogical-methodological elements a) Participation of the involved teachers of supported institutions in further training, development and measurement of their digital competences. b) Preparing for the use of the package(s) compiled or chosen for the development of digital pedagogical methodology. c) Development of institutional digital content related to the compiled or chosen package (digital lesson plans, content supporting teaching and learning, digital project descriptions, etc.), and sharing the content on the National Public Education Portal. d) The organisation of events supporting the implementation, the development of online teacher communities, at least the implementation of the exchange of experience between the institutions involved in the programme e) Organisation of programmes promoting internet security and consumer protection enforcement. f) Designing and implementing a awareness-raising campaign on the introduction of digital pedagogies tailored to the leaders, educators, pupils and parents’ communities of the institutions involved. g) Examination and examination of the digital pedagogical packages used, drafting and dissemination of recommendations. h) Production of the institution’s Digital Business Card according to the criteria defined by the Digital Pedagogical Methodology Centre (hereinafter DPMK). 2. Creating the institutional conditions for the digital pedagogical environment a) purchase of ICT tools and equipment. b) Acquisition of digital pedagogies and educational tools related to digital pedagogies and supporting the education and education of pupils. c) Installing and adapting to implement the project. 3.     A projekt címe: Digitális környezet fejlesztése a biharkeresztesi, nyíregyházi, komádi, kisújszállási református köznevelési intézményekben Fő pályázó: Biharkeresztesi Református Egyházközség Konzorcium tagjai: Komádi Református Egyházközség, Nyíregyháza-Városi Református Egyházközség, Kisújszállási Református Egyházközség. A projekt célcsoportja a fenti egyházközségek által fenntartott köznevelési intézmények tanulói, pedagógusai,szakemberei. A projekt indokoltsága: Az élethosszig tartó tanulás és a munkaerőpiac számára kiemelt fontosságú IKT alapkészségeket megerősítő IKT fejlesztések minél nagyobb hatásfokkal történő hasznosulása. A Nemzeti alaptanterv előírja a digitális kompetenciák fejlesztését, a pedagógusok erre kevés tényleges ösztönzést kapnak. Gyenge pont az IKT használatára vonatkozó értékelési kultúra. A projekt keretében e fenti válaszokra való megoldás teremtődik meg. Egyrészt a pedagógiai módszertani elemek fejlesztéséhez szükséget ITK eszközök beszerzésével, másrészt az ehhez szükséges kompetenciák, módszertani elemek megteremtésével. A projektben olyan hiánypótló eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre, melyekkel az intézmények nem rendelkeznek és, amelyek megfelelő alapot biztosítanak a kornak megfelelő digitális kompetenciák kialakításához és a megfelelő képességek megszerzéséhez. Az intézmények között felmérése került, hogy milyen jelenlegi eszközökkel és humán infrastruktúrával rendelkeznek és ez alapján kerültek meghatározásra, hogy milyen eszközök kerüljenek beszerzésre, valamint milyen digitális módszertani csomagok kerüljenek bevezetésbe az adott intézményben, melyeket továbbképzések támasztanak alá. A fejlesztések szükségessége intézményenként Digitális Fejlesztési Tervben is rögzítésre került. A konzorcium által biztosítható, hogy a pályázati felhívásban előírt hálózatosodás létrejöjjön az intézmények és azok társszervezetei között. A tervezett tevékenységek a meglévő szükségletekre alapozottak, ezért alátámasztják a projekt megvalósítását. A projekt megvalósítása érdekében szakmai terv készült (a melléletét képező intézményi digitális fejlesztési tervekkel, valamint azok DPMK által kiállított támogató nyilatkozatával). Projekt kezdete: 2018.01.01. Projekt fizikai befejezése: 2021.01.01. Megvalósítási idő: 36 hónap Projektköltség: 103 199 609 FT A megvalósítás során 4 db mérföldkő került betervezésre. A projektben tervezett tevékenységek a felhívással összhangban: 1. Pedagógiai-módszertani elemek a) A támogatott intézmények bevont pedagógusainak akkreditált pedagógus továbbképzésen történő részvétele, digitális kompetenciáinak fejlesztése, mérése. b) A digitális pedagógiai módszertani fejlesztéshez összeállított, vagy választott csomag(ok) használatára való felkészülés. c) Az összeállított, illetve választott csomaghoz kapcsolódó intézményi digitális tartalom fejlesztése (digitális óravázlatok, tanítást-tanulást támogató tartalmak, digitális projekt leírások stb.), illetve a tartalom megosztása a Nemzeti Köznevelési Portál felületén. d) Az implementációt támogató események szervezése, online tanári közösségek kialakítása, legalább a programba bevont intézmények közötti tapasztalatcsere megvalósítása e) Az internetbiztonságot és fogyasztóvédelmi jogérvényesítést elősegítő programok szervezése. f) A bevont intézmények vezetőire, pedagógusaira, tanulóira és szülői közösségére szabott szemlélet-formáló kampány tervezése és megvalósítása a digitális pedagógia bevezetéséről. g) Az alkalmazott digitális pedagógiai módszertani csomagok beválás-vizsgálata, ajánlások megfogalmazása és disszeminációja. h) Az intézmény Digitális Névjegyének előállítása a Digitális Pedagógiai Módszertani Központ (a továbbiakban DPMK) által meghatározott szempontok szerint. 2. A digitális pedagógiai környezet intézményi feltételeinek megteremtése a) IKT eszközök, berendezések beszerzése. b) A digitális pedagógiához kapcsolódó, valamint a tanulók nevelését-oktatását támogató digitális esz-közök, taneszközök beszerzése . c) Tantermek, szaktantermek, laborok, egyéb helyiségek felszerelése, alkalmassá tétele a projekt meg-valósítására. 3. Támogató szolgáltatások (mentorálás, nyomonkövetés) biztosítása a) A pedagógusok munkáját segítő digitális módszertani asszisztensi feladatok ellátása. b) A módszertani csomag intézményi bevezetését támogató szolgáltatások kialakítása. d) A pilot program előkészítése, megvalósítása és az eredmények hasznosítása (kiemelten a jó gyakorlatok, az implementált tananyagok, módszertanok megosztása) során kötelező a szakmai együttműködés és az információszolgáltatás: A projekt sikeres megvalósítása érdekében alkalmazásra kerül: - 1 fő szakmai vezető - 1 fő projektmenedzser - 1 fő pénzügyi vezető. A projektben résztvevő személyek a feladatellátáshoz szükséges végzettséggel és szakmai tapasztalatokkal rendelkeznek.
