Our aim is to promote the digital environment of public education in Baktakek, Encsen and Forrón, to promote the tools and methods supporting the development of digital competences supporting the learning and teaching required by the call. To this end, the Baktakék District Primary School, the Encsi Zrínyi Ilona Primary School and Primary School of Arts, Váci Mihály High School and Vocational Secondary School (also about Encs) and the Forrói Gárdonyi Géza Primary School (not including our grammar school) have undertaken to support the development of literary comprehension, and in accordance with the GEOTECH programme, each school has undertaken to implement a programme designed to develop mathematical competence and support the knowledge of science. In addition, we prepare a methodological package that includes the participation of accredited teachers in further training, the development and measurement of their digital competences. Preparing for the use of the package(s) compiled or chosen for digital pedagogical methodological development and developing the institutional digital content related to the compiled or chosen package (digital lesson plans, content supporting teaching and learning, digital project descriptions, etc.) is part of our project, committing to share the content on the National Public Education Portal. The organisation of events supporting the implementation (professional days, workshops, videoconferencing, trainings), the development of online teacher communities and the exchange of experience between the institutions involved in the programme (with regard to the teaching materials, methods, tools and programmes used) will also be part of our activities, as well as the organisation of programmes to promote internet security and consumer protection enforcement, the leaders and teachers of the institutions involved, design and implement an awareness-raising campaign tailored to its pupils and parents’ community on the introduction of digital pedagogies, or examination of applied digital pedagogical methodological packages, formulation and dissemination of recommendations, and the production of the institution’s Digital Business Card according to the criteria defined by the Digital Pedagogical Methodology Centre (DPMK). In order to create the institutional conditions for the digital pedagogical environment, we acquire ICT tools and equipment, along with the acquisition of digital pedagogical tools and educational tools to support the education and education of pupils. Our classrooms, specialised classrooms, labs and related rooms are also equipped to implement the project. We undertake to provide support services (mentoring, tracking) to provide digital methodological assistant tasks to support the work of teachers, the establishment of services supporting the institutional introduction of the methodological package (e.g. helpdesk, administrator service), continuous professional support, mentoring and quality assurance of the participating institutions and their involved teachers. In addition, we prepare and implement the pilot program and utilise our results by sharing good practices, implemented learning materials and methodologies. For the implementation period from 1 September 2017 to 31 August 2021, a major project manager and a major financial manager are employed to perform the management, and we employ a chief professional manager to coordinate the professional tasks.     A köznevelés digitális környezetének elősegítése Baktakéken, Encsen és Forrón elnevezésű projektünk során a felhívásban előírt tanulást-tanítást támogató digitális kompetenciák fejlesztését támogató eszközöknek és módszereknek széles körben történő megismertetése és alkalmazása a célunk. Ennek érdekében a Baktakéki Körzeti Általános Iskola, az Encsi Zrínyi Ilona Általános Iskola és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola, a Váci Mihály Gimnázium és Szakközépiskola (szintén Encsről) és a Forrói Gárdonyi Géza Általános Iskola intézményeink alsó tagozatos diákjai (ide nem értve gimnáziumunkat) a szövegértés fejlesztésének támogatását, továbbá a GEOTECH programnak megfelelően minden iskola vállalta a matematikai kompetencia fejlesztésének, és a természettudományos megismerésének támogatása érdekében kiépített program megvalósítását. Ezek mellett olyan módszertani csomagot állítunk össze, amely tartalmazza az akkreditált pedagógus továbbképzésen történő részvételét, digitális kompetenciáinak fejlesztését, mérését. A digitális pedagógiai módszertani fejlesztéshez összeállított, vagy választott csomag(ok) használatára való felkészülés és az összeállított, illetve választott csomaghoz kapcsolódó intézményi digitális tartalom fejlesztése (digitális óravázlatok, tanítást-tanulást támogató tartalmak, digitális projekt leírások stb.) is része projektünknek, vállalva a tartalmak megosztását a Nemzeti Köznevelési Portál felületén. Az implementációt támogató események (szakmai napok, workshop-ok, videokonferenciák, tréningek) szervezése, online tanári közösségek kialakítása, a programba bevont intézmények közötti tapasztalatcsere (az alkalmazott tananyagok, módszertanok, eszközök, programok vonatkozásában) megvalósítása is éppúgy részét képezi majd tevékenységeinknek, mint az internetbiztonságot és fogyasztóvédelmi jogérvényesítést elősegítő programok szervezése, a bevont intézmények vezetőire, pedagógusaira, tanulóira és szülői közösségére szabott szemléletformáló kampány tervezése és megvalósítása a digitális pedagógia bevezetéséről, vagy az alkalmazott digitális pedagógiai módszertani csomagok beválás-vizsgálata, ajánlások megfogalmazása és disszeminációja, illetve az intézmény Digitális Névjegyének előállítása a Digitális Pedagógiai Módszertani Központ (a továbbiakban DPMK) által meghatározott szempontok szerint. A digitális pedagógiai környezet intézményi feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében szerzünk be IKT eszközöket és berendezéseket, a digitális pedagógiához kapcsolódó, valamint a tanulók nevelését-oktatását támogató digitális eszközök, taneszközök beszerzése mellett. A tantermeink, szaktantermeink, laborjaink, és a kapcsolódó helyiségeink is felszereltté válnak a projekt megvalósítására. A támogató szolgáltatások (mentorálás, nyomonkövetés) biztosítására vállaljuk a pedagógusok munkáját segítő digitális módszertani asszisztensi feladatok ellátását, a módszertani csomag intézményi bevezetését támogató szolgáltatások (pl. helpdesk, rendszergazdai szolgáltatás) kialakítását, a résztvevő intézmények és bevont pedagógusaik folyamatos szakmai támogatását, mentorálását, a folyamatok minőségbiztosítását. Emellett előkészítjük és megvalósítjuk a pilot programot, és az eredményeinket hasznosítjuk a jó gyakorlatok, az implementált tananyagok, módszertanok megosztásával. A 2017. szeptember 1-2021 augusztus 31-ig terjedő megvalósítási időszakra egy fő projektmenedzser és egy fő pénzügyi vezetőt alkalmazunk a menedzsment ellátásához, a szakmai feladatok koordinálásához pedig egy fő szakmai vezetőt alkalmazunk.
