In its application, the Municipality of Szikaszó aims to improve the long-planned housing conditions. He wants to create a living space for 3 dwellings in his own property. The area extends into three topographical numbers, but there is one property in the area, which is intended to be transformed on the basis of the technical and technical plan, which is annexed to the tender. The technical plans are drawn up at the stage of preparation. In connection with the project, the Széchenyi2020 plaque and the local media showcase the project and its implementation by ensuring publicity. The segregation will thus give 3 families the opportunity to move to the centre and participate in the agreed programmes. The investment is not an activity subject to authorisation. We undertake activity group 1: 1/1. Provision of missing professionals (e.g.: equal opportunities mentor, social catch-up specialist). Provision of advice on life management and debt management (professionals’ wages, contributions eligible) 1/2. In the framework of the programme, assistance for the preparation of affected individuals, families and people living in new living environments in relation to housing and housing outside the segregation.1/3. Legal advice, debt management advice, facilitation and assistance in agreements with municipalities on tenant assignment rights. Activity 2: 2/1 refurbishment, refurbishment, opening, demolition, upgrading 2/2. energy efficiency improvement The project also implements the horizontal aspects. 3. From the optional activities: 3/1 Insurance of removals. Szikaszó város Önkormányzat pályázatában a már régóta tervezett lakhatási körülményeket kívánja javítani. Saját tulajdonú ingatlanában kívánja kialakítani a 3 lakásos életteret. A terület három helyrajzi számra benyúló de egy ingatlan van a területen, ezt az ingatlan kívánja átalakítani a szakmai-műszaki terv alapján, mely a pályázat mellékletét képezi. A tervek szerint a az egy épületben 3 lakás, átalakítással és felújítással kerül kialakításra. Energetikai fejlesztésben födémszigetelés, nyílászáró cserék, gázkazán cserét és napelem rendszer felszerelését tervezi. Az átalakítás során, a helységek kialakítására kerül sor, válaszfalak kialakítása és elbontása kapcsán, vizesblokkok és villanyvezetékek kialakításával. A felújítás során a konyha , mellékhelységek és szobák falazata, aljzata kerül felújításra, burkolásra. Az eszközök vásárlása során, csak a pályázathoz szorosan kapcsolódó eszközöket szerezzük be a mellékelt indikatív ajánlat szerint az beszerzett eszközök szinte sz ingatlan tartozékai. A projektben projektmenedzser és pénzügyi vezető segíti a megvalósítást, a műszaki ellenőr segíti a szakmai megvalósulást. A műszaki tervek az előkészítés szakaszában készül el. A projekt kapcsán a nyilvánosság biztosításával, a Széchenyi2020 tábla, valamint a helyi médiában bemutatjuk a projektet és a megvalósulást. A szegregátumból így 3 családnak lesz lehetősége a központba költözni, és a vállalt programokban részt venni. A beruházás nem engedély köteles tevékenység. Vállaljuk az 1. tevékenység csoportból : 1/1. Hiányzó szakemberek biztosítása (pl.: esélyegyenlőségi mentor, társadalmi felzárkózási szakember biztosítása). Életvezetési és adósságkezeléssel kapcsolatos tanácsadások biztosítása (szakemberek bére, járulékai elszámolható) 1/2. A program keretében a szegregátumon kívüli lakhatással és lakásfenntartással kapcsolatban az érintett egyének, családok valamint az új lakókörnyezetben élők felkészülésének segítése.1/3. Jogi tanácsadás, adósságkezelési tanácsadás, önkormányzatokkal bérlőkijelölési jogról történő megállapodások elősegítése, abban történő segítségnyújtás. 2. tevékenységből: 2/1 felújítás, átalakítás, egybenyitás, bontás, korszerűsítés 2/2 . energiahatékonyság javítása A projekt során a Horizontális szempontok érvényesítése is megvalósul . 3. A választható tevékenységekből: 3/1 A költöztetés biztosítása. A projekt szakmai megvalósítása : a lakás berendezése beépített bútorokkal (pl. szekrény, galéria) és alapvető háztartási gépekkel (tűzhely, kályha beszerzése és beépítése) A szakmai elvárások során A lakhatási beruházással érintett személyek száma minimum 6 fő ( 2 fő / lakás ) ; Integrált területen lévő szociális bérlakások felújítása/vásárlása a szegregátumból való kiköltözés elősegítése érdekében 3 bérlakás kialakítása ; Az 1. tevékenységcsoportban felsorolt tevékenységekkel elért személyek száma minimum 6 fő (Hungarian)
