Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Hetényi Géza Hospital- Clinic is planning to develop the in-patient care of the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Department and the Central Radiology Department operating in the hospital in the framework of the tender EFOP-2.2.20-17 for a higher level of care in line with local needs. The project’s priority is to contribute to the years of health reform, which is an integral part of increasing efficiency at all levels. You intend to obtain the following medical diagnostic devices from the tender: — 1 high-level anaesthesiological-intensive ultrasound diagnostic apparatus (1 convex with 1 linear 1 pcs cardiological examination head); — 1 type of high-level radiological ultrasound diagnostic device (1pcs convex, 1 pcs linear, 1 biplane transrectal head) As a result of the development, the number of definitive care is increasing, the level of instrumentation in the affected classes increases, and in order to ensure efficient, definitive care of increased patient traffic and the establishment of differentiated diagnosis as soon as possible, it is necessary to acquire the tools. Within the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Hetényi Géza Hospital, as follows: — streamlining the use of resources in inpatient care and operation through better instrumentation, — promoting the cost-effective operation of the institution and increasing the effectiveness of services by providing the right tools, — introducing technologies for cost-effective and sustainable operation of healthcare providers, — developing systematic technological processes for inpatient care to shorten the duration of hospital care, increasing patient satisfaction and patient comfort through faster and more accurate care, adapted to the needs of the population, — improving the quality of health services. The development of health care is adapted to the needs of the population in order to reduce territorial inequalities in care and to increase the number of healthy years of the population and their ability to work. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Megyei Hetényi Géza Kórház- Rendelőintézet, mint Támogatást igénylő, az EFOP-2.2.20-17 kódszámú pályázat keretében a Kórházba működő Aneszteziológiai és Intenzív Terápiás Osztály, valamint Központi Radiológiai Osztály fekvőbeteg-ellátását kívánja fejleszteni a magasabb szintű ellátási színvonal érdekében a helyi igényekkel összhangban. A projekt kiemelt célja, hogy hozzájáruljon az évek óta tartó egészségügyi reformhoz, melynek szerves része a hatékonyság növelése minden szinten. A pályázatból az alábbi orvostechnikai -diagnosztikai eszközöket kívánja beszerezni: - 1 db kiemelt szintű aneszteziológiai-intenzív ultrahang-diagnosztikai készülék (1 db convex 1 db lineáris 1db kardiológiai vizsgáló fejjel); - 1 db típusú kiemelt szintű radiológiai ultrahang-diagnosztikai készülék (1db convex, 1db lineáris, 1 db biplane transzrektális vizsgáló fejjel) A fejlesztés eredményeként növekszik a definitív ellátások száma, a műszerezettség szintje emelkedik az érintett osztályokon, továbbá a megnövekedett betegforgalom hatékony, definitív ellátása és a differenciált diagnózis mielőbbi felállítása érdekében szükséges az eszközök beszerzése. A projekt elemei: Előkészítés: Közbeszerzés Eszközbeszerzés Projektmenedzsment: 1 fő projektmenedzser, 1 fő pénzügyi vezető Egyéb szolgáltatás: Tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása A beruházás várható hatása: A beszerzendő eszközöknek köszönhetően komplex módon fejlődik az intézmény fekvőbeteg-ellátása, amely egyrészt a város, másrészt a térség legfontosabb ilyen szintű ellátását biztosító egészségügyi szolgáltatója. A Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Megyei Hetényi Géza Kórház- Rendelőintézeten belül megvalósul az alábbiak szerint: - a fekvőbeteg ellátásban és működtetésben az erőforrás-felhasználások ésszerűsítése a jobb műszerezettség által, - az intézmény költséghatékony működésének elősegítése és a szolgáltatások eredményességének növelése a megfelelő eszközök biztosítása által, - a költséghatékony és fenntartható egészségügyi szolgáltatói működést elősegítő technológiák bevezetése, - fekvőbeteg ellátás rendszerszintű technológiai folyamatainak fejlesztése, melynek segítségével a kórházi ellátás időtartama lerövidíthető, - a gyorsabb és pontosabb - a lakossági szükségletekhez alkalmazkodó – ellátások révén a betegelégedettség és betegkomfort emelkedik, - az egészségügyi szolgáltatások minőségének javítása. Az egészségügyi ellátások fejlesztése a lakossági szükségletekhez alkalmazkodik, annak érdekében, hogy csökkenjenek az ellátások területi egyenlőtlenségei, és növekedjen a lakosság egészségben eltöltött éveinek száma, munkavégző képessége.
