Pál Almási Balogh Hospital aims in connection with the project to develop specialist care services for patients with the EFOP-2.2,19-17. With the purchase of new modern equipment, the operating costs of the hospital can be reduced, on the one hand, due to the lower operating costs of equipment and equipment and, on the other hand, due to the increase in the capacity of outpatient care, which can replace certain functions of highly costly inpatient care, by providing specialised outpatient care that is more rational but of the same quality as healthcare. In this way, this development will provide access to high-level outpatient care with equal opportunities for all persons. The high-level professional development of the service is extremely important, from the point of view of the hospital’s health area, the county and the region. The project contributes to the achievement of the following specific representative indicators laid down in the Human Resources Operational Programme hozzá:Jobb population receiving health services, development of specialist care capacities for Járó Patients. Without the implementation of this project, the quality of health care in the districts and in the region would not change in the short term, however, due to the depreciation of the devices, it would deteriorate significantly later. Moreover, thanks to the new, modern, professional medical devices, the migration of specialists can also be reduced, as their work can be carried out at the highest standards thanks to the development. The project is intended to be developed in the framework of the project Szakrendeléseink:I-II Internal medicine, I-II gynaecology, Gastroenterology specialisation, cardiology specialists, I-II Ultrasound diagnostics specialists, I-II respiratory clinics, Central laboratory specialists. All specialist clinics have been working with a team of professionals who have been trained for years. Our equipment pool is outdated, so we need modern cost-effective machines. On specialists in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, an extremely large number of ECG tests are carried out. With this system it is not possible to save the test result in a digitised form. The electronic documentation system used in the hospital is unable to store an increasing number of patients’ health data. The ECG devices to be procured enable the archiving of the artifact in the form of an image after the examination and the rapid access to it during subsequent care. With a videoendoscopic tower to be procured for gastroenterology, we could continuously carry out tests on the most dynamically developing cancers without downtime, and the waiting time would be reduced. With the help of the modern device, a more accurate biopsy and histological diagnosis would be possible. We can separate the lying and walking ultrasound tests in both space and time with the help of the ultrasound device to be procured for the gynaecological order. The examinations to be performed with the obstetric and gynaecological indications can be performed on the day of the indication without investing the patient in the class. Among the tools to be procured to facilitate the work of respiratory clinics, the screening station would also play an important role in remote finding. A modern cost-effective device would replace the old, obsolete phosphor plate equipment. The lung career provides professional assistance in the life of work health care sites by performing a large number of work chest screenings for medical purposes. The purchase of scanning and recording machines for central X-ray specialist orders is realised instead of the old outdated machine. In addition to medical technology equipment, equipment for specialised outpatient care would also be purchased. The equipment purchased under the project will be used exclusively for public healthcare.Only new tools to support cost-effective, up-to-date therapy and to reduce side effects will be purchased, which are tailored to the special needs of the given field. Within the framework of the project, the number of people receiving better health services is:87 895 people. By purchasing the equipment, the development of outpatient services that trigger active hospital care and the increased level of outpatient care accessible to all persons will be achieved. Through the improvements, professional cooperation between primary care, outpatient care and active and rehabilitation inpatient care is enhanced, and the increase in the cost of in-patient traffic at a higher progressivity level, with outpatient care. This development is adapted to the needs of the general public. Thanks to the acquisition of new, modern, energy-efficient medical technology equipment to be procured under the project, the energy costs of Pál Almási Balogh Hospital are significantly reduced. Almási Balogh Pál Kórház az EFOP-2.2.19-17 Járóbeteg szakellátó szolgáltatások fejlesztése projekttel kapcsolatos célja a járóbeteg szakellátás megerősítése, a fekvőbeteg ellátás kiváltását vagy lerövidítését elősegítő eszközök beszerzésével. Az új modern eszközök beszerzésével, a kórház működési költségei is redukálódhatnak, egyfelől az eszközök, berendezések alacsonyabb működési költségei miatt, másfelől a járóbeteg szakellátás kapacitás növekedése miatt, mely következtében az igen költséges fekvőbeteg szakellátás bizonyos funkciói kiválthatóak, gazdaságilag racionálisabb, ám egészségügyileg ugyanolyan jó minőségű járóbeteg szakellátás biztosításával. Így, ezen fejlesztés által elérhetővé válik minden személy számára egyenlő eséllyel hozzáférhető, emelt szintű járóbeteg szakellátás.A szolgáltatás magas szintű, professzionális fejlesztése rendkívül fontos, a kórház egészségügyi hatáskörébe tartozó települések, a megye, és a régió szempontjából egyaránt.A projekt az Emberi Erőforrások Operatív Programban lefektetett specifikus reprezentatív mutatók közül az alábbiak eléréséhez járul hozzá:Jobb egészségügyi szolgáltatásokban részesülő lakosság, Járóbeteg szakellátási kapacitások fejlesztése.A jelen projekt megvalósulása nélkül az egészségügyi ellátás színvonala a járásokban és a régióban nem változna rövidtávon, azonban az eszközök amortizációja miatt a későbbiekben jelentős mértében romlana.Továbbá az új, modern, professzionális egészségügyi eszközöknek köszönhetően a szakorvosok elvándorlása is mérséklődhet, mivel a munkájukat a fejlesztésnek köszönhetően a legmagasabb színvonalon végezhetik.A projekt keretében fejleszteni kívánt szakrendeléseink:I-II Belgyógyászati szakrendelés,I-II Nőgyógyászati szakrendelés,Gasztroenterológiai szakrendelés,Kardiológiai szakrendelés,I-II Ultrahang-diagnosztikai szakrendelés,I-II Tüdőgyógyászai szakrendelés, Központi labor szakrendelés. Valamennyi szakrendelés évek óta felkészült szakember gárdával működik. Eszközállományunk elavult, ezért modern költséghatékony gépekre lenne szükségünk.A Belgyógyászati és Kardiológiai szakrendeléseken rendkívül nagyszámú EKG vizsgálat történik. Jelen rendszerünkkel nincs lehetőség digitalizált formában elmenteni a vizsgálati eredményt. A kórházban használt elektronikus dokumentációs rendszer a betegek egyre több egészségügyi adatát nem képes tárolni. A beszerezni kívánt EKG eszközök lehetővé teszik a vizsgálatot követően a lelet képi formában történő archiválását és a későbbi ellátás során annak gyors elérését.A Gasztroenterológiai szakrendeléshez beszerzendő videoendoszkópos toronnyal a legdinamikusabban fejlődő daganatos megbetegedésekkel kapcsolatos vizsgálatokat folyamatosan, állásidő nélkül tudnánk végezni, csökkenne a várakozási idő. A modern készülék segítségével pontosabb biopsziára, szövettani diagnózis kiadására lenne lehetőség. A Tüdőgyógyászati szakrendelések munkájának elősegítése érdekében beszerzendő eszközök közül a szűrőállomás fontos szerepet kapna a távleletezésben is. A modern költséghatékony készülék kiváltaná a régi, elavult foszforlemezes berendezést. A Tüdőgondozó szakmai segítséget nyújt a munka egészségügyi ellátó helyek életében is nagyszámú munka egészségügyi célú mellkas átvilágítás végzésével.A központi röntgen szakrendeléshez átvilágító, felvételiző gép beszerzése valósul meg a régi elavult gép helyett. Az orvostechnológiai eszközökön kívül járóbeteg szakellátással kapcsolatos berendezések beszerzése is megvalósulna. A projekt keretében beszerzett eszközök kizárólag közfinanszírozott egészségügyi ellátáshoz lesznek használva. Jelen fejlesztés a lakossági szükségletekhez alkalmazkodik. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő új, korszerű, hatékony energiafelhasználású orvostechnológiai eszközök beszerzésének köszönhetően az Almási Balogh Pál kórház energiaköltségei jelentős mértékben csökkennek.
