Within the framework of the project, 3 community spaces will be created on 3 sites in the village of Erdőtelek, as follows: Interior modifications of the building are required. The design of the roof structure is necessary in order to make full use of the attic part of the building. In addition to the large investment in the roof, the electrical network of the building will also be renovated and extended. A new laundry room will be installed in connection with the function. A projekt keretein belül 3 helyszínen 3 közösségi tér kerül kialakításra az alábbiak szerint Erdőtelek községben új közösségi ház kialakítása: Az épület belső átalakításokra van szükség. A beruházás során új iroda, konzultációs szoba, valamint két - 1 db 30-40 fő és 1 db 15 fő befogadására alkalmas - foglalkoztató is kialakításra, berendezésre kerül. Továbbá az ezekhez kapcsolódó kiszolgáló helyiségek kapnak még helyet az épületben: mosdók,teakonyha, mosókonyha. Az épület akadálymentes megközelítése is biztosítva lesz akadálymentes rámpa építésével. Megtörténik a teljes elektromos hálózat felújítása. Jelenleg nem működik Erdőtelken olyan alacsony küszöbű közösségi tér, ahova a szegregátumokban élő, alacsony státuszú lakosság komfortosan betérhetne. Tekintettel arra, hogy a településen magas a leszakadó területeken élők száma – 2011-ben a település lakónépessége 3174 fő volt, amelynek több, mint 40%-a (1357 fő) szegregátumban élt és a helyi szakemberek becslése szerint számuk növekedett az elmúlt években – indokolt kialakítani a közösségi ház által nyújtott komplex szolgáltatási formát a társadalmi integráció erősítése és a gyermekszegénység megfékezése érdekében. Az EFOP-1.4.2-16-2016-00030 keretében 2019. december 01-től betervezésre került a közösségi ház vezetőjének és munkatársának bére. Heves község közösségi épületének átalakítása:. Az épület felújítása, átalakításával, a meglévő tetőszerkezete elbontásra kerül, majd a térdfal megemelését követően új tetőszerkezet és fedés kerül az épületre. A tervezett tetőszerkezeti átalakítása azért szükséges, hogy a tetőtéri épületrész teljes egészében kihasználható legyen.. A tetőt érintő nagy beruházás mellett az épület elektromos hálózata is felújításra és kibővítésre kerül. A funkcióhoz kapcsolódóan új mosókonyha kerül kialakításra. A belső munkálatok mellett az udvar rendbetételére is sor kerül. Ennek keretében új udvari játékok kerülnek elhelyezésre, beszerzésre, valamint füves talajú torna terület is kialakításra kerül. A Csillagpont elnevezésű közösségi ház továbbműködtetésének célja a meglévő infrastrukturális lehetőségeket kihasználva a gyerekek igényeire és szükségleteire reagáló programok biztosítása, elsősorban a szabadidő értelmes eltöltése érdekében, másodsorban a készségek fejlesztése és kibontakoztatása céljából: alacsonyküszöbű szolgáltatások, képzések, továbbképzések, szabadidős és sportprogramok megszervezése és működtetése, információk nyújtása, önkéntesség meghonosítása, prevenciós tevékenységek és kortárssegítők bevonása. Játszó és szabadidő udvar kerül kialakításra. A szolgáltatások között – a helyi adottságoknak és szükségleteknek megfelelően – többféle alternatív napközbeni ellátást tervezünk. A fent leírtak alapján szükséges a ház jelenlegi kapacitásainak bővítése az igénybevevők magas számára való tekintettel – fókuszálva a 0-5 éves korosztályra és szüleikre. Szükséges a szakmai megvalósítók részére iroda kialakítása, valamint az EFOP-1.4.2-16-2016-00030 keretében nyújtott szolgáltatások lokális biztosítása érdekében konzultációs helység kialakítása, továbbá a kisgyermekek és szüleik számára nyújtott programokhoz egy a szűk célcsoportra szabott, kisgyermekbarát és szülők számára tartott csoportfoglalkozásokra alkalmas helyszín, valamint ezek felszerelése eszközökkel. Tarnabod községben új ifjúsági klub kialakítása. Az új funkció ellátáshoz belső átalakításokra van szükség. A beruházás során új iroda, konzultációs szoba, valamint 1 db - 15 fő befogadására alkalmas - foglalkoztató is kialakításra kerül. Továbbá az kiszolgáló helyiségek, női-férfi mosdó, teakonyha. A felsorolt települések közül egyedül Tarnabodon nem található az érintett korosztály számára közösségi helység, a klub infrastrukturális kialakításáig ideiglenes helyet tud biztosítani az önkormányzat az iskolamentor részére. A helyzetelemzés során feltártan Tarnabod rendelkezik a legrosszabb társadalmi és gazdasági mutatókkal a járásban, azonban az Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat erős jelenlétének köszönhetően – Biztos Kezdet Gyerekház, óvoda-iskola működtetése, tanoda program – 14 éves korukig a gyerekek olyan segítő és támogató szolgáltatásokban részesülnek, amelyek hozzájárulnak a 8 osztály időben történő elvégzéséhez. Az ezt követő időszakban – amikor „kilépnek” a településről – kezdődnek a nehézségek. Így a település tekintetében – szinergiában a más forrásból való szolgáltatások megvalósításával – az ifjúsági korosztály támogatása a legszükségesebb, a 14 éves korig felépített szolgáltatási rendszer megerősítése és a biztos lábakon álló továbbtanulás támogatása, legalább a középfokú oktatás befejezésének támogatása.
