It is also a well-known trend in Fejér County that rural young people (especially in districts to be developed or developed with complex programmes) have a disadvantage in many areas of life, both in terms of the services available to them, as well as in terms of job opportunities, infrastructural conditions and community activities, compared to those living in cities with county rights. In Fejér County, this is combined with a relatively good transport infrastructure, burdensome with the proximity of the capital, resulting in a very high emigration among young people in Yellowbogárd, especially in the more educated, graduated families. Not only is the youth infrastructure underdeveloped in our city, there is a lack of related age-related services and disadvantage compensation schemes. At the same time, human public services (especially municipal services) lack resources, there are not enough social workers, elderly care workers, mental health professionals, development teachers, training specialists, etc. However, due to the ageing settlement structure, there are many family houses for sale to be renovated, the industrial park and the business incubator house are preparing. Taking all these factors together into account, a complex programme to help young people stay or attract young people could effectively help not only to improve the life situation of young people but also to the sustainability of the future of the settlement. The aim of our application is to enable the young people living in Sárbogárd or who have come from here, as well as those who want to settle here, to be able to take advantage of the opportunities available here and to create a family and exist in this settlement. To this end, as part of the provision of local services to help young people’s career planning, as part of the development of job acquisition skills, we provide 250 hours of labour market and entrepreneurship competence development, we provide individual counselling for 1200 hours, career planning, 125 hours of demand-seeking group work, 250 hours career guidance group session, and 100 hours of training in job-search techniques for 80 people, as part of the expansion of job acquisition skills, we organise the day of the professions 3 times. We organise 12 workshops, 2 workshops, 3 forums on shortages, 3 forums related to the socialisation of the action plan, 12 employers’ forums and 3 job fairs, as part of activities with the participation of the target group, based on the development concept submitted in the application for support, as part of activities that generate economic cooperation based on this concept. Based on the needs, we create a city youth council, which we mentor for 36 months. The development and provision of a knowledge transfer and local incentive system for young people to participate in the local economy are organised on two occasions as part of the activity as a group service for job placements. We also provide financial support to the target group for a maximum of 24 months for a minimum of 15 people in order to help them enter the missing human services professions. During the development and provision of the knowledge transfer and incentive system, we also operate a complex “possibilities at home” information and advice point during the project. We organise group sessions developing key skills and key competences to support participation in national and EU application programmes in 300 hours, provide project development expert services to young people, organise information forums for the target group, 10 times in total. Tailor-made individual counselling is provided to at least 40 young people over 500 hours in order to participate in national and EU programmes in our city. We also want to help young people stay local by adopting good practices. As part of this, we take over the Kaptár Youth Office’s competence development program and methodology “Pont for You” 200 hours of civic competence, 200 hours of constructive life management competence, adapt and introduce the Municipal Youth Discount Card system in our city, adapt the CADET-LINK complex talent management program series and introduce the expo of local young entrepreneurs who have already been successful elsewhere. The project involves a total of 375 young people, with 65 participants under the age of 25 for the committed indicator. The project will be implemented in a manner agreed with the New Generation Centre, a well-prepared NGO consortium partner in a wide-ranging cooperation, creating synergy with other labour market, enterprise development and catch-up programmes running or planned in the settlement. Fejér megyében is jól ismert tendencia, hogy a vidéki fiatalok (különösen a fejlesztendő vagy komplex programmal fejlesztendő járásokban) lehetőségeiket tekintve az élet számos területén hátránnyal indulnak, mind a számukra rendelkezésre álló szolgáltatások, mind a munkalehetőségek, az infrastrukturális feltételek és közösségi aktivitások tekintetében rosszabb helyzetben vannak, mint a megyei jogú városokban élők. Fejér megyében mindez egy viszonylag jó közlekedési infrastruktúrával is párosul, megterhelve a főváros közelségével, ebből adódóan nagyon magas az elvándorlás a sárbogárdi fiatalok körében, különösen a képzettebb, diplomás családokban. Városunkban nemcsak az ifjúsági infrastruktúra fejletlen, hiányoznak a kapcsolódó korosztályi szolgáltatások és a hátránykompenzációs programok is. Ezzel párhuzamosan a humán közszolgáltatások (különösen az önkormányzati szolgáltatásokat nézve) erőforrás hiányosak, nincs elegendő szociális munkás, idősgondozó, mentálhigiénés szakember, fejlesztő pedagógus, képzési szakember stb. Az öregedő településszerkezet miatt ugyanakkor sok felújítandó, eladó családi ház van, készül az ipari park, vállalkozási inkubátor ház. Mindezen tényezőket együttesen figyelembe véve a fiatalok itt maradását vagy idecsábítását segítő komplex program hatékonyan tudná segíteni nemcsak a fiatalok élethelyzetének javítását, hanem a település jövőjének fenntarthatóságát is. A célcsoport bevonásával, a támogatási kérelemben benyújtott fejlesztési koncepción alapuló helyi lehetőségeket, értékeket, adottságokat feltáró, erre épülő gazdasági együttműködéseket generáló tevékenységek részeként 12 alkalommal szakmai műhelyt, 2 alkalommal műhelykonferenciát, 3 alkalommal a hiányszakmákról tájékoztató fórumot, 3 alkalommal a cselekvési terv társadalmasításához kapcsolódó fórumot szervezünk, 12 alkalommal munkáltatói fórumokat, 3 alkalommal pedig állásbörzét szervezünk. Az igények alapján városi ifjúsági tanácsot hozunk létre, melyet 36 hónapon keresztül mentorálunk. A helyi gazdaságba való bekapcsolódást lehetővé tevő ismeretátadás és helyi ösztönző rendszer kialakítása és nyújtása a fiatalok számára tevékenység részeként két alkalommal munkahelyi elhelyezkedést szolgáló csoportos szolgáltatásként tematikus képzéseket tartunk, a hiányzó humán szolgáltatási szakmákban való elhelyezkedését segítendő pénzbeli juttatást is adunk a célcsoport számára maximum 24 hónapon keresztül minimum 15 fő számára. A fiatalok helyben maradását jó gyakorlatok átvételével is elő kívánjuk segíteni. Ennek részeként átvéve a Kaptár Ifjúsági Iroda "Pont neked" című kompetencia fejlesztő programját és módszertanát 200 órában állampolgári kompetenciát, 200 órában konstruktív életvezetési kompetenciát fejlesztünk, adaptáljuk és bevezetjük városunkban a Települési Ifjúsági Kedvezmény Kártya rendszerét, adaptáljuk a CADET-LINK komplex tehetséggondozó programsorozatot és nálunk is bevezetésre kerül a máshol már sikeres helyi fiatal vállalkozók expoja. A projekt mindösszesen 375 fiatalt von be, a vállalt indikátorra 65 fő (a 25 év alatti résztvevőkre). A projektet széles körű együttműködésben, felkészült civil szervezeti konzorciumi partnerrel, az Új Nemzedék Központtal egyeztetett módon valósítjuk meg, megteremtve a szinergiát a településen futó vagy tervezett más munkaerőpiaci, vállalkozásfejlesztési és felzárkóztatási programokkal is.
