Our main profile is digital printing services and advertising decoration, but we also work in advertising graphics, unique photo souvenirs and website creation. The goal of starting our business was to use our creativity and expertise within this framework, hoping that we can gain the trust of our customers with our affordable, high-quality services. However, despite the positive feedback, we still consider it important to follow technical developments and technical changes. We consider it important that all of our work is aesthetic and qualitative, and that it is effective and useful from the point of view of advertising. Given that a customer arrives with multiple orders, Litoplan has made itself indispensable on the market today. Among other things, the printing works provide a good reference by producing the colorful regional government weekly of the Barcikai Mozaik. At the same time, the unfavourable economic conditions of the region in Northern Hungary are an environment in which we have to settle for very tough price competition and standard orders. There is a need to invest great energy in relations with partners: the acceptance of new processes and more advanced materials is more difficult than usual elsewhere. EFOP-1.1.6.-17 In the context of the call to promote the collective and individual employment of people with changed working capacity, we intend to continue the previously established trend to help people with disabilities get into work. Within the framework of the project, we plan a renovation to ensure the basic conditions for the daily work of employees. We would like to purchase 1 high-performance projector, 1 laptop, 1 projection screen, 1 tablet and 1 printer, which allows the project to be carried out in a smooth and good quality. We intend to carry out the survey of employees with the help of a dedicated diagnostic tool, which is designed with the involvement of an external service provider. The survey consists of conducting a skills, professional and behavioural competence assessment among the target group: Assessment of individual competencies by means of a diagnostic tool, including: 1. Filling personality analysis, ability and motivation tests in electronic interface, 2. assessment of individual, real skills and competence matrix using on-site devices, 3. personal evaluation, consulting. We also prepare an individual development plan for permanently inactive workers to promote their planned and effective development, skills and competence development. We plan to provide rehabilitation services in order to open the labour market. As part of the human resources development, we wish to use 25 main book binder OKJ training, 2 EU tender writing and project management training to write and implement our applications from our own resources, cooperation development for 12 people, 2 sessions for 12-12 persons, personality and conflict management training, and computer management training for 8 people. The high-quality implementation of the project is guaranteed by our professional leader, Eszter Kriston, who is best placed to perform professional managerial tasks on the basis of her skills and competences (we set her working time 20 hours a week in accordance with the call), Zoltán Tóth project manager, who is the managing director of Litoplan Kft. and Dóra Üveges, financial manager (we set their working time at 6 hours a week in accordance with the Call). In addition, the target group’s progress, integration and open labour market position will be supported by 3 mentors within the company in the form of “external” form. (English)

    Fő profilunk a digitális nyomdai szolgáltatások és a reklám dekoráció, de emellett reklámgrafika, egyedi fényképes ajándéktárgy és weblap készítéssel is foglalkozunk. Vállalkozásunk indításának az volt a célja, hogy e keretek között kamatoztassuk kreativitásunkat, szakértelmünket, bízva abban, hogy kedvező árú, színvonalas szolgáltatásainkkal sikerül elnyernünk megrendelőink bizalmát. A pozitív visszajelzések ellenére ugyanakkor továbbra is fontosnak tartjuk a szakmai fejlődést, a technikai változások követését. Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy minden munkánk esztétikus és minőségi legyen, reklám szempontból pedig eredményes és hasznos. Megrendelőink számára egyedi, személyre szabott megoldásokat és megfizethető szolgáltatásokat kínálunk. Szakmánk iránti elhivatottságunk, technikai felkészültségünk és több éves szakmai tapasztalatunk arra ösztönzött minket, hogy a lehetőségeink és a szükséges jogszabályi környezet figyelembevételével megteremtsük annak lehetőségét, hogy a 327/2012. (XI. 16.) Korm. rendelet értelmében akkreditált rehabilitációs foglalkoztatóvá válhassunk. Ügyfeleink száma meghaladja az ezret. Tekintve, hogy egy-egy ügyfél többféle megrendeléssel érkezik hozzánk, a piacon mára valóban nélkülözhetetlenné tette magát a Litoplan. A nyomda egyebek közt a Barcikai Mozaik színes regionális önkormányzati hetilap gyártásával is jó referenciát biztosít magának, ugyanakkor az észak-magyarországi térség kedvezőtlen gazdasági adottságai olyan környezetet jelentenek, amelyben nagyon kemény árversenyre és standard megrendelésekre kell berendezkednünk. A partnerekkel való kapcsolatra nagy energiákat kell fektetni: az új eljárások, korszerűbb anyagok elfogadtatása a máshol szokásosnál nehezebbnek mutatkozik. Az EFOP-1.1.6.-17 Megváltozott munkaképességű személyek csoportos és egyéni foglalkoztatásának elősegítése felhívás keretében kívánjuk tovább folytatni a korábban megkezdett tendenciát, mellyel segíthetjük a megváltozott munkaképességűek a munkába állását. A projekt keretén belül tervezünk felújítást, amellyel a munkavállalók mindennapos munkavégzésének alapfeltételeit tudjuk biztosítani. Eszközbeszerzés keretén belül 1 db nagyteljesítményű projektort, 1 db laptopot, 1 db vetítővásznat, 1 db táblát és 1 db nyomtatót kívánunk beszerezni, amely a projekt zavartalan és jó minőségű lebonyolítását teszi lehetővé. A munkavállalók felmérését egy arra kifejlesztett diagnosztikai eszköz segítségével kívánjuk megvalósítani, amelyet külső szolgáltató bevonásával tervezünk. A felmérés készség-, szakmai- és magatartás alapú kompetencia felmérés elvégzését jelenti a célcsoport körében: Egyéni kompetenciák felmérése alkalmas diagnosztikai eszköz segítségével, melynek része: 1. személyiségelemzés, képesség és motivációs tesztek kitöltése elektronikus felületen, 2. egyéni, valós képessség- és kompetencia mátrix felmérése helyszínre telepített eszközök segítségével, 3. személyes kiértékelés, tanácsadás. A tartósan inaktív munkavállalók részére egyéni fejlesztési tervet is készítünk, amellyel elősegítjük a tervszerű és hatékony fejlesztésüket, képesség és kompetenciafejlesztésüket. A nyílt munkaerő-piaci elhelyezkedés érdekében rehabilitációs szolgáltatások nyújtását tervezzük. A humánerőforrás fejlesztés részeként 25 fő könyvkötő OKJ-s képzését, 2 fő EU pályázatírás és projektmenedzsment képzését a pályázataink saját erőforrásból való megírása és megvalósítása érdekében, együttműködés fejlesztést 12 fő részére, 2 alkalommal 12-12 fő részére személyiség és konfliktuskezelés tréninget, valamint 8 fő részére számítógép-kezelés képzést kívánunk igénybe venni. A projekt magas színvonalú megvalósítását garantálja szakmai vezetőnk, Kriston Eszter, aki képességei és kompetenciái alapján a legalkalmasabb a szakmai vezetői feladatok ellátására (az ő munkaidejét a Felhívással összhangban heti 20 órában határoztuk meg), Tóth Zoltán projektmenedzser, aki a Litoplan Kft. ügyvezetője, valamint Üveges Dóra pénzügyi vezető (mindkettejük munkaidejét a Felhívással összhangban heti 6 órában határoztuk meg). Mindezeken kívül, a célcsoport előrehaladását, beilleszkedését, a nyílt munkaerő-piaci elhelyezkedésüket a cégen belül 1 fő, „külsős” formában, megbízásban 3 fő mentor fogja segíteni majd.
