In the context of the specific objectives, the consortium partners and the local civil organisation capacities of the neighbouring countries will be developed through training, organizational development and networking. By offering coordinated, systemic solutions that directly affect the population, we will ensure that health-conscious attitudes improve early detection of diseases and disease-risk behaviours. The project will allow for central coordination, methodological management and monitoring of the activities. Activities: 1.Preparation of cross-border research, surveys and good practices for the development of relevant Hungarian professional organisations, preparation and dissemination of analyses, studies and methodological materials summarising the above. On the one hand, to map and explore the objectives and implementation of public health programmes and secondary prevention programmes in the target area. — The main goal of the research is to recognise the elements that can be implemented in Hungary. The research will be summarised in the form of a study. Its contents will be presented and discussed at a related conference 2. Cross-border exchange of experience and good practices between doctors and healthcare professionals, conferences and workshops. — With the help of cross-border conferences and workshops (in the field of health preservation/prevention and home care), implement methods, solutions and implementations that can be applied to the Hungarian health system with success. 3.Execution of study visits and exchange programmes with the participation of experts from partner organisations in Hungary and neighbouring countries. — Organising study visits by health professionals to implement good practices across borders. Exchange of experiences mainly on public health and secondary prevention. 4.Execution of educational programmes to improve health awareness for professionals and laymen with basic health screening tests 4.1. 2.A betegségmegelőzés elősegítése alapvető egészségfejlesztési szolgáltatások hozzáférhetőségének javításával a hátrányos helyzetű településeken. A specifikus célokkal összefüggésben fejlesztésre kerülnek a konzorciumi partnerek, valamint a szomszédos országok helyi civil szervezeti kapacitásai szakemberek továbbképzésével, szervezetfejlesztéssel, hálózatosodás kialakításával. A lakosságot közvetlen érintő, összehangolt, rendszerszintű megoldásokat kínálva elérjük, hogy az egészségtudatos attitűdök javulása mellett a betegségek, valamint a betegségkockázatot jelentő magatartásformák korai felismerése meghonosodjon. A projekt keretében lehetőség nyílik a tevékenységek központi összehangolására, módszertani irányítására, valamint monitorozására. Tevékenységek: 1.Határon átnyúló kutatások, felmérések készítése és jó gyakorlatok felkutatása az érintett hazai szakmai szervezetek fejlesztése érdekében, az előbbieket összegző elemzések, tanulmányok, módszertani anyagok készítése és disszeminációja. Egyrészt a célterületen működő népegészségügyi programok és szekunder prevenciós programok céljainak, megvalósításának feltérképezése, felkutatása. - A kutatás kiemelt célja, hogy a Magyarországon implementálható elemek felismerésre kerüljenek. A kutatást tanulmány formájában kerül összegzésre. 4.2. Egészségügyi szűrőprogramok lebonyolítása. A tevékenység célja a helyi igényekre reagáló egészségügyi szűrőprogramok megszervezése és lebonyolítása a céltelepüléseken élő hátrányos helyzetű és veszélyeztetett lakosság egészségi állapotának felmérése, kórfolyamatainak beazonosítása, állapotuk javítása céljából. 5.A szűrések eredménye alapján egészségügyi problématérkép készítése, veszélyeztetett célcsoportok egészségügyi kockázatainak felmérése háziorvosok, szociális munkások, helyi hatóságok, civil szervezetek adataira támaszkodva. 6.Elsősegély-nyújtási alapismeretek, valamint laikus segítők informális képzése otthonápolási feladatokra. Otthonápolási hálózatok támogatása. Egészségügyi és mentálhigiénés szakemberek nem formális képzése. 7.Testre szabott web-alapú otthonápolási portál létrehozása. Webes tanácsadási szolgáltatások létrehozása az otthonápolás területén (Hungarian)
